I called Will, the owner late afternoon and explained my concerns. He responded quickly and scheduled a technician to come out the next day! I received text confirmations on where my technician was and when he would arrive along with a photo, to know who I can expect! When Harvey arrived he was very polite, cared about the cleanliness of my home and was friendly to my pets! Harvey explained all of my options and took care of my problem quickly! Thank you, Harvey!!! And thank you Will for such a professional job well done!

Harvey put on shoe covers before coming into the house and placed a mat on the floor for the attic access door and that impressed me. He thoroughly went over with me where the unit needed attention both inside and out. He was professional and courteous. He was also knowledgeable about HVAC systems and ran a air quality test and then explained it to me. He is a top notch AC technician in my opinion and highly recommend him to my friends, neighbors, and family.

Will Bond (Owner) was extremely responsive to our request for service after issues we experienced with another local A/C company. Recently used Temperature Pro of Kingwood to prep my gas vent pipe in the attic for spray foam. The written estimate was provided and approved by me. I thought I overhead the tech saying that it would take 4 hours. In actuality it took an hour. While Im satisfied with the work and techs were more than professional. The bill was paid; I thought that the costs was excessive for the time it took to complete. I called and spoke with Will and asked for a itemized bill showing all the costs associated with the job; he said that they do not provide them, based on company standards. The conversation continued and Will asked what I thought might be an appropriate discount. I gave him a 3 different percentages and he said it would be discussed. I have not heard back from him, not even to say we discussed it and feel the bill is fair. The issue at this time is not the final amount but the unwillingness to provide a bill that shows how my $1414.50 was justified for 1 hour of work.

Impressed by the integrity and professionalism of this company. I felt completely comfortable with the technician while he was here. He was able to fix our AC problem quickly and for a good price. I will definitely call them again if we have an issue in the future.

Will came and looked at our air quality. I like his approach, before making any recommendation he checked out the potential probes. Thats the way to be successful, once you know where the issues are, he can make a good recommendation.Based on his approach, we have signed as a member for the next year to maintain the HVAC system.Thank Will

I had other companies look at my air conditioning and he was more than I had hoped in every regard ... offering dramatically cheaper alternatives, friendly, on time, clear with time required and efficient. I wish I could give 10 stars. Not to leave out the backoffice staff who were amazing as well.

Robert came out and was able to find out why our AC wasn’t turning on and get it fixed very quickly. They were able to get out here within a day of calling for the repair. Both over the phone and in person everyone I came in contact with with this company was very professional. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had a home backup generator installed a couple of months ago and they recommended I get someone to install AC hard-start kits. I had Temperature Pro come out and install them and they were super fast and knowledgeable. Ive been quite happy and now I signed up for a HVAC maintenance program with them.

TemperaturePro was able to book my job properly and they were on time. I knew what my issue was with my Mini Spilt system ahead of time, and was provided with a spot on quote with no surprises. Technician Emiliano was very professional and courteous. He went in depth explaining everything in detail with me. Unfortunately with my high expenses with surgery done recently we couldnt afford the unit. I was without work for a month and only one paycheck was coming in the house. Honestly if I had the full amount I would have used thier service. Im so grateful for them trying to work something out for me. I will save up for this month and sacrifice for we need the most. Very prompt service and state of the art diagnosis. 3 other techs came out and were unable to find a leak and assumed it was in the wall and wanted to knock a hole in the wall and run new copper lines down the outside of the house and cover the piping with some type of metal. Marcelo did the pressure test and found that the leak WASNT in the wall. He repaired it in about 90 minutes or so.

Install of new HVAC was last summer. They followed up (free visit) with the first cold snap to ensure my heating was working and it performed well!! Enjoying AC and heat when needed and lower electric bills are helping my budget!!

They installed a condenser for our house and asked us to add a 3 months maintenance service and after their installation they never did any maintenance service to our HVAC. Now we are having issues in our AC we where informed that the company already closed.

Got a new unit installed in August. For the last two weeks we’ve been trying to get a hold of them to do maintenance. Every time we call we get directed to a full voicemail box by an automated system so we can’t leave a message. I’ve tried to book online but they are not anytime available at all. Are they closed? Out of business?
