Very easy to schedule from their website, we had an appointment the following morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to quickly source a new system and the required permits and get it installed. All their employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company.

CTR Services responded quickly. Although it was determined my problem was the circuit breaker (which I replaced myself afterwards), the technicians worked competently and efficiently. Im sure that CTR Services will be my go-to for any future HVAC issues. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person were friendly, helpful and professional, so I think customer service falls into the excellent category.

Per my maintenance plan, I had the furnace checked. The compressor was changed with a discount with my plan. I am very happy with the service and discounts. Scott and Michelle were the technician and they are great.

This company wanted to charge me well over $400+ just to replace a capacitor which is unheard of. A capacitor cost anywhere between $7.00-no more than $20. This is ridiculous I studied HVAC in CTT and have replaced capacitors before and no one time occurred to me to charge that ridiculous amount. Save your hard earn cash and call someone else.REPLY: As I stated I am handicapped and unable to work even though is a fairly easy task. When your tech showed me the price booklet the price started over $300+ dollar and a second option of over $400. So dont tell me that what I saw and the tech says is not true. Maybe you have 2 different prices, One to scam and another over price.... Either way your costumers are overpriced.

I noticed an issue with my ac not cooling last night and contacted CTR around 0700 this morning. Scott was at my front door at 0800. He was so patient with explaining what was going on. Answered all my questions. Fixed all issues. Master side of the house is now at a tolerable temp. Will be using them in the future for sure. Thank you, Scott.

Dude, theyre great and professional. Got a military discount to boot.Quick service. I was worried I fried a part. Nope. Clogged a drainage pipe.Also, had to reschedule last min due to a health complication that required me going to the ER half way through my 4 hr time slot. This is our 2nd service call with CTR Services Air Conditioning & Heating. Our Technician (Scott) and his assistant (sorry I do not remember her name), but both were great during the service call. They informed me of everything that was being tested as well as recommendations. All my questions were answered in a manner in which I understood. Both were excellent and professional. CTR is very responsive, efficient, prompt and reasonably priced. They stay in communication and are very thorough. This is the second time we have used their services and will continue to do so.

Sadly, I used this company more than once in summer as well as out of the busy summer season. I am so grateful I gave up. They were very unreliable and hardly communicated. I would reach out, only to be stood up again and again. The techs, however, when they did come, were knowledgeable and fixed the problem.

They are always on time and the service is excellent I love that they explain what they are doing and why. I trust them to do the work that is needed and that I am getting good value for our money. The technicians came and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the clog in the drain. The technician also found another issue and forwarded it to my tenant, unfortunately CTR was not the company that fixed this issue. Would definitely recommend them again

I contacted CTR for an annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. They showed up on time and took care of business quick and with no issues. They were both polite and inform me that my system was good to go (I apologizefor not rememberingtheir names). I was also shown the plans that they have that I will be signing up for so that I dont have to worry about remembering when I had a service done. I would definitely recommend them if youre looking for someone to work on your HVAC.

Called last night around 9:30 about a leaking AC unit and CTR was at my house at about 10 or so this morning. I love companies that have prompt service. Scott and his assistant did a great job handling my AC unit. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone!

Our air went out on the first day of summer and we were without for 2 days. I called several companies, many from referrals from friends and family. Everyone was booked up for weeks which is not feasible in this TX heat. I kept searching, calling around, and found CTR Services. Let me tell you, they were so professional, friendly, and quick! They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. My tech, Michelle, was one time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had my air conditioning working in less than 30 minutes. She communicated with my home warranty company and me to ensure that we understood EVERYTHING. Not to mention, the pricing was awesome! 5 out of 5 stars! I definitely recommend! I have their number saved and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward!

I called six different places on Sunday and this was the only company that answered the phone. The rest sent me to voicemail and most of them did not answer till the following day. They apologized for not being able to come same day but set a window for the following day. When the Tech arrived I explained what was happening and he immediately knew what to look for. I have a technical background so when he identified the capacitor I grimaced because all my own research pointed to that. He immediately offered to let me handle it to save money. He even took the time to educate me on different types and why they cost different prices and showed me the two models. And let me read the specs. I opted to go ahead and let him handle it. Took him 20 minutes to do the repair but he then did a full diagnostic to make sure the rest of the system was functional. While it was not inexpensive, it was worth the cost in the value of the techs knowledge and willingness to explain the details of both my unit and the technical details. I was in good hands.

Scott came out right away after my AC unit started blowing hot air (while we were in triple digit temps). He was professional and took time to explain the issue, why it occurred and how he was going to repair it. He completed the job quickly and double checked to see if I had any questions. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend this company.

Show me where your ac is located....3Fixed the issue and explained everything...4Billed me, gave me preventative paperwork and a card....4WHAT BLEW MY MIND BACKWARDS IS this man told me that if anything happens in the next 30 days just call and theyll come out free of charge. I asked for piece of mind could I call in about a week just to make sure and he says, ABSOLUTELY and have me another card and says thats free too.For me thats was the 5 stars 🌟I havent seen customer service like that in forever and thank you so much for your time Jason Scott.I am now a loyal customer.

We have used CTR on several occasions. Scott was our technician and I was glad to see him. He started trouble shooting and quickly addressed the problem and had our A.C. working. He also answered all questions that I asked concerning our system. My wife and I are pleased with the service and highly recommend CTR and if Scott is your Tech thats a plus.

