If I could give 0 start to this company I will I paid $720 to fix my washer and dryer and they didnt fix it , I call back to the store and the manager yell at me telling me he wont give my money back and he will fix it whenever he want his name is STEVE , Im a manager too and I will never treat a client like that , they had been saying they come on they to fix Mt wsssher and they never come. .. my boyfriend had been asking days at work to wait for they for the end of the day say they will come another day , dont evener choose this company.....

SCAM!! If you want to waste hundreds to be made fun of during a service call only to NOT be given any information. Walked right in no introductions. Management could care less about their quality of service or work ethic. Quoted $139 service fee, waived if repair is done. Walked out my door $205 later after absolutely nothing but harassing me.

Seriously, and to have the audacity to emphasize the “$129.99 plus tax” for your tech to come out, then to reschedule, not once but twice thru an automated system is pathetic…Why make the appointment if you are cherry picking jobs? Cancel that appointment,tried calling but no answer.

Set up service call with Campbell for my lg side by side refrig (freezer not cooling like it should). Service tech scheduled between (btw) 12-4, husband notified by text that tech would arrive btw 4-6. Techs checked refrig, stated a condenser fan was the problem. I asked how much the part was and the service tech replied about $65. The part would have to be ordered. My husband received a text from Stephen (scheduler/office guy) with a total repair of $489. I called for a breakdown of the charges and Stephen told me they are a flat rate company and would not break down the charges. All work was cancel and we have gone elsewhere.

O PLUS STAR!!!! Please go to YELP and especially the negative BBB reviews as well..... you will be shocked. I was not, because I experienced so much of what I read. Very poor service with no resolve. Appliance still not working four to five visits and almost 400.00 later. It was not even so much the money as the dishonesty and the unprofessional customer service because I was not satisfied with the service. Even the owner is unprofessional ... or at least I was told it was the owner. Very sad to read those reviews because some were almost my exact situation, so I can relate. They kept telling me the weird noises were normal and each time they came out, it got worse. If they would have just admitted that they didn’t know what was wrong, but instead took it apart and stared at the parts until finally throwing it back together and it rattled and shook like crazy. He told me that was normal. I also see a review on this site as well that refers to dishonesty. I had the technician add comments each time I had to sign anything and was told I would get a receipt by email. My comments were apparently erased once he got into his truck. He stated that I was satisfied and my comments were not on the receipt. I was not at any point satisfied with more problems than I started with. This is really sad to me....... I was never offered any type of a refund, or decent apology, but instead very aggressive and rude statements made by technician and owner. She told me I better be glad they didn’t charge me more when I stated the same problem still existed....Wow. So many more complaints about scheduling, warranty, etc, but not enough time or space.****Owner responded stating that he knew nothing about this. Well, it’s still broken and never too late to make this wrong right if you really mean what you said in your comment. I would really like my money back or my machine fixed.

They were as slow as molasses to repair my dryer! After they failed to show up or call for our scheduled appointments to finish the repair, I had to continually call and got the run around (good customer service would be them contacting me to make it right). The coupon that I presented was not deducted from my cost. I was also told that they would vacuum out my dryer duct as part of the repair. That was never done. After they left, I had to call them back out because they didnt put the screws back on the back of the dryer. When I dried my clothes, the back would separate from the unit. They made the repair a few months ago and what do you know...the heating coil is out again. IThey are unwilling to help. Just said I was out of luck. Not even to offer a solution or offer to come out to see what may have happened. I absolutely do recommend this company!!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. The technician came out and looked at my machine and hooked up the his equipment to check the refrigerant/gas. He said my freezer showed it was almost empty. He called someone and within 5 minutes he gave me an invoice for $1700. I would need to pay 1/2 for them to start the work. I said how did you produce an invoice for $1700+ and you didnt check anything else. He said, he doesnt work on these machines but after I put 1/2 down, they would send over the appropriate technician to fix the problem. I felt like they were getting ready to steal money from me so I told him I would send the money in. I had another company come over and he said there was NO LEAK in refrigerant and my machine had the appropriate amount. The new repair person stayed and fixed the problem...the total cost was $352. Campbell Appliance was going to steal my hard earned money from me. If you are thinking about using Campbell Heating and Air, I would recommend that you fixed it yourself with bubble gum and a shoestring. I have asked to speak to management/ownership no one will get me the number or give my number to them. This company would get -5stars from me if it would let me.

