Finch Air Conditioning and Heating

Unorganized and unprofessional. We had someone come due an estimate on our AC until because it was leaking into our living room ceiling and the tech said it was a condensation issue. He gave me a quote for $1,700 and told me to call the office to financing options and to set up service. Call to find out about finance and the agent says which of the 3 quotes did you want? excuse me? He told me one quote for $1,700 but then apparently also added 2 more quotes for a filter and then a float switch which added another $1,000. I opted to just do the original quote and the float switch so a total of over $2,000. I got the financing approved and they set it up for the next day to come install everything. 2 people come one for Finch AC which is the company I booked but Church services bought them out and also sent a person at the same time. Ok.....weird but whatever. Well they come install the plenum and while here some insulation rains down out of two air vents. Ok no problem their moving around up there a little might of fell through. So I vacuum it up and get back to working from home. An hour later when they turn the AC back on, as soon as the air kicks in, insulations EVERYWHERE! Not just from one vent, not two, from 8 vents! No heads up no nothing just insulations everywhere while I scramble to get my pets out so they dont eat it and clean. It took emptying my Dyson upright 2 times to clean it all up. Not only is it sprinkled everywhere its also clogging the vents so have get the stick vaccum and suck up the vents as well. Then they come get me to sign the document that they finish and I mention the insulations everywhere and they said oh a little might have got in it when we picked up the parts. a little? NO! a lot! then he says how am I paying. I told him I did the finance got approved and everything thats why they scheduled them to come out. He says on his end it doesnt say I got finance so he then goes to call the office. Comes back 10 minutes later that the office forgot to put in the finance was obtained but all good now so he says sign here and this is that we completed the work on the plenum. It was suppose to be the plenum and a float switch. So they leave I then have to call the office and confirm and yup they forgot to tell them to also do the float switch so they have to send the workers BACK out for that part. So all together initially they told me one total then when I call for finance there are 3, the workers do not check for insulation falling through or in parts before installing so my house was covered, the office did not put I had financed the parts then they forgot to install a part I had already paid/added to my loan total. I picked Finch AC because of the rave reviews so not sure if it was good before they were bought out by Church Services but it was horrible for me and now Im worried about the work I got done.

Wendell & Glen came out and did a thorough inspection of our AC and heating systems.They were fast, clean, and professional.We’d like to have them back for the next time.

These guys are awesome! You call they show up ASAP. Called for a AC issue Derrek the tech and Glen Hanson were here in a couple hours.Derrek was very experienced & knowledgeable about our system and was able to explain issues. He took pictures of unit in attic to show me what he found. I really like that. He went above and beyond to get the unit up and running. Glen was very informative on what we needed and suggestions. We will be meeting with him again soon. This company is all about customer service ! This is why we have used them for over 10 years.

After several months of issues Im glad to finally be able to change this review to a far more positive one, and can say as long as you get the right technician out this is a great company to get your AC through. Be sure to specifically request Soufiane to help you out; hes extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to fix four month ordeal in a matter of days. Extremely happy he was able to help and get everything working properly!

Great service please do not send anybody out here to my house but Wendell and Glenn they would not leave until it was fixed. I wont anybody except Church services and Finch

April 22, 2024Well David Reyes was just here to do my maintenance. He did a 5 star job! Very thorough!! He explained everything and took great pictures. He recommended new services and products that sound good! He was prompt and worked efficiently! I was happy to have him in my home.I appreciate his great attention to detail.Joe and Ace just left from performing my maintenance. They were on time within the window of my appointment. They texted and called before they arrived and were pleasant as ever! Ace is super efficient and got to work right away. Joe spent time w me explaining the new products and services Finch offers. Great to know! They aren’t just AC & Heating, it’s water and plumbing as well. Ace worked his expertise in my (thankfully not sweltering) attic system area and they both offered to help put my storage tubbies back in the closet. Super kind, but I couldn’t ask for that. Worst bunch of liars and thieves! They sold me a ac unit for a house and put it in my trailer and it has never worked right ! 17,000 dollars down the tube! I finally quit calling if you have a mobile home keep them away from it ! They fired Rik the guy that sold it to me but for me? I’m a 67 year old that got ripped off so disappointed DONT USe THEM

I have used Finch for years and have always appreciated their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. David came out for my semi annual check up today and did a fantastic job. Dispatch had a bad attitude. The tech was ok. I think her name was Susan. We are still waiting on a quote. I had to call another STAR A/C tech. They came out and fixed the same day.

