TMS Heating & Air Conditioning

I used TMS Heating and Air Conditioning services today. I called them last night and Ray was at my house promptly at 9:30am today. My issue was I recently replaced the faceplate (dial/tuner on the wall) from my old flintstones style to a new school touch screen jetsons version. I had hired an electrician to initially install and connect the wires but they didn’t wire it up correctly with a C-wire and it only worked for a week. Ray was extremely knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly by rewiring the touchscreen and fixing the wiring on the actual A/C unit (furnace) inside my closet. Outstanding work, extremely professional, and the service call price was very reasonable! I’m sticking with TMS if I ever move and rent out my house!

I had a brand new system installed inside and out in June because the ac went out. Come November when the weather got cold out we turned on the heat and it was blowing cold air so I called them to come troubleshoot the system. They said my old thermostat was not compatible with the new system and they would sell me two basic thermostats and not charge for the install. I said I wanted to check prices on thermostats and give them a call back if I was going to go with their thermostats When I went to turn the Ac on because it got warm again the ac was now blowing hot air so the problem went from bad to worse. I tried reaching out for them to install their thermostats since I had already had them working on my system and a new company would change me for install and thermostats, it took 3 weeks for them to respond back. Ray contacted me after 3 weeks said they were out of town and that was the reason for the late response. Got it. When he came to install the new thermostats they were $60 thermostats very basic which he said they would be but he was charging me 125 per thermostat and when I asked if he could do better on the price, he said, the cost was for his time and the install which he said he was not going to charge. In my opinion, if I paid for a brand new HVAC system, the heat and the air conditioning should have been checked when the new system was installed, and if the thermostats were not going to work with the heater, they should have been changed at the time the system was changed , I feel like this was a poor business practice and would not recommend this company for HVAC repairs. UPDATE: This company has made right by refunding the $250 they charged for installing the thermostats.

Our service technician Leo was very professional and explained what was going on with our unit. They werent like other business that feed you BS just trying to get your money. We really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We will be using their services again.

I had my 2 split HVAC systems serviced today. Mr. Leo, the technician was by far one of the most professional Heating and Air Techs I have met. He identified a couple issues that were resolved. He educated me on the Issues and provided the Solution for my systems. I appreciate the service provided. I will definitely use them in the future. I at first highly recommended this company but after paying for service our problem continued it freezes over and leaks like crazy. We called them back because it fell under their 30 day warranty they came back out and still couldnt figure out the problem so they told me I dont know how to work my AC and not to call them back out for anything. I didnt know that leaving an ac 76 was not knowing how to use my AC. Im so glad that I know this now and will NEVER call them again because not only was my problem not fixed but 350$ later Im having to call someone who REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING! They rip people off and Im a disabled VET!

My personal experience with this BUSINESS was totally AWESOME!!I had this MUSTY Animal smell in my Hs for years. He advised me on what to do and I agreed to the JOB on what needed to be done,,Long story short this has been MONEY well spent,,any time I need SERVICE done I have him on SPEED dial.