Technician came out on 18 April 2023, figured what part would be needed and told me that they would get it in and be back on Friday (today the 21st of April 2023). No messages or phone calls. I messaged them asking what time they would be out and was told I wasnt on the schedule. They cant get me in till Tuesday April 25th. I wrote back that I was told it would be today and no reply. I called and Stephen acted like he didnt care that the techs said that because he was the scheduler. Horrible company horrible service and liars. Will not use this company ever again.

I had an issue with my ice maker not producing ice on my 2 year old Whirlpool refrigerator. I called Campbell Appliance Heating and Air to make an appointment on Thursday, and they immediately called me back with an appointment Friday morning. The repairman, Kenny, showed up as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He explained the problem and ordered the part that day, and offered me advice on what to do until the part came in. I received a call from the office the following week that my part arrived and they set up an appointment for the same day. Kenny arrived with the part and begin dismantling the fridge carefully, replaced the part, and put everything back as it was. I was very impressed with his cleanliness, professionalism and skill. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Campbells for any appliance repair. Kenny was absolutely great!

My home warranty company, Choice, set me up with this company to fix my A/C and told me they would arrive at my house between 12pm-3pm. I got a call from Campbell the day prior to my appointment to tell me a technician would be there between 3pm-5pm. At 6:05pm I called my home warranty company to find out what was going on, I never received a courtesy call to tell me they were running late. I would not have had any issue whatsoever if they called and said they would arrive at 8pm, but when my doorbell rang at 10 minutes after 6pm and it was the technician I instantly realized that they do not understand or comprehend what a courtesy is.There we 2 technicians, I said hello and let them in and told them I didn’t think they were going to show up and I would have appreciated a call or text. One guy turned around and told me it was not his job to call and let me know they were late that it was the job of the people in the office and that he was not putting up with any attitude. I was totally shocked at his response and aggressive behavior , I asked him what attitude all I did was ask a question!!I told him I understood that he was tired and hot but that I’ve worked in customer service for 33 years and that people really appreciate knowing what is going on, his response was that he did not have time to sit in his vehicle and call anyone, that there where a lot of people with no cool air and that he could just leave, that nobody told me to sit at home and wait for them, that all other companies make you sit at home all day and don’t even tell you when they will arrive, wrong!!!I have alway had very professional people come do service calls at my home. They give me a time frame of when I should expect them, if the technician is running late they will text or call to let me know, also they will text to let me know they are on their way. I told him that it would probably be best if he did leave. Before he walked out the door he told me that if I thought I could do it better to do it myself( I’m still confused about that part because if I could fix my own A/C why would I call anyone?)he added that he didn’t need the money that bad and kept babbling nonsense walking to his car.The other gentleman did not say a single word,I actually felt bad for him. If I had read the reviews for this company I would have asked Choice Home Warranty to send someone else.Every response is defensive, not one single apology or any kind of empathy from whomever is responding to the reviews just excuses. I am a Regional Director of Operations for Hilton and Marriott hotels, my main responsibility is to connect with guests that have had any issues at my properties , to solve their issues and earn their loyalty. So here’s something to think about to whomever is in charge at Campbell. Is this the kind of person that you’re okey with representing your company? Also after reading the reviews, I thank God that that angry and rude technician never had an opportunity to touch my A/C, I’ve would have been in the same boat as most of the other people that have posted reviews for this company.

My ac stopped working in the middle of the night. I woke up miserable pouring sweat. I googled for ac repair companies and this company was the first one that came up in the search so I called them. The lady who answered the phone patiently listened to my issue and insured me that she would get a technician to come see about my problem and call me back within an hour. She explained to me the cost for the visit and explained that it would be waived in the cost if the repair was performed by their technicians. I was getting a little impatient as the hour drew near then my phone rung. It was the lady calling me saying that the technicians was on his way and would arrive in the next 15 minutes. The technicians arrived and assessed my problem and fixed it right away. They even showed me what had gone wrong and gave me advice on how to properly take care of my system. In a matter of 45 minutes they had my ac up and running. I give these guys a 5 star rating. Thanks guys and may God continue to bless you and your company.

Called this company to fix a leaking dishwasher. They sent someone out within a reasonable amount of time. The guy identified the problem and ordered the part and came by a few days later to install the part. However, after installing the part, the dishwasher still leaked. The guy was still in his van on his phone so I was able to get him back inside to look at it again. He said he left out a piece, installed it, but it still leaked. He said he needed to get his appliance guy to come out to look at it, which i thought strange because this is supposed to be an appliance repair place. Several days went by without Campbell calling me so I called them to see what the problem was. They said that technician was no longer working for them and would send another guy out ASAP. A week later, the tech said the previous tech had installed the part backwards, so the new tech installed the exact part in the correct direction and departed. The dishwasher still leaked. I called again and they sent the 2nd tech out to me again and he looked at it and said that the part that he re-installed in the correct direction was too badly damaged by the first install and needed to be replaced. The tech said he would re-order that part and return to install it. That was as of 20 May. Since May 20, today is 15 June, no one has contacted me to fix their mistake and repair the dishwasher that they were paid to repair. Just another shady business to steer clear of.