David Reyes did an exceptional job on checking my 8 month old indoor and outdoor HVAC unit. I am so pleased with all the communication and updates throughout his visit. David Owen’s was our AC technician for our company based on Brittmoore Road. He is a very hard worker and knowledgeable about the issues our unit was having. I highly recommend David if you want your troublesome AC issues diagnosed and fixed properly. He has a great work ethic and won’t let you down.

Called them this afternoon and was here within 3 hours. Eric Reyna was awesome! He is very courteous and professional and very knowledgeable! He found the problem and had everything corrected within 1 1/2 hr. At a reasonable cost. I will absolutely be using Finch for all my AC/heating needs from now on.

We have used finch AC for a while now. We just had our quarterly check and David and David were amazing. This team is very professional and always on time. I never get charged some of the silly rates that some of them can come up with I would highly recommend.

David Owens repaired my a/c , he arrived early which was perfect after having no air overnight.. He was very professional and willing to answer all questions that I had for him. Friendly, courteous and would not hesitate to recommend him or his company to my friends.

David at Finch fixed our AC and had everything cooled down within minutes of being here. He cleaned up debris around our business units and unclogged drainage too! Definitely giving these guys a call for future commercial AC repairs.

Had a ceiling leak after work, tech Andrew Schaffner came out after hours to diagnose the issue. Stopped the leak that night, set me up with a repair plan/cost that night and was out to perform the work the next day. Completed in a timely manner, very good communication. Highly recommend.

Finch gave us a good, quality inspection & let us know about possible issues in the future, with No pressure to commit to anything, but gave us pricing in case we considered it later. Update on 10/23/23Daniel was here today and was very friendly and helpful. Explained in detail everything he was going to do to fix the problem we were having. Finch hired a good man and he fixed our problem. Don’t let go of this one. Need more people like him.Greg and David came out today for maintenance. Both guys were excellent and were very thorough. They were friendly and very informative. Finch is lucky to have them. This world needs more guys like this.

My wall got water down it due too a unprofessional install on the drain. ON A NEW TRANE SYSTEM FROM FINCH...... I called them out and the drain was fixed. But no word from the company yet. On fixing my wall like i was told... the tech said finch would send someone out to fix my wet sheetrock that is now molding but it seems like they just dont care. When I call they say they are on meetings. I guess legal action might make them wake up. I have pictures from the first day of the VERY POOR INSTALL. OVER PRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

We had Raymond and Joshua out today to give our unit a tune up in preparation for the cold weather. I liked how they came out at the earlier part of the appt window. They were very friendly and informative. They gave us recommendations to look into for things that would help our home and gave us things to check into to better our units capabilities..

These guys love finding problems with your system.I had a U/V Light installed on their recommendation, the next servicing the tech said the bulb was burned out and it would cost $400 for the bulb????I declined and found the same bulb online for $100. When I went to replace the bulb, I found the tech had taken the bulb and left the plug hanging.

Derrick did a great job doing my yearly spring service maintenance for my ac units. He communicated well and did an efficient job. Ace and James did my other property and did a great thorough job too!Update: 3/28/2024 Daniel did a great job doing my yearly spring service. He was really thorough in cleaning my outdoor systems and explaining everything to me. I will call him again for any issues I have.

Great service by the technician, Gerald Knox, I had the fall inspection done, explain the service taken place, knowledgable and polite. Also, it was great to get the reminders from the office scheduler which help to ensure I am reminded that it was time to again and was able to quickly plan the service.

