5 Stars isn’t a high enough rating, here’s why:We had an Air Return register that needed to be moved in order for our book shelves to be placed properly (long story on that another time).We had other companies tell us it would be $500 or more to make this happen.I called Kingsland ACH, Melissa had a tech at my house only a few hours later. Justin took a look at what we requested and offered a more efficient resolution for fewer dollars, then finished the work the same day.That’s the way a company earns a Top Shelf Rating!Kudos to the team at Kingsland ACH! We have a trusted AC and Heating company!

Weve had several issues with our units over the years and have tried various different service companies. These guys came out and took our issues seriously and helped us get everything resolved. The techs are friendly and will often grab me to show me the issue and explain it to me so I have a chance to ask questions.After we had a new system installed, they were always quick to come out and investigate any hiccups that I reported. Love working with Kingsland.

Our A/C went out right when temps hit 105+. The great tech loaned us his ownportable units to use while we waited for our part. The guys were great and even went above and beyond helping out with a couple of misc. needs we had. Would definitely recommend them again!

Due to an aging AC I purchased a new full HVAC system from Tim and Kingsland AC. The purchase and installation process was a breeze. Since then we entered a heat wave in central TX this year and the system is working overtime to keep up. Twice now the system stopped working due to the drain line clogging and each time I called Kingsland AC for assistance they returned my call promptly regardless of time or day and quickly solve the problem. Highly recommended company!

AC went out last night and house filled with family and little ones. We called this morning and they came out quickly. Great service! Kaitlin at the office got right on it. Very professional and high quality work. I had already purchased my units and they took the time to develop a customized install to meet my needs in our bardominium. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services.

These guys are great! From the very knowledgeable girl who answered the phone to the tech that came and repaired our AC.Unbelievable quick service--when our A/C stopped cooling in this 100+ heat--I was worried because we have my 90 year old mother living here but they had someone out before NOON and my house is cooling an hour later! We really enjoy the awesome service these guys provide. I’ve never had to wait long enough to break a sweat before they were here to diagnose my problem. Was back with a cure the same day. They are my A/C service providers.

I just gotta tell ya... Ive been in the Highland Lakes area for over 20 years now. Ive dealt with recommendations from employers, employees, friends, contractor friends, and NO One service, has ever been better for us than Kingsland AC! Ive learned my lesson! Aint nobody that looks after or cares more than this company! And yall are going to always have to continue to respond to me like yall have always done, Cuz .. Thanks yall!

I told them that I had a leak in my system and they charged me at $80 diagnostic fee I consider that theft aint nothing worse than a thief

Not going to be taken advantage of right after this terrible winter storm just because they consider a 2019 model thermostat and unit too old and in need of updating.