Great Professional Company. Helped me for months beforehand sorting through different systems until I decided on one and they ordered it and installed within 10 days or so. They were super patient with me and answered each and every question I had for months before and after install. Installation took the better part of a day but were very thorough, professional and clean. Will gladly use them again and they will remain my primary HVAC maintenance and repair company.

These guys are great. Communication with the team was great the entire time. The process of installing a new AC unit was explained perfectly. They obtained the permit from the city, installed the new unit, and registered the unit for warranty purposes. They were quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

The service technician that came out was Scott.I have gotten a brand new system and with new products came new challanges.I went from an old late 90s R22 system to brand new.Scott was timely, upon requested appointments.Knowledgeable on the product.Was willing to answer questions, and if not knowing the answer, was resourceful into finding correct information and not dismiss the question.First instalation went well and swiftly.Whilst using old draining system, we learned that the new systems draining requirements substantially exceeded the older systems needs.Scott was verry quick to come and rectify the draining issue by the following weekend.I havent seen a problem since this past weekend and i have high hopes for the Texas summer!Thank you Scott!

This is one company I know I can trust. They are prompt, do great work and provide sound, honest feedback. Hard to find that anymore. Really glad we have them.

My AC, which is under a home warranty company, broke in mid-May. The home warranty company sent a firm that I already knew doesnt really fix the unit (given that I had prior experience with the same poor service two years ago when the condenser broke and eventually needed to be replaced). Given my prior experience, I was very skeptical that the initial firm had actually fixed the issue. Sure enough, when the unit was not functioning a few weeks later I called the home warranty company back and demanded a different provider. Unfortunately, the second provider only works M-F and wasnt available to come for three days. Given the unbearable heat and humidity combination, I decided I couldnt tolerate living in my house without working AC. I called CTR on a Saturday morning and had a repairman there by early afternoon (for the same call-out fee that the home warranty charges). CTR quickly detected the problem (the attic half of the unit needs new coils since they had rusted badly and were leaking). Unfortunately it isnt a cheap fix and couldnt have been done that same day given that at a minimum new coils were required. CTR went ahead and recharged the unit so that I could at least have a livable home environment while I decide to either replace the unit or wait for the second home warranty provider to make the repair. I cant say enough good things about CTR, and am disappointed that the home warranty company I use doesnt offer them as a covered provider. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing the home warranty contract next year. And I WILL definitely be recommending CTR to everyone who needs AC service!

Update 4/6/24: I have CTR come and service my A/C unit for preventive purposes. Michelle was very professional. She checked my unit inside and my condenser unit outside. Made a recommendation to replace my capacitor on my condenser. She noted that it wasnt something that was imminent, but should be replaced before the hot summer takes full effect and puts additional strain on my system. I truly appreciated her honesty in her assessment and she didnt push me to have it repaired immediately. She explained the issue and gave me the estimate and told me to schedule it at my convenience. CTR is a great company with honest profrssionals. I will continue to use them for my HVAC services and recommend them for yours as well.Original Review:Called CTR to come and check my AC that was leaking water after seeing all their 5* reviews from previous customers. The secretary was very understsnding and put me on the schedule for same day. They did even better and responded within a couple hours of me calling. The tech contacted me when he was enroute told me the likely problem and the estimated price to repair. It was exactly what he said and the issue was fixed in no time! Air conditioning services did an amazing job! It was a Sunday when no other company got back to us but he answered right away and got there in just a few hours when he finished his other calls. His customer service and response time was great! We will definitely ask for him next time!

We recently purchased an older house, when we did the AC system was pretty much defunct. We called CTR at the recommendation of our daughter. Let me just say even from the start, they were amazing! Very polite and courteous. They evaluated the system, made a recommendation. We purchased and they installed a new AC unit and air handler. They also performed a duct inspection and made some repairs as well as replaced our thermostat with a smart thermostat.They were always punctual, polite understanding and took the time to explain everything.I cannot say enough good things about them and our experience with them!If you need AC work done, give them a call! You will be so glad you did!

Had a slight mix up with scheduling the appt. Stuff happens, but CTR jumped through hoops to make it right, and had the issue resolved almost superhumanly quick. Absolute A+ service, I will be using them exclusively for any future needs.

CTR was invited, along with a few others, to bid on the sale and installation of a heat pump to replace my aging AC. I did not select CTR largely based on the price of their solution which was comparable to other vendors but considerably more expensive.

Scott Jason has been a wonderful advocate for me! I have not yet had them do any actual work for me because I am at war with my home warranty company, FAHW, for over a month now with my downstairs AC! I finally received authorization to hire my own contractor, I called CTR (showed up same day!) and they have already gone above and beyond for me - I am thankful to have them on my side!

Our AC had stopped working all of a sudden. They were so kind when they answered the phone and came out same day. The technician was very nice and found the problem right away. He had the part on him and was able to fix it right away. We were so happy with the service!

Technicians arrived on time. They did a full diagnostic on my HVAC to determine the cause of the issue. A simple restart of a board fixed the issue and they also cleared out the pipes. One of the hardest qualities to find is honesty. From my experience, if it was another company they might have told me to replace the board but not the techs from CTR.

We were very happy with the technician who performed the regular maintenance service for our AC. He was professional, polite, methodical and thorough. He identified and corrected issues that had been overlooked by a previous service call from a different company. He explained and demonstrated functions and modalities and provided options for potential improvements. Since this service call, our heat pump has been functioning at an optimal level heretofore unexperienced