Worst service. Won’t recommend to anyone. It’s a scam they asked me to pay in advance and then keep asking it more and more money every time and said they need another parts to fix the machine and finally it didn’t even got fixed for what I have paid twice and they still want me to charge third time to come and visit.Stay away from them if you dnt want to lose your money and get into any troubled.Worst company to deal with.

11/24 technician tells me that the compressor needs to be changed on dishwasher. The part has to be ordered and will take about 5 days 2 weeks later I have to call wait for a day for the office to track down tech and find out what is going on (problem number one...how do they not know what is going on). Oh sorry delay on part (thanks for telling me) tech comes about a week later to install. Oops the part is bad so I have to order a new one...but it’s gonna take another 2 weeks. No sorry you can’t get a refund on 1/2 of part cost that you already paid you MUST wait another 2 weeks or forfeit the 129.00. 3 1/2 weeks later no call no part call the office again...of course they have no idea what is going on and rudely tells me I cannot have a refund of Part cost because they fixed my doshwasher...even though I just explained that I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks for a good part because the last one he came with didn’t work. Once again They have to call me back after they contact the tech to find out what is happening. What happens if the tech quits or gets ill? Too bad you’re fixed office has no clue what is happening, zero communication, supplier that provides bad parts, terrible customer service. Dishwasher still not fixed!!Supervisor responded to this review (in all caps) that they will fix the dishwasher or give me a refund...so I call the office and request a refund but am advised that they are still going to charge me $129.00 for labor! Seriously? I have went For 2 months without a dishwasher waiting for them to get a working part...tech told me it would be 5 days. Office justifies this by saying tech doesn’t know if the part is on back order So when they found out, nobody bothered to tell me...not once but twice. Supplier sends them a bad part...my problem not theirs . This is seriously the worst customer service I have ever received they take zero accountability, have never apologized and I refuse to give them 129.00 for this nightmare. This company was sent through my home warranty company on at first I was happy, Tech came out on June 17th and was friendly and professional, I told him what was going on with my freezer and what the previous company did (that didnt fix the issue) had done. He said a part needed to be replaced the company got the part ordered and same Tech came out. After he replaced the part he went to realign the door and noticed the problem was with the door which he only could tell because the freezer wasnt frozen shut like before(defrosted it). Well he told me that he would look into getting a new door. Called me later and said that the door had been discontinued so my freezer is unfixable. I asked if he would put that in his report and he said yes. Well by the next morning my freezer was frozen shut again. Same Tech came out and said he would write up the report and give it to the office to handle. That was June 28th. After waiting and waiting I callef Campbell appliance to be told the person who handles that is on vacation and no one else can handle this. What company cant handle sending a report to a warrenty company because an employee went on vacation, seriously have a back up person. So I wait and call again on the day said person is to be back im office, for them still to be on vacation. My warrenty company has been calling and requesting the info with no luck. I called Campbell again yesterday to be told that they sent it then to be told by the warranty company today that it wasnt sent. Well here we are a month later still with a broken freezer and now a new company to handle my claim🤦 the office needs to get their act together. The Tech I had was great.

I have never seen an appliance company as dishonest as Campbell Appliance.In Sept. 2015, I called Campbell to fix the ice maker of the fridge in my rental home. The technician went there and told me that the water valve needed to be replaced in order for the ice maker to work. I paid $173 for the water valve to be replace.Three weeks after the water valve was replaced, I contacted the tenant and asked if the ice maker was working. The tenant told me that it still did not work. I called Campbell, and Campbell sent the technician back.A few days later, I contacted the tenant again, and the tenant said that the ice maker still didnt work, so I called Campbell again. The representative told me that the ice maker needed to be replaced and I would have to pay $260 to have it replaced. I asked if they would deduct the $173 from it because what they did the first time didnt work. The representative said she didnt think so, but she would ask the technician and call me back.Campbell never called me back. I decided that I should try to get my money back and find someone more honest. So I called Campbell and asked for a refund. The representative told me that I could not get a refund because the part had been ordered and the work had been performed. I told her that the work performed didnt work because the ice maker was still not working. She kept repeating that the part had been ordered and the work had been performed.I called the credit card company and disputed the charge. In Campbells rebuttal, they said: I called them, and they went to the house and found that the water inlet needed to be replaced. They formed the work correctly. I later called them and told them that the ice maker didnt work. They had to charge me again because the ice maker was a separate issue.Campbell never admitted that when I called them the first time, it was about the ice maker.In order for me to get my money back, however, the credit card company required a second opinion from a professional. I told them that would put me on unfair ground because I would have to pay someone else to look at it in order for me to get my money back. The credit card company wouldnt listen to me because its a Visa policy.So, here I am, after almost half a year and after losing $173, the ice maker still didnt work.

