UPDATE: Had another come and do a very thorough job for $99. Go somewhere else. LolThese guys are crazy. They’ll give you one price over the phone, and 8x the price when they “inspect the system.” He kept telling me my system was “really dirty,” as if that isn’t the whole reason they were called.To be clear, they gave me a price of $150 for a basic cleaning for only dust. They said if they find mold, or other issues, etc then there would be an up charge to get rid of that stuff if I wanted to.If you know anything about air conditioning systems, especially in a hot attic, like Houston, basically all of them have some sort of moisture growth. That’s not uncommon at all.In my case, I told them that I have a remediation company coming behind them to fog for the mold. I just wanted them to vacuum out for dust. He refused and said that the price would be over $850.Super weird experience, super high pressure sales people, just super weird.
