I would give them a negative 100 if I could. I was given estimate of $385.00cost for a lennex blower relay installation on an air handler. The estimated labor was $335.56 to install something that takes 5 mins to do. The estimated cost of the blower relay was $50 for an item that you can get off the internet for $20 brand new.And on the ad it said the 69 dollar fee charge for the tech to come out would be included in the cost if I choose to use them and it was not.

I would give the service technician five stars. David B was polite and efficient. Trying to get a hold of a person was basically impossible. You first have to call them and listen to the robot then you actually have to talk to the bot then you have to wait and see if someone is actually there. As a single, disabled woman, living alone, I have other questions besides when will the technician arrive.