Misdiagnosis and over charge.Scam ArtistsHad my repair done elsewhere same day at much better price.Go somewhere else!!!!!I guess that what you would say!!!No this the right place you charged $79 for someone to make me wait 3 days to come out and do nothing. Had ice machine go down at restaurant on holiday weekend. Needed fixed and since the company I normally use was booked up and couldn’t fit me in I went looking on the net. When a couple of my crew members heard I was getting a work order thru campball they told me some pretty bad things and said I shouldn’t. Since I work in the public and have tons of customers I understand the good the bad and the ugly of peoples opinions. Now not only am I out of 5 hours of my time since I had a 4-6:00 repair window and gave up waiting at 9:00, but now I have to pay up to my crew for losing the bets! Have no idea how their service is and I will never know since I will pay someone double their charge to fix the stores issues. That’s multiple stores that have equipment issues frequently. Guess gaining new customers is not a high priority. Their loss, plenty of other companys need business. Go with another company even if you have to pay a little more. I will enjoy telling all my Sunday customers which is a lot, about the bet’s I lost. At least I get to laugh about it tomorrow!

I dont like leaving a bad review on any business but I must say I am very dissatisfied with this company. Every time Id bump into the dryer the lights would start flashing and finally it would not heat but cool dry only. Called them and they said a service fee of $55.00 to come out and check it and used it toward the repair if they would do the repair along with parts. I was told the control head was at fault and the total for repair would be $350.00 for the repair. I paid $200.00 in advance to have that special part ordered and the repairman left. I noticed that the air duct was not connected so I decided to reconnect the air duct, at the same time I seen 2 screws left loose in the back of the dryer so I tighten that also. Once every thing set back in place the Dryer works like normal. So all it was is a loose connection. According to the office they said $55.00 plus an additional $149.00 minimum labor fee was added. For what I dont know? Guess I dont get any refund back. I cant recommend this company.

While I am away serving my country, my wife said we had an issue. It was after hours and they came out fix things. The next day our AC went back and they came out again. They said that everything was done and that we needed a new unit. I told my wife that I didn’t feel right about something and to get a second opinion. I spoke to “Kenny “ and I told him that I didn’t want him or his company there because I wasn’t home. He lied and told his GM that I didn’t want them there because of their bad reviews. That was a lie because I never looked at their reviews. I felt that since I was away, they tried to take advantage of my wife and I was right!!!The second opinion, found several concerning issues. He took pictures of what was left behind in the attic and Kenny, the campbell technician was there several times. found that the panels were left open on coils section. He also reset the panels and taped and screwed the panels back on because he just left it cares-sly. The intent here is we felt that he sabotaged what we called and asked for your company to do. And felt taken advantaged of. I don’t go for that.As a member of the Military I take integrity and honor very seriously and this company and their employee tried to purposely take advantage of my wife. That is why our LAWYER will be involved from this point on. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!And to add....” i find it odd that payment were asked before any services were rendered. To add, the services were overcharged and claimed that the system had a glitch. But when asked by the technician, he replied “we’re charging you 12.5 sales tax versus the 8.25”....then cancelling the service of installing a new system after 8-9 hours later (which is the following morning at approximately 6am) somewhat is an offense to them baffles me by saying a charge of a “restocking fee will occur”.There was no contract or policy that states any “restocking fee” will occur. You cannot charge me any fee that was never rendered.As per consumer protection, and the texas general attorney- there is a the 3 day right to cancel a purchase or service.

I was absolutely impressed with this company! Kenny, the service technician, walked through each step of the process of repair AND ways to stay aware at homeowner level! Kenny is the star player for this company but I must say I was also surprised by the call center and the promptness of the service. I think they would have had Kenny at my door within the hour if I had asked! This is not a robot, not Kenny, and I am not definitely not getting paid! Call them and ask for Kenny personally! -Robert

I was very impressed with the service from Campbell Appliance the tech came within the time frame stated and fixed my washer the same day. I was very excited that he even had the part on his truck. So there wasnt any delays in fixing my washer. Same day service is excellent! I would use them again in the future if needed.

