247 Water Heaters Service Kingwood

First of all they advertize 24/7 and is not true. I called Saturday and I was told the 1st available technician was Tuesday 9 to 11 am. I booked appt and this morning they had issues with their Google number as they dont have a company ph number. I gave my contact info and no one called me to let me know whatever tech they contracted was not coming. I drove 45 minutes to my appt and not only no one showed up but no one called me when I gave all my info.

Arrived in a timely manner, advised cost and finished the repair sooner than expected. The Tech was very knowledgeable regarding the repair needed. Extremely pleased and will use them again, Excellent Service!