Both Ace (the technician) and Bryan (the consulting sales) were awesome! What a team! Ace was super efficient and professional. Showed me pictures of my system and how it looked. He serviced the outside as well and caught a minor repair need before it caused a future shutdown! Thank goodness! Bryan (sales consultant) explained my need for attention to my duct work and how it would make the delivery of cold air more effective throughout my house. He was very knowledgeable and refreshingly pleasant for a salesman. No high pressure tactics - just facts. I found him very trustworthy. Thanks, guys! Called a service that routed me to Finch Air Conditioning and Heating. Apparently,they do plumbing, too. Arranged to have a tech out for stopped up plumbing. They quoted a $150 trip fee and an $85 diagnostic fee. All we needed was to have the line cleaned out for roots, an ongoing issue for us. She did say it would be additional fees, depending on what they found. He arrived and told my husband it would be $150 plus $85 plus $500 for the clean out. NO WAY! We have never paid more that $200 total for this service, even on a weekend. If you are willing to pay outrageous prices, they probably do agood job.

David Owens was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me some quick tips on how to properly maintain my unit and offered advice on things that needed attention. He truly went above and beyond and would recommend him for anyone that needs AC Repairs

I was recommended by Lennox A/C to call this company due to my fan on my unit not working. I was told by Lennox the parts are under warranty and I only had to pay for the labor. A technician by the name of Derrick came out and after he ran back and forth. I was told I needed a module I havent been in my home 4yrs yet so lets start there. Being it was the holiday weekend Derrick was able to verify with Lennox until Tuesday morning. Derrick made stated he would definitely call me by 11:30am Tuesday morning. I never heard from him until I called Fench / Church A/C what ever there name is. Any Ive been getting the run around between tech and the company since Saturday. Derrick started I would be out of $800 for a part thats under warranty in order for them to come out and fix my A/C. Derrick stated his service manager Wayne Sellers advised him this is what I would be paying. Tuesday evening after going back and forth with Lupea a service advisor and Derrick the tech. I was told to speak with Wayne Sellers on Wednesday morning. Well I called Derrick and Mr. Wayne Sellers and still no results and no Air. Im out of $100 for a service call and now I have to find a different company. These people are scamming on people unless youre pay the big bucks. What good is a warranty if youre guys wont honor it.

Carlos and Harvey came to our house for plumbing and AC. They took their time, explained everything they were doing, and made sure our units were in good shape. They blew us away with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. With companies not delivering on their promises, we turned to Finch to take on our maintenance. We are glad we did.

Thorough inspection and service by techs David and Edwin. My AC unit was assessed and technicians gave me a complete debrief and review of all that was accomplished. Couldn’t ask for better than that!

Julian provided top notch service and explained the services clearly. Erica was extremely helpful. She listened to my need and had a Technician (Julian) out within an hour. Just had Finch Air Conditioning & Heating come out this morning to do the precision tune up on my unit. Harvey Smith did an excellent job and was well experienced in his craft. He took his time and explained everything he did, and gave suggestions on what I should do next, very honest and didnt try to up sell me on anything. Just the type of experience I was looking for. Raymond was able to come out on super short notice late at night and not only diagnosed, but fixed the issue in about 30 minutes! He was clear about what the issue was and explained everything fully. The house had been heating upwards of 100 degrees on a hot Houston day and he got the AC back up and running. Super appreciative!

Very good service—Daniel Sanchez did an excellent job today installing a new filter in our attic. He called first thing this morning and let me know exactly when he would be here and was prompt and efficient!

We’ve been with Finch Air Conditioning and Hearing for almost as long as we’ve been in the house. Today’s service call appointment with technician Daniel was excellent! Daniel was thorough and honest about what we needed to do to keep our unit functioning properly from replacing the filter in the attic at our convenience to replacing the hard start kit for our exterior unit to recommending we have our attic coil cleaned as soon as possible.

Rik with Finch Air Conditioning called before arriving within the designated appt. time frame. He was courteous, professional and efficient inspecting our system. He answered all questions and provided additional, helpful suggestions. We are very pleased with our service.9-26-2023 Update David R. was on time efficient and professional. UPDATE 4-5-24 David Reyes did the spring A/C maintenance on our unit. He was very professional & thoroughly explained results. He also recommended the Carbon Air Purifier pointing out benefits of having it. We are pleased with his work performance, keep up the Great job D. Reyes!!!Rik took time to explain maintenance inspection he performed on our unit, he was very professional. He also made 2 recommendation: chlorinator & soft start kit; he explained in detail the benefits of having them installed. Overall we are very pleased with his job performance!