I set up an appointment w/ them & they didnt show up. I dont know how good they are if you dont show it doesnt matter. They set me up for 2-4 pm. I got a text they were in route at 1:39 pm. I didnt see it & didnt respond until 3:18 pm. I sure would have appreciated a phone call before you wasted my whole day. I have decided to go w/ someone else who hasnt disappointed me yet. Probably not as busy or so successful they can treat potential customers this way. I sure wish I read the reviews prior to even trying these folks. It looks they almost have as many 1 star reviews as 5 star reviews. Not a good quarterback rating guys.

Completely disgusted by the fact that the tech tried to take advantage of us! Im 7 1/2 months pregnant and he immediately saw that. The first price he quoted was 460 something. My husband came in to let me know, went back outside and he told him it was gonna be 1200 plus because of something different. My husband came in to let me know again went back outside and he told him he could fix the AC until Monday but if he wanted it done today it would be 3500!!! We paid him for coming out and told him we would contact him later. Not even 15 minutes later we were able to get a reputable technician from another company to come out and our AC was fixed in 10 minutes and we only paid $150!!!! To anyone considering this company...DONT....or get a second third and fourth opinion before you do!

Absolute trash. We needed a repair on our prep table refrigerator so we call them to have someone to be send in. On the phone call we are told they will call us to let us know when they can send someone in. An hour later, someone came in without the phone call or anything, look at our refrigerator for 5 min and said the compressor is completely broken and need a new one. They slap us with 140$ for the 5 min service that we have no idea we would be paying. We are furious and we would not recommend calling this company for service.

I had A/C issues after hours and called this company. The technicians were not communicative of what they were doing, showed up missing tools, one of the older technicians told my Mexican girlfriend I dont care what they say about you people, youre alright and then charged us 495 just to have it break literally a week and a half later. Called them again during regular hours and the charge came to 350. Had the same issue two weeks later, called a different company and they got it fixed for 150 after hours.

Called about a week and a half ago about my refrigerator not keeping the freezer section cold enough to keep food frozen. They sent someone out to my house on a Sunday to check it out. The repair guy was quite professional and insisted that the circuit board in my refrigerator was no good without doing any more troubleshooting than putting his hand on it and saying it was too hot and not looking at anything else. So he ordered a new circuit board and said it would be a few days to get it. When time came to replace the new part I could never get someone to come and finish the job in the morning because I had to ask someone to come stay at my house to let them in, so I had to take time off of work. Taking time off would have been fine if the guy ever showed up in the two hour window I was given. So finally he showed up on the 3rd try about two hours late to replace the circuit board. He never even checked to see if the new part had fixed the fridge and left. Turns out new part didnt fix the fridge and had to get him to come back and look at the fridge again. Again I took time off of work to wait at the house in a two hour window, and again the guy was two hours late. This time he seemed to look at the fridge and said the compressor was no good without telling me why he thought the compressor was bad he tried to convince me to buy a $1200 dollar compressor. Nevermind the fact that I was able to search the compressors part number on at least three separate websites and the most expensive one I could find was $325. I feel these people tried to scam me into buying parts I didnt need. So basically I am out 6 hours of work, a little over $500 for the circuit board, and my fridge is still broke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I did business with Campbell Appliance. Back in 2014 my outdoor unit stopped working, I called Campbell and they send a “tech” named Kenny. He advised me to get an entire new outdoor unit because it would cost about the same price to fix it vs replacing it. So I fell for the scam and went ahead and replaced it. I was charged $3,464 in total for a new outdoor unit. Fast forward this summer of 2016. My unit is not cooling properly specially at night time, so I called them back because I was under the impression I was under warranty and the so called tech Kenny came back. He came in checked the indoor unit for about 20 secs, walked back to his work truck and came back with a leak detector. He placed the leak detector near the evaporator. (The leak detector will go off if the unit is running due to air flow) Of course the leak detector went off like crazy because the unit was still running. So Mr. so called “tech” Kenny told me that my entire indoor unit need to be replaced because there is a leak in it. There is no way I’m going to fall for the same trick again so I told him I was getting a second opinion and he left. This company does not have technicians, if you read most of these reviews, you can see a pattern and it is they will sell you new units for thousands of dollars when the repairs would actually cost a few hundred dollars at most. These people are scammers and will take advantage of you, stay away from them.

