I like the service and they came on time, and I love the job and didn’t take a long time. Was very friendly and explained the whole process. The price was reasonable. Ashely helped me with financing and was very friendly. I recommend anybody who needs service to go to Arties heating and air conditioning!!

Omg they were excellent! The heater worked when they came in but that didn’t stop from investigating why the heater didn’t turn on before. They found an issue and fixed it promptly!!! Thank you.

The technician was very knowledgeable and informative, I didnt give 5 stars, because I had to wait 4 days for a Goodman brand part and without heat,( fortunately, I had space heaters) however, I believe have commonly used parts from a universal brand should be kept in stock or at minimum, better arrangements with the supplier for faster delivery. The woman that answers incoming calls/ appointment scheduler was very nice and professional.

Servicemen were awesome! Service repair was quick, even for a compressor.Nelson went above and beyond. Technician that was here yesterday did the same, addressing our concerns and explaining repair and parts Arties Heating & Air has exceeded once again.On a further note, i suggest Bryant, or Carrier improve and quality check their parts during manufacturing. The techs have always been friendly and professional and they appear to be knowledgeable about my HVAC systems. They’ve always done good work. My only complaint is their scheduling process. The scheduler will say “You’re scheduled for the morning/afternoon” but they don’t show up during the scheduled time and there’s no message or phone call letting me, the customer, know the techs have been delayed. The tech said he doesn’t know where he’s going each day until the job he’s currently working on is completed. This is very unprofessional of the scheduling team/person/office staff. Techs get an “A” but the scheduling process gets a “D”.

These guys came in last week and easily identified the problem. They came in a week later, today, and went strait to business. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Professional. Open to all questions I had with great answers. Ive dealt with maybe 4 different companies since the beginning... this is the one. Ill always use these guys!

I got a call saying they was on their way out to service my air conditioning. They was on time. They were very professional. I was very satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody needing any air-conditioning work.

Will never call anyone else. They went above and beyond to do duct work and install a new unit on one of the hottest days this week. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and HONEST! They didn’t have to do some of the work they originally quoted and so all of it was done for less than expected. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars ⭐️

Excellent service from office personnel like Ashley and Nicole. The service personal that installed my mini split were very professional and were on time as promised. The gentleman that recommended the mini split explained the different BTU that was required for our sun room. I would recommend Arties Heating & A/C.

I called for an appointment & was told it would be tomorrow which was ok with me. Well about 2 hours later Ashley called & said there was a truck in Copperas Cove & they were almost done with their job & I would be able to be seen. This made me very happy, Sean came & within 5 minutes the air was blowing cool.He was so friendly & professional, it was obvious he loves what he does. My wife & I just want to thank Artie’s Air & Heat for being top notched & customer oriented & customer friendly. They deserve these 5 stars!!!!

I’ll rate it now.Due to the nature of the project everything looks fantastic. We have been a customer of this company for over 30 years and you dont have to worry about bad service. Service is always good even if there are more service calls than from back in the day. More details later after the wall & ceilings are installed.For your information, (big projects) they have finance options for your convenience. This is a big project for us so I will post pictures later so you can see the finished product.Everything is finished and move in is in progress. It’s awesome!!! They have done a fabulous job. Please call Artie’s when you don’t want to be ripped off. Honest and very good people who take pride in their work. Definitely Recommend.

Needed service on our relatively new HVAC unit installed by Artie’s b/c the heat setting wasn’t working. They came out the next morning to address the issue. Fantastic response time and great customer service, including two phone calls - one to confirm the appointment, and one to let me know when they were on their way. Great customer service and communication. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is b/c the problem was an incorrect install. The wrong wire was used for the heating element. Once that was fixed, it was good to go. But that’s something that should have been done right the first time. However, I’m extremely appreciative of the response and superb customer service to address the issue and would not hesitate to recommend Artie’s Heating & AC.

The best company in Central Texas. Always great customer service. Very knowledgeable technicians. They came by today and knew exactly what we needed! They did it so quick and we could feel the difference in the temperature immediately!

The technicians were very professional and work was done quickly and neatly. After the carpenter closed the opens and electricians completed his work the technicians returned to test the unit and explained the unit function. The split unit has added completed comfort year round.