We had our spring maintenance performed today (3-19-24) by Eric. He was very courteous and very thorough. We have used Finch for over 20 years and are very happy with the service we have received over the years. We highly recommend them.G. Bowden

Our a/c went out in the middle of the night last night. I called Finch at 3:00 am and the answering service quickly reported our issue with Finch. David Reyes showed up at 9:00 am and went right to work troubleshooting the issue. A bad capacitor was the culprit. David had one in his van and made the quick repair. He also performed a thorough inspection of the entire system while he was here. I can’t say enough good things about Finch a/c responding quickly or David for the great job he did.

Josh and Daniel did a great job inspecting my system. They were very polite and friendly while explaining how my system works and what job they were completing. Thank you for making this inspection pleasant.

I appreciate working with Funch A/C as their techs have always been respectable. The most recent callout was to service the HVAC system. Daniel Sanchez was able to help look at concerns brought up by a home inspector and correct the noted issues.

Joshua Winkelmann and Raymond Longoria are both outstanding workers. They worked very hard to make their home visit a pleasant one! I tip my hat off to both these young men. It takes a lot to change my mind on some things. These guys don’t only know their stuff on Ac/Heating/Hot Water Heater/Water Systems but managed to put Finch back in my good graces! After my last Finch visit I swore off the “Finch Company”! I’m glad I made the call back. If anyone needs great, honest and hard working young men these guys are it! I will be calling back for a Spring/Summer follow up. Thanks Finch for getting better help.

The techs, Ace and Reggie, arrived on time and did a great job. They explained everything that they checked on my system and made suggestions as they went. They didnt pressure me to purchase anything, but instead gave me ideas to consider. The Finch team is easy to work with.

I had a new AC and Heating unit installed yesterday. I also had extra work done to protect us from mold by adding a UV light added to my system. I have used Finch for years. The two gentlemen who did the work did an outstanding job and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am in my early 70s so tech stuff is not in my wheel house in a high degree. They answered all my questions throughout the day and by the end of the installation I felt confident in my purchase and in the benefits the system was going to provide towards my health and safety. The two technicians were Hector Nunez and Samuel Torres!! I give each of them a FIVE STAR RATING which is top of the line in my book.

David, the technician was great. He was thorough in his inspection of our unit outside and in the attic. He took photos of our equipment and shared with us since I cannot go in the attic. I liked that. He is very friendly.

Technician David Owens just performed maintenance on our AC. Very professional and a great job. Got us back up and running no time. Highly recommend using Finch for any AC work.

Julian came out to install a part of the heating system. He was very polite and explained what he would be doing. When he was through he had me test it. I would definitely recommend him for Finch Service and will request him for future visits to my home.

David and Glen came out for our A/C maintenance and let me tell you they were phenomenal! They were very courteous and professional and were able to identify and avert any possible issues. David went right to work on the A/C. With the summer just around the corner here in Houston it is imperative that our A/C is running smoothly. I have FINCH A/C to thank for that assurance!

Daniel, an employee of Finch Air Conditioning and Heating, was at our home today to evaluate the heating unit. He was professional and very knowledgeable when we asked for information regarding the system. He even made sure we were doing the preventative maintenance. When summer comes around our request would be for Daniel to also do the A/C maintenance.

Thought my outside unit had a leak.David Reyes was very knowledgeable about my unit. There wasnt a leak, he even went into the attic to check on that system. He called another technician to come look as well. They were very nice & professional. They arrived on time, explained everything in great detail, & serviced my ac unit. So glad we have this company for our ac needs.UPDATE 3/14/24Once again David Reyes did a great job servicing my ac unit. He is very thorough & showed me all the photos they now take. They no longer do the paper receipts. The photos & paper work are now on a tablet. They email everything to you. The only thing David did not do was clean the floor under the attic access door. Im not even sure they ate supposed to or not, but it vacuumed it up easily.