Campbell appliance heating and Air provided me with great customers services they did a diagnostic one day order the part the next, returned on the day dealin specifically said it would return and he was out the same day and completed the repairs to my dryer and it was working as new as ever. Haven’t had any problem since, I would recommend them to anyone they where polite, and curiosity.

Our fridge went out and we initially had it looked at by another appliance repair company. We were told our 6-year-old refrigerator had a difficult repair and it may be better to buy a new one. After realizing we couldnt afford a replacement, we contacted Campbell Appliance. The NEXT day, a technician came out, and he took less than 5 minutes to diagnose our fridge! Kenny is a ROCK STAR! He not only knew exactly what was wrong, but he explained the how and why. He also told us how we could get it going again while we are waiting on the parts. Weve contacted our property management company and told them them to use Campbell Appliance from now on!!!

Run the other way.This company was called to my house to repair an HVAC issue in December. We were charged $1600 to have a $150 Honeywell HZ322 panel installed and dampers replaced. Everything about it seemed shady. Two different technicians diagnosed they same problem two different times and neither one fixed the issue. No box was left for the new panel and the technician refused to leave the old one. On top of all that, the problem still exists so we will have to spend more money to get it repaired by reliable professionals. Most reputable businesses guaranteed their work, last time I checked. Kenny Adkins was my service tech. Who did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, and fixed my ice maker by replacing the motor on it. He did everything that was asked of him and left taking all old parts with him. He certainly knows what he is doing, very quick and efficient. I will tell everyone I know to use Campbells Appliance repair when they need it.

I scheduled a time between 2-4 pm for a technician to come out and look at my dryer. At 3:20 I received a voicemail from the technician who called from a private number asking me to call the main office and confirm my appointment, as he didnt want to come to my house and find that no one is at home. I was working remotely and on another call the moment of his call and couldnt switch over in time. I called the main office 3 times, with the answering service picking up each time and asking me to try back in a minute. On the third attempt they finally took my name and said they would pass on my message that I was home and waiting. That was the last thing I heard.I took 2 hours out of my day to sit around and wait for technician that didnt show up and for an office that didnt call me back. I wont be following up with them and will look into a different company.

Ive been waiting for nearly a month for my dryer to be fixed by this company. Their customer service is awful. I NEVER received a call on the status of the repair...from anyone. I would call only to be given the run around. On hold for over 20 mins waiting for a bogus response. The part clearly wasnt ordered when it was supposed to be. Managers integrity is very questionable. Paid fully in advance only to be reminded that there are no refunds! An overall awful experience! Will never use this company again!!

Kenny came within 45 minuets of me making the call. The call went to a dispatcher who sent it to another dispatcher who then contacted Kenny with my info. (to me thats super fast) Kenny troubleshot my problem quickly (about 15 minuets) and had the part I needed to me the next day. Super friendly guy Id highly recommend him.

These guys love showing up and charging a service fee and not actually doing anything. Or to be fair, it may not be the technicians, who seem nice (but in a condescending snide fake way)... it could just be the lady on the phone. These guys wont even talk to you when you call. The secretary will not tell them what is wrong before they show up, so that they can show up an extra time and charge an extra fee. We had a broken hinge on our walk-in cooler and it caused the coolant to either run low, or perhaps it needs to starting components. I dont know which because even though I paid for a service call... the guy basically showed up and didnt even know our hinge was busted (secretary wouldnt deliver hte message). He noticed the compressor but (duh!) we cant just fix the compressor if the door doesnt seal! So we told them we already ordered the hinge (which we would have ordered through them if they would even get on the phone wiht us) and we should address the coolant after the door will actually close. The tech said he could come back within 14 days for free so itd probably need to be charged, but when we called; no dice. She said but it says your husband will replace the hinge himself and wouldnt send them back out to check the compressor. They literally show up and do nothing and charge us. Im sick of it. THis is the second time. THe first time it was my oven. I told them what my landlord said was wrong with it (a clogged tube). They didnt listen to me and said it was a $400 part... replaced it then it still didnt work. I said well wouldnt that tube be cheaper? Aw, itd probably be around the same price... Come on, its obvious they are scoundrels. They said they needed to order the tube and would be back, supposedly I told them nevermind according to the tech this time, but what I remember is them just never showing back up. I never got charged for the $400 part (I guess they took it back) but I also paid a service charge that time too. So basically 2 times Ive paid them to show up and do NOTHING. What should happen is this: They actually need to know the problem BEFORE they show up. They need to communicate via phone wiht the owner, and LISTEN to wht the owner says. They need to come with any possibly needed parts they have on hand, and actually try to fix it in one shot. If they do need to order stuff and come back, they should do what EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES, and credit the diagnosis toward the labor. Do this and maybe your reviews wont suck so bad. smh