On Thursday May 12, 2022, Nelson with Artie’s Heating &Air Condition came over to install my new A/C unit. He and the other technicians were very professional they got here on time. They cleaned after themselves… Nelson told me that it was going to take about 3 hours to complete the job and he was right. I’ve had 3 other companies come to my house to look at my A/C and I never gave it a second thought to work with any of them.I highly recommend Artie’s, from the technicians to the ladies in the office everyone was just wonderful… a delight to work with. I was very impressed…Thank you so very much for all the hard work you all do. Excellent company

As a disclaimer, Ive only had dealings with this company through home warranty claims. I cant speak to the quality of their retail experience. Based on the last year of experience, I wouldnt recommend this company for warranty service work. Although the initial installation of a new air handler was performed in August without any problems or delays, the unit has since had several problems, attributed to installation. Through the winter, Arties was unable to effectively troubleshoot (after several visits and one no-show) the Lennox heat unit they installed, requiring a different Lennox dealer to eventually solve the problem. Fast forward to this week, where Ive been told that the fire hazard pictured, caused by improper installation, would be an 85$ service fee to correct due to the manufacturers warranty covering only parts. While true, its a little unethical to charge a customer to fix a problem caused by company technicians. Ultimately, while the installation was generally problem free, the follow on service has been severely lacking.

Arties Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job replacing my ac/heating unit. The installers were very competant, timely, and professional. Considering the weather being so hot, they brought necessary equipment to keep themselves cool. So proud of my new system. Cannot go wrong with this company! They even put my warranties registered for me! Who does that?

So these scam artists came out and told us we needed 2.5 lbs of freon and that they couldnt tell if we had a leak or not. 4 days later our air went out again so we called another place A.R.T in copperas cove that was able to not only diagnose and find the leak but also fix it then and there.We tried contacting Arties for them to rectify the situation and their office manager was very rude and unprofessional. Id recommend buying more fans if your only option is Arties.And they apparently can remove their low reviews so go to yelp.

One of the only companies I know that doesn’t keep basic parts available. I called another company and they came within 15 minutes of the call with the parts and a smile. One of the worse experiences I have ever had. Strongly do not recommend.

One of (if not THE) most unprofessional companies Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They sold us a maintenance plan they refused to honor when our units went out less than two weeks after they were serviced! All I asked for was a refund of the package I purchased ($140 total) or to apply that towards repair. Wouldnt do it. ZERO stars. Avoid at all costs!

So Arties installed a new full AC system 3 years ago. We have had zero issues. We asked them to come out for a routine service. Everything was clean and functional. This just shows that the workmanship 3 years ago was top shelf, along with the products they use and install. And all their workers are friendly, clean, and professional.

I have been using Arties heating and air for over 20 years and I always get great service. The guys came out this morning to do my yearly check up and all is good. I will only do business with Arties A/C because they have proven to be reliable and dependable.

The team arrived at the scheduled time to install dual system-AC & heating. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Some did the outside work and others worked on the inside and it all came together nicely. The cost was the most reasonable in this area which was a big plus. They also sent a customer appreciation gift after the installation was completed which was an additional big plus. I strongly recommend you call Artie’s if you need any HVAC service; you will not be disappointed 👍

This is the 2nd time Ive had to call Arties to fix a unit thats only 3 years old. It was purchased from someone else. The technicians have been wonderful!!! So friendly and helpful! They even honored the manufacturer warranty on our unit even though they didnt install it. We signed up for their twice a year check up and I highly recommend you do too! Upon inspection they showed me why only one really needed the full service, that the second one was ok and working properly. They only charged me for servicing the one unit. Three employees came out to replace the inside unit and outside unit and had to install a new thermostat. They worked very efficiently and quickly and did a wonderful job installing the new units. I was showed where the new filter was and how the new thermostat works. I thought it would be a long process installing the new units and was amazed at how quickly it was done. I will always use Arties Heating & Air for all my repairs and inspections. Thank you for job well done!

Arties should be called Arctics because my home is now COLD all day, even in the late afternoon, since they installed my New, Inside and Outside Unit. The Team were respectful, courteous and professional. They were careful and protected my property while removing the old unit and during the installation of the new unit. They took the time to use a shovel and a leveling tool to insure the components were level, and cleaned the area thoroughly before installing the new system. It is the small details that I noticed that makes all the difference to me; how they sealed the lines entrance port, at the foundation to prevent bugs from entering my house. They also custom designed the drain hose and was totally transparent throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, and explained how to operate the new system before leaving. People, I dont blow smoke, wasnt asked to do this, my money well spent, in fact, a long term investment and an increase in value to my home. I was a bit bummed that my home warranty program didnt cover what needed to be done to my unit, but even with the out of pocket cost, Im so pleased with the level of service I received. My air conditioner is working again, the guys were very friendly and gave good advice for the future. If I need service in the future, Im definitely calling these guys again.

We love Artie’s! The first unit they installed for us was twenty years ago. All good things must come to an end. We called Artie’s again when we started having problems. In 36 hours they had a new unit ordered and installed. Their service is great!😊

Lead Tech Isaiah immediately diagnosed problem to be a Starting Capacitor on the Compressor located outside the house. Replacement took only about 5-10 minutes, followed by successful start-up, check of compressor refrigerant pressures profiles, then even checked the air handler drain line flow path from the attic. Excellent service, both very courteous and personable guys!!