We had finch come out and replace both air conditioners. They were very efficient and professional. But more than that, when the units weren’t performing the way we thought they should, Finch not only came out to inspect the issues but worked with us to make sure we were totally satisfied! They went above and beyond. Customer service is important to them and it shows on how they operate. Weve used Finch for many many years and they have never let us down. Our tech Ace today was a knowledgeable, friendly repairman, just like the others weve had, will continue to use them. Highly recommended.

Julian Tapia came in August for a routine service call. Julian worked hard on super hot conditions servicing our inside and outside units. He identified one issue and replaced a capacitor. Rik and Nick came out and performed fall maintenance on both units. Both were knowledgeable of product and respectful of property. They made a suggestion on a product for me to buy, but were not pushy in any way to try to sell me (just offered information). Good guys, friendly and an asset to the company.

Friendly guys and good work.Previous review:A technician from Finch AC (Michael) came by to diagnose a persistently recurring issue which has eluded some other technicians. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on and explained the repair options in simple terms.I appreciated his honest and genuine approach.

Tech told me condenser coil & evaporator coil had huge leaks and recommended full replacement. Got second opinions & leak checks. Condenser was fine, evaporator coil was leaking. Tech was more interested in selling 10yr service plan or replacing entire unit than fixing the problem. 10yr plan was quoting at $151 for 10 years & full replacement at almost $10k. Actual replacement of coil with labor cost me $2700. Was told on the phone from the office most people just replace entire unit vs fixing their issue. Guess I’m not most people. Outside unit is 5 years old & still under warranty but they never mentioned that while the two other service providers did while working to fix the issue & keep costs down. There’s more but that’s enough. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. I will not use Finch AC again.

My AC system stopped working Saturday Evening. I called Sunday morning and had a technician at my house within an hour. Julian was the tech and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. He made the repair and had my house cooling down quickly.

We had them do tune-ups on our 2 ac units. We have this done every year since the units are older. On 6/5 they called around 12:30 and the tech said he was in Bellaire which is about 30-40 min from where I live, depending on traffic. Around 1:35pm he called and said the units were working fine, but old (which they are) then proceeded to try and sell me 2 units and a maintenance plan. 3 days ago 1 of the units started not working properly. I called on 6/15 and left a message but did not hear back from anyone. I already have an appt set up with another company to tune it up properly. The technician I spoke to on the phone with Finch was very polite and professional but I honestly dont think they did the actual tune up on both units. They simply werent there anywhere long enough to do the job properly.

Technian Gerald is very thorough and covers all the bases. He is very knowledgeable and explained the situation with my ac/heater clearly and concise. Great customer service!

Our old a/c (installed by a different company) was really starting to struggle. I called Finch and Rik came out the same day. He took the time to look everything over and gave me multiple options for repairs or replacement. My wife and I decided to go with the Advantage Plan. A couple of days later, the crew arrived on time and installed a new unit. Rik checked back in with us a couple of days later to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work that was done. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my family and friends that need a/c work done.

Andrew Schaffner came out to our home today and got our A/C - Heating system back up and running.My only concern is the price we paid (almost $1800) to run approximately 12 feet of conduit and wire; then change out a switch in the FAU.2.5 hours of work at almost $800 an hour.As well, we never received an itemized bill. Overall good experience with this company. Just keep in mind if you are making the monthly payments as a member and don’t use their services, you are not going to be refunded on any of it. Glad I didn’t have to use the membership perks. Sucks that it’s hundreds of dollars down the drain for not using it considering they didn’t come by for scheduled maintenance.

Fench came in and cleaned all four of my AC units. One of my units is a mini split which required a special type of cleaning. They did a fantastic job without breaking anything and without making a mess. In addition ,when they were up in my attic completing the maintenance, they found debris left from a previous AC installation. They even picked up after them!I would highly recommend them!Ace was extremely thorough A+ rating.