I trusted that the guy knew what he was doing. He charged me 354.95 (over two visits) and told me that the compressor was completely blown and it would be cheaper for me to buy a new system. He tried to charge me 5629.00 for this, and even offered financing options.I called a second opinion and they found the breaker was blown, 15 dollar repair that i did myself, and the part that the other guy installed was blown, so i had to pay the second opinion only 89.99 for the part.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I called them to work on my upright freezer five months ago. After 7 visits from a technician and $500 in repairs, they told me my unit was unable to be fixed. They told me they would replace my freezer with a comparable unit, but that was in November, and when I can get hold of them (!), they claim to be waiting on a part to come in. (Or, they cheerfully say, We are so sorry! Well look into that and call you back! and then we never hear from them again.) The people who work for this company are either criminals or completely incompetent; either way, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Dont use these people! During my deployment my wife called to have a condensation pump replaced. They couldnt give her a quote on the phone, and the service guy called on route to diagnose on the phone. She explained the problem to him he drive up to Killeen from Round rock. when he got there he didnt have the pump with him, called the office manager and got a quote of 840 to replace it. Then called the owner and said the office manager didnt know what she was talking about, It would actually be 550 to replace it. Then despite their advertisement for a free estimate he charged her 40 for the consult. When she said that was ridiculous since she explained it all on the phone and the same estimate could have been provided free of charge, his said well I asked you on my way. To which she said, what is different from what I said on the phone to what you saw and heard here (she had to explain the problem he was not capable of looking at the system and diagnosing the problem himself.) his rely was, well you explained it correctly, but the person who wrote up the service order son conds. pump replacement since she put the wrong information on the work order I had to physically come out and diagnose it. so I have to charge you the service fee. She declined repair because of the inflated cost. When she told the repair man she had a cheaper quote that was 3 times less than their quote his retort was well thats cheap why did you not do that and call us? The owner, office manager or other supervisor was unavailable to hear her compalints, and did not return her message. Save your self time and money, go with Quality heat and air, they came out within an hour and did it for $135. Talk about taking advantage of a woman whose husband is deployed!!

I hired these guys in august and they were out at my house within a couple of hours, the tech charged me almost $500 dollars to replace the compasser, less then 6 weeks later my AC goes out again I call them out again and the same Tech says its now the fan motor and it would cost $650 to replace, when I told him I could afford that he acted like he was talking to his boss and then said it would only cost $450, I then started getting a little suspicious. Then he said he had to charge me $60 for the visit, he said he didnt have the part on his truck if it was going to be repaired it would have to be tomorrow. So the next day I call another AC company (King heating and cooling out of kempner) the tech comes out from the other company and says it the compasser the same one I just payed almost $500 for to be replaced less then 6 weeks ago went bad and on top of it he only charged me $136 to replace it and he told me the part has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer when Campbell told me only had a 30 day warranty. I called back Campbell and told them about the whole story and they said there was nothing they could do and refused to refund me the $60 dollars for the bad diagnostic. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY OVER CHARGE AND ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

Dishonest, cheaters, liars . . . these are the words that describe these people. People WATCH OUT with this company. Please, please, please dont do business with them. On july 26,2014, my mom bought an AC/unit at Campbell Appliances Heating & Air company. It cost her 3,464 dollars. Last Sunday (7/18), the AC unit broke down. Next morning, my mom called the company and they sent a technician. The technician took a quick look at the AC and he came back inside and said that it was the capacitor and that this part was not under the AC warranty. He also said that Campbell not longer sold AC units from the manufacturer Carrier because their customers were having problems with their products warranty, even though their logo is still on Cambells website. He said that it will cost her 398 to replace the capacitor including tax. She had the paperwork they gave her at the time of the AC purchase and she was reading the warranty in the customer manual. We didnt see anything related to the part but he pointed out with his finger and told us that that was the section that applied to the broken part. He walked out with 400.00 cash money that morning. My mom called the manufacturer of the AC (Carrier, Inc.) as soon as the technician was gone because she was very mad at them. They told her that the capacitor was under warranty and that she needed to contact a company approved by them to fix the unit. Campbells technician lied to my mom. He had to know that this part was cover by the warranty because they were selling Carriers AC units before. He just wanted to get my moms money. My mom felt violated, angry and taken advantage of. She put her trust in these people. and now wonders if she even had to buy a brand new unit the first time she used them. Hey, if they were lying now maybe they lied before too. Before my mom contacted Campbell she called a friend that used to work in KISD fixing AC units. He called yesterday afternoon and he told my mom that a capacitor can cost from 15 to 25 dollars and it took the technician from this company less than 15 minutes to install it. Also my mom wanted to keep the broken capacitor, I guess because she had the feeling that something was not right, and he said that for safety issues he couldnt let her keep it. After everything that happened we tired going to their office here in killeen but they no longer have one. after multiple attempts at calling them we finally were answered by a woman named Kelsie who was extremely rude sarcastic and ended up hanging up. She ignored our calls for about an hour until she finally answered. When asked for her supervisors name and number she said that his name was Josh and that the only number to reach him was her line. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else. Ive read multiple bad reviews for this company and im upset that they are allowed to continue doing this people.

