We had the best experience with Victory Mechanical and their AC guy Paul. We could tell by speaking with Paul and the owner Arthur that we finally found the right company to get our antiquated system repaired correctly. Ill skip a lot of the details and just say that several companies over 20 years couldnt or wouldnt take the time do the job correctly. I couldnt believe the price, it was very reasonable!! We are now on their Bi-Annual service plan which is also extremely reasonably affordable. Thank you, Arthur and Paul!

I dont normally leave reviews, but I have to for this one- I was completely blown away by the service Victory Mechanical provided. Absolutely excellent company. When our old antiquated HVAC unit completely failed, they were able to deliver a free quote within minutes of a phone call, had a technician here the next day, did excellent work, and even provided an upgraded unit at no additional cost (my house can get so cold now, its awesome). Even when their was a little bit of water drippage from the new unit, they fixed it immediately, and even sent a flooring company to my house right away to assess and fix any damage at no additional cost without hesitation and I didnt even have to lift a finger. Ive hired multiple HVAC contractors over the last several years and I just wish I knew about them sooner. Coming from someone that worked in the contracting field for several years (on the electrical side) If youre looking to get any HVAC, plumbing, or any of the other services they provide in Central Texas dont even waste your time shopping around with other contractors or companies. Victory Mechanical is an honest, extremely professional, highly experienced company with some of the nicest guys youll ever meet with extremely reasonable, affordable pricing that will make sure youre taken care of.

I am a real estate Broker with multiple properties in Killeen. I have used Arthur and Victory Mechanical since Day 1! Arthur does an excellent job with responsiveness and timing. He’s even made sure that my tenants were serviced immediately even If it was the last appointment of the day, which has been sometimes as late at 9pm.He’s also made sure that the work is at my expectations. I am often a remote property manager and rely on service providers doing the work I expect done. He has never disappointed! I highly recommend for all homeowners and property managers!

This I am not trying to be harsh at all, from from my experience with Arthur this is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. First occasion, no communication that tech could not make it out to me, after I have left work early. Second occasion a week later another appointment was set, and another no show and I had to make the call after I again left work early. DO NOT use this company, totally unprofessional and simply do not care to communicate or answer when contacted.

I called early morning maybe around 8:30 am. Arthur came out within an hour and got the problem fixed. Definitely recommend amazing price as well. 🙌🏼