David Owens came out, he knew the likely cause for the problem before he got into the house, knocked it out in 20 minutes after making sure my mix and match components would work with the replacement parts, refused to upsell me a bunch of things I didn’t need (that I asked about) but then went above and beyond when I mentioned my daughters room stayed warm. He low crawled through our compact attic and discovered the duct was detached and proceeded to fix that. My daughters room has not cooled properly since we moved here 4 months ago while its never been super hot it was warmer. I’m really happy with them and will call again for my future needs, as well as a maintenance plan.

High five to ACE, Hes the tech who came out to my house and did an excellent job. He change out two burnt out uv lamp and did a complete inspection and maintenance on my AC/Furnace. He was very professional and informative. Give that man a raise.

Finch’s plumber (Doug) ran a new gas line for our clothes dryer. He was prompt, polite, practicing social distancing and knowledgeable about his trade. He did a great job In a timely manner. The price for the job was very reasonable and it beat out the competition; I would definitely use Finch again!

Andrew came by today and he was very thorough. Gave me some important recommendations to improve my unit. As well as quotes for the Honeywell Filter Kit , UV lights and Mini-Split unit. Thumbs up! Excellent service!

Ace from Finch came through and was very helpful explaining what he was going to do and what things need attention but aren’t urgent. Tony was helpful in explaining what some upgrades I should consider down the line as my current equipment ages.

Bart Smith - Service Technician 3/1/2021Bart was very thorough. Actually this was the first time a service technician has explained line item by line item on the Performance Inspection worksheet. Bart presents as very knowledgeable and conscientious. He explained the best and worst case scenarios of my existing system, equipment and flagged areas of immediate concern andreferenced areas for future repair or replacement. He did not rush the inspection process. He answered the many questions I asked him regarding his inspection report for the most part to my satisfaction and understanding. He reviewed the membership benefits of the existing plan I have and left a brochure comparing all membership benefits. Nancy was great, she explained from start to finish about my current ac system and how a new unit can save me money.Its great to know that there is still good customer service out there. She took her time on explaining on how the system works.Nancy was also able to fit the installation same day if needed.Installation was done in about 5 hours and was perfectly installed. The 2 installers were kind and answered all questions that were asked. All mess was cleaned up and hauled away.Would recommend Finch air to all! Great job Finch!

Have used this company for years. Have bought 2 AC units from them. We even recommended them to our neighbors who hired them. Not sure what changed. Used this company a month ago. Was displeased due to being quoted a price and told we had warranty then later come to find out when we call them today for another issue, the dispatcher started complaining to us how we don’t have warranty and how they had to eat our cost last time and threw their mistake in our face, when we were never made aware until now. Extremely unprofessional. Additionally the first time we called today we spoke to an after hour answering service agent who told us one story. When we never heard back and had to call again since the tech never showed up like he said, a dispatcher woman answered who was extremely rude and sarcastic. Instead of going back and forth with these people who can’t get their story on the same page, decided to cancel all services needed and go with someone else. I will never use them again. Terrible customer service.

Daniel Sanchez did a thorough job of checking everything on our scheduled maintenance. Byron did a site inspection of water heater and found a pipe unattached which means there was carbon monoxide going into the air. They were both helpful and professional on recommendations for improvements.

100 STARS for Mr. Carlos (a triumphant true story)Problem: I had an issue that yeilded an air of urgency. During an attempt to put in a dryer, a worker from a store uncapped a gasline (with no cut-off switch), then placed the cap back on poorly. I smelled gas occasionally over the next day.Resolution: I made the decision to call FINCH AIR. I made a simple inquiry, which took about 30 seconds. As I sat in slight fear of who else I could call, & wondered if theyd be able to perform the task of inserting , I received a message from a plumber by the name of Carlos on his way.Happpily Ever After: To my disbelief, he arrived within the hour. He was respectful and courteous. He placed covers (that hed brought with him) over his shoes without even being asked. Mr Carlos explained each step, educating me in gasoline safety, completed the job, and checked to ensure that everything worked, all while not tracking dirt on my floor. The price was reasonable, and Finch Air was overall dreamy.The End.Thanks, Mr. Carlos!!!