ZERO STARS! The lady who answers the phone doesnt listen she cuts me off mid sentence! She was talking with a mean voice and was talking loudly, Ives never informin that the deposit was non refundable, so I lost four hundred and some dollars. She refused to pass my number to the owner or her boss, I have been requesting to speak with them for almost a year still nothing! My appliance is still not fixed! My family members have had terrible experiences with the same lady, she is not nice at all, even was yelling at my handicapped family member. Wow, is all I can say. Steer clear or lose your money!

Dishonest in their communication.Absolutely no patience.They gave me a timeframe of 10:00-noon and told me they call to give me a 15-20 min heads up. I received the call telling me the technician was 15-20 mins out depending on traffic at 9:51am. I was down the street dropping off something at my friends house. I hurried home, arriving in my driveway at 10:03. No one was in sight. I unbuckled my kids and went up to the door to find a magnet from Campbell appliance.Evidently they had come within 12 minutes and left. I promptly called them to let them know I was here only to be informed that the technician had left the area. He couldnt have possibly been more than three minutes away. I informed them that I would not reschedule w them, I wanted the technician to come back. They refused. If you tell someone they have 15-20 mins and you arrive early, you need to wait at least 15 minutes before leaving.Otherwise you are being dishonest. I was home three minutes after the start of the two hour timeframe they had me scheduled for and they left.

Maintenance service is done halfway; last year on semiannual maintenance check everything was supposedly good, then my heating unit was acting up and when I call back they found mildew and some other stuff. The answered was, sorry I didnt catch up that when I came. They charged $8,000 for a unit that cost $4k. And unless they see the secondary line dripping they dont clean up the draining line. Came to my house to fix dryer. Told me need heating element to be replaced. Paid half deposit on front did not fix the problem. Told me circuit board is no good need replacing. I felt funny when tech did not do proper diag. their skills. At my business we have lots of different business owner come to service their cars so took garment for test. it was checked out ok by OHM test and Continuity test. I called them and asked them what they did was wrong and their diag about circuit board was suspicious. I called sears to come out and look at appliance there was problem with wire they reconnect the wire and my dryer works. i called them and asked for refund. They are lairs they said how can you have test garment when tech took it with him. Wrong Tech left garment right on counter and we tested it its ok. Refuse to give refund. Dont worry you will hear from me in court.

I had them come out to fix my refrigerator. The tech told me that the part never took the time that the manufacturer says & it would be in in less than 3 business days. I paid $177 which was the deposit (total cost $355).When I called on the 3rd day I was told that my part would not be in for 3 more days. Afterwards I called Samsung only to find out that the part only costs $74 & that it could have been overnighted for $20 more???? So basically the amount they charged me was mostly service charges & they wouldnt even pay the extra to have it overnighted. Not only is the price ridiculous, but the fact that they wouldnt even have it shipped overnight is crazy. I also notice on here that they only respond to good reviews. I have definately learned a valuable lesson about this company. Save your money & call the manufacturer to order the part yourself first. Total rip off.

Weighing the options we decided for the replacement, after checking on the insurance. The replacement was done well, and quickly. There were a few minor things to be taken care of, but a technician was always called, and everything was done satisfactorily. Also, the payment terms offered were appreciated.

A tech came to my home and stated my ENTIRE UNIT was fried and needed to be replaced. He stated it was installed improperly. The cost? $4,000. I had Killeen heating and air come for a second opinion after I realized something didnt feal right.. And the problem was a breaker inside the unit. My AC was up and running that night for $175. Horrible experience! I do not recommend this place.I was having issues with my washing machine and called this company to come out to look at it. I knew it was something minor, and I was told the cost would be 55 dollars plus labor. The technician, literally, was done in 5 minutes, and even said he didnt do anything!