Horrible experience, came out yesterday 2/2, as soon as the tech got there he was ready to leave. Did not stick around to make sure the heat was working. As soon as the tech left the heater stopped working. Called Arties numerous times before they closed, unable to get anyone and nobody returned my call. Now the city has frozen over roads are down, and my 78 year old mom is without heat stuck in her home because someone didn’t want to take the correct time to assess and fix the issue.

The lowest price in town with prompt professional service. the techs arrived on time and got right to work replacing my 15 year old AC with a new Carrier 15 SEER unit. would highly recommend giving them a call for any AC home system services.

Our AC went out yesterday afternoon. I put in a work order with the home warranty folks and received an email notification from Arties. Because it was after 5 I had to wait until this morning at 8 am to call them. They told me they wouldnt be able to make it today but that if anyone cancelled they would inform me. 30 minutes later they called me back and told me help would arrive late this morning or early afternoon. Curtis and Nelson showed before 11 and troubleshot the system to a faulty capacitor and a clogged line very quickly. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Technicians were prompt, courteous, and seemed to know what they were doing. They worked quickly and even swept the garage where some insulation had fallen from the attic. Overall, we are pleased with the service we received.

Had my Condenser replaced after a hail storm. Artie’s was fast and responsive with great value. A+ totally recommend.

I had a old unit but was working fine, I had my summer maintenance contract with them and when they came to service it they did not do the 15 point inspection promised and 2 hours after they left my unit quit cooling. They said the valves was weak and I needed a new unit $4570. I called the owner and he gave me a lame excuse. Saying they could change out side unit. They sent another technician to to verify and I watched as he troubleshoot the problem and noticed all je did was attach the gages and opened the valve never hooking up the meter reader or took any core reading or bulb test ect. Im not a HVAC tech but I read and watched videos of the correct test procedure of a bad condenser valve and realised they never did the complete test procedures perhaps they just took enougt freon out to make the gages not read. So I went with another company Ellis air and they quoted me a better price and a complete system with all new everything, basically they tore out the whole and started from scratch with a higher seer and 1/2 larger outside unit for less . They even inspected my duct work and sealed them for free. I would never use Arties again and they can keep the $99.00 I paid for the maintenance. Their techs are not as knowledgeable as they seem and they short cut things. By the way they didnt evenn clean the leaves out of the unit because they claim it was bot part of the service inspection but I pulled up thier 15 point inspection and the was # 2 or 3. Shoody work but you.just lost.my business.

They replaced my heat pump system. They completed the entire job in just over 3 hours. The techs did an excellent job and I would recommend Arties for any A/C job.

Absolutely horrible. The technician on the phone was completely unprofessional. Im a paying customer requested a weekend emergency services. They wanted to charge for 2 separate visits. One $150 for an inspection to here what i already know and the second to actually fix the problem. Not a problem but the Tech wanted money up front and money once the problem is fixed. My experience has been if Im paying you to repair something the bill is settled once the issue is fixed. He was rude and said he didnt have time to deal with me. An absolute horrible experience and Ill make sure all of my social media outlets here in the Killeen Harker Heights cove add nd Temple Area know of this. Disappointed and offended.

I have used Artie’s‘s heat and air for years and absolutely love the service. The technicians are amazing. They always tell you what they’re doing and I recommend them highly.

I thought this was a great business until we needed them to come look at the air conditioner they had just put in for us. The air conditioner started freezing up 2 months after they put it in and they were too busy to come out on a Saturday and wanted us to call back Monday and see if they would be available then. Needless to say its hot as hell. When you pay for a new unit and duct work you dont expect to have to worry about it for at least a few years.

This is the best “team work” that I have ever witnessed. One team was outside hauling away the old unit and installing the replacement. Another team was inside removing the inside unit and installing the replacement. Excellent job and I was very pleased.

Beware Arties was contracted to replace my entire AC unit by First American Home Warranty. Because they make so little money on these contracts they tried to charge $375 to flush the system. The average price in Bell County is $85 for labor, and $50 for the tank. Twice First American has replaced AC units for me in different homes I have owned, on both occasions I wasnt charged to flush the system. Arties can get the contracts and still make money by passing on the cost to you. Buyer beware!

Appointment scheduling was a breeze the technician were prompt and courteous. He explained everything that took place , he made recommendations for preventive maintenance in the future.

Techs always do great work to make sure I dont have major issues throughout the seasons. They also give me good advice for what is best for my system.

Communication isn’t very clear, Nelson is a great tech but other than that it’s been a very unfortunate bad overall experience dealing with this company.

Service was not good I got ripped out of $75 for instructions that wasn’t told to me prior To tech coming out . In the future please inform your clients to make sure that the AC should be off for a certain amount time rather then getting paid for a service you didn’t perform.