Called them on Wednesday then Mr.Claudio stopped by did an inspection and gave me some options and was very informative, Went with the advantage program I like having coverage just in case something goes wrong.Mr.Manuel and his crew showed up the next day and did a great job they added the new install of my new ac unit and also installed all new duct work all in one day with out stopping for a break .Will highly recommend was a pleasant experience highly satisfied .

I dont feel they did everything that the maintenance agreement was suppose to cover. It seemed like they just wanted to sell me other services. Omar seemed like he was in a hurry to leave. He even forgot my check. After leaving, it got hotter in the house up to 85 degrees which is higher than it was when they came. After, a lot of stress and phone calls, I discovered the AC breaker switch was off.

Update. Daniel Sanchez did a great job servicing my system and replacing my filters. Always love working with Finch to make things right.Manuel Garza and his team from Finch were wonderful and worked tirelessly to completely replace my HVAC system on an almost 40 year old house. They were beyond professional and went to every effort to make us happy. Over half of my system was destroyed and not cooling the house. Now I am able to freeze in rooms that I melted in before and had to use fans. The system pays for itself in reducing my bill. I could not have found a more dedicated team and literally cannot say enough here about how much this helped my family.

Watched your vehicle #21485 speed through a school zone, with blinking lights flashing this morning on FM1314 in Conroe at easily 20+ over the posted speed school zone speed limit as that what I was doing; passed my vehicle like I was standing still in a school zone no less.. Driver was driving beyond aggressively in and out of lanes not using a turn signal, tailgating other drivers. Its a wonder that he didnt cause an accident, Caucasian Male smoker with a large goatee. This guy should NOT be on the roads; and the fact he endangered childrens lives driving recklessly through a school zone is completely unacceptable. If theyre willing to put kids in harms way I can only imagine what shortcuts theyll take professionally, avoid at all costs.

We used Finch to install our Trane and we pay for scheduled maintenance twice a year. Daniel Sanchez came out for a recent maintenance service. He was professional and friendly. Great service!

Our Service representative was Arturo and he was very helpful in repairing a small piece of PVC piping. He primarily came to to the Summer pre-paid maintenance that was scheduled, but he completed the repair while waiting for some rain to pass. Weve had Finch service our AC/Heater units on this house for a number of years and weve never had a problem with them. Another supervisor visited during the maintenance today to ensure all was going well; this is the second time weve seen this, so it appears Finch is investing in training and follow-up with service. Good to see and weve always had a good experience with them.

Finch has the best customer service!! We had water over flowing in our drip pan and called them for service. They immediately took care of us. Our tech, Soufiane Tabsart, was extremely thorough and had great customer service, answering all of my questions and concerns and educating me on what needs to be done if it happens again. He checked the entire system, fixed it and double checked to make sure it was a working before he left. I highly recommend Finch A/C, they have educated and thorough techs and they put the customers first!

Our technician, Bart, did a great job with our bi-annual checkup. We have been Finch customers since we bought our house from my husbands parents, and they had been Finch customers for years before that. they have always been professional and courteous.

Rick and Jesus did a great job performing my system checkup today. My system is running good with no issues but they did offer upgrades that increase reliability as well as other products and services their company offers.

Finch has always been there to help. When my AC went out 5 years ago they gave me a fair price and came the next day to install. Everything works great and they are always following up with me to make sure system is still in good working order. The technicians who do the semi annual services are also very nice and pay great attention to our system.

At first I had this as a 5 star review (see below), since the installation we started noticing water damage to our floor molding. After calling in our Repipe Specialist people (we thought it was a water pipe issue) they found that there was an improper installation due to Finch Air not removing the old units water drainage (not sure if this is the proper terminology).Photos were taken and sent to Finch, we were reassured everything would be taken care of. Here we are months later getting the run around and no calls back. Because my house is starting to smell of mold Im going to have to hire a contractor to repair and see if I can get Finch to reimburse me. Had a great experience, Finch came through for us today as usual.Bart (service technician) came out within an hour of contacting Finch. Yesterday, the power came on briefly and we had an issue with a strong burning smell and smoke coming from our heat vents. He brought out his personal heater for my family to use until our heating system is repaired.Bart has came out in the past and has always been professional, very knowledgeable and recommended services to benefit us long-term. Gerald came out to check my mini split a/c. Although he seemed nice, the issue did not get diagnosed. Instead, I received a list of probable causes of why it was not cooling properly. With that being said, I still had to pay $205, no diagnosis, nothing repaired. After much thought, I do not feel vindicated in any way.

