Im a week late putting my review. I just want everyone to know of our great experience with Will and Austin. They fixed my elderly moms A/C by replacing the motor all in one day. Our AC stopped cooling overnight. Called this morning and Jeff came out within 30 minutes. He was very thorough in explaining the issues and cost involved to repair. He took the time to speak with my husband over the phone. Very fair pricing, fast and efficient service and he gave us great tips on how to make the older system go longer. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We have an annual maintenance contract for our business HVAC. They are reasonable, prompt, courteous, punctual, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone. Did not have the correct hose, wasn’t able to recommend anyone that may. I will not call Jeff again in the future.

These guys were amazing! Lightning struck my unit, and it was one thing after another, but they worked hard to make sure everything was working well. The tech knew exactly how to check and resolve the electrical issue with the breaker and the capacitor. He did a great job. They also fitted me into their schedule last minute and fixed it right then with the part he had in his truck.

ABSOLUTELY phenomenal experience! Very, very, very last minute call (like at 4) to see if they could help, and they were here by 6. Worked for over an hour to make sure we had A/C by the time they left. So professional, courteous, and easy to work with. 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you R2!!

AMAZING SERVICEI called first thing Wednesday morning after going through Tuesday afternoon evening without ac in the 106 degree weather. I was called back shortly and explained our situation. Within 30 minutes they arrived at the house fixed us up, and we are back to enjoying rest from the Texas heat! Will definitely use them again if needed.