I scheduled a tune up on December 22, 2018. The guy came out, charged my card and left no invoice. I called him to find out why I did not receive a receipt or invoice and he said that they are emailed. I still have not received an invoice or receipt. The guy told me that I needed to replace my AC and he would set up an appointment after the first of the year to go over my options. Never heard from him or anyone at Finch after my appointment. I got a second opinion and all of the things that the Finch guy said were false. Be careful to anyone using them.

Finch A/C ( Michael- Tech) has provided outstanding customer service. Our home is cooling and heating properly and very comfortable now. We were having problems cooling the upstairs bonus room and they took great care of us. I highly recommend this service company. Thank you.

Brent and David did a great job!! Polite, courteous, and thorough! They identified a filter issue that no other AC company had identified in 15 years!

On a Saturday night/Sunday morning, our AC went out on us suddenly. Within fifteen minutes of our call, we had a technician on his way. When Soff arrived, he told us that we had lost the motor to the part outside and needed to replace it. He offered a bandaid solution to us in case we weren’t ready to replace it and gave us a guesstimate as to how long that could carry us through. He said he wanted to check the attic to make sure there was nothing else due to the expense of replacement.After checking the upstairs unit, he said he’d prefer to call his boss to give us a better understanding of the situation. He called Mark to come. Mark (got out of the pool for us!) came and did his own inspection of our system. He found several problems. The biggest was that our builder undersized our unit. He told us problems that it could cause and we confirmed that we had experienced them.Mark walked our house twice to confirm the measurements for our needs. He sat at our table and laid out all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. He answered all of our questions, some repeatedly. He explained financing and our options for units. He then told us that the most expensive fix probably wasn’t the best fit for our house. We settled on an option and were approved for financing with 3 minutes. He spent a couple of hours with us on Sunday to get everything set up.After we set up an appointment for Tuesday, I got a call on Monday morning that someone had to be rescheduled due to their life so we got bumped up! From the time we first called for help, it took only 30 hours for everything to be installed so that we had a properly sized, working AC system in our house. The three man crew was great. They worked efficiently and cleanly. There was no mess after they were done and they explained things clearly before they left.We definitely recommend Finch AC and will continue to be customers of theirs! A big thank you to Mark and all the workers that came out.

Finch A/C was great. Very fair in price for the work done. payed less and got more. Service tech was very informative showed me what was going on with the system. Told me my furnace was over 15 years old and that it was in bad shape. Showed me what he was talking about so I understood what was going on. They were able to get me a new furnace the same day. They even pulled a permit and had the city inspectors come the very next day. I would definitely recommend Finch A/C to anyone

Daniel and Byron came to the house for our fall inspection today. Daniel did a very thorough inspection of our system, took many photos, and system was in great working order. Great company and personnel to work with.

David Owens, the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He taught me things about the AC maintenance I never knew. I will be calling him again!

My technician, David Reyes, arrived on time, he was courteous and did a good job explaining what he did. I was very satisfied.

Purchase a brand new unit June 2022. I have had at least two service call due to it not cooling. Wednesday, August 16th the unit stop working. Call in they sent a tech out who said rhe compressor was bad. Thursday they sent another tech to verify. Didnt order the part until late afternoon on Friday from Dallas. Scheduled a service call for Monday, August 21 between 8 and 10 am. Tech did not show up until 4 pm with the wrong part. Meanwhile they provided 1 chiller for a three bedroom 2 bath house until they can come back on Tuesday morning to fix the issue. At this point, I am a very unhappy and unsatisfied customer.
