Kilpatrick Heating & Air Conditioning

My heater went out on the coldest day of the year, even though it was working just fine the night before. Called around and couldnt get anyone to come out until I called here. Initially the service was great, the technician that came out was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. This was on Monday night (1/15/2024). He claimed he needed to get a part the next day and that my house would be first in line (1/16/2024). At 8:12am I got a text saying he would be there around noon. At 11:48am I got a text pushing me back to after 3pm. That was the last time I heard from them. I tried calling them directly as well as text, with no answer. By 6pm it was going straight to voice-mail. My husband and I tried to find a space heater at this point, but they are sold out in all of Killeen. Had they just communicated that they couldnt help us I could have found someone sooner and/or gotten space heaters before they were sold out. Now it is Wednesday (1/17/2024) and I have a different company at my home taking care of my heat. And he is telling me that all my wiring is all messed up and is fixing that for me.The ONLY positive was that the guy didnt charge me, especially since the guy who is here now with a company who Ive worked with during the summer is saying my unit looks like a rats nest.

Very professional! Great communication, showed up when they said they would, and fixed my issue quickly. Even explained what went wrong to help me identify the issue again in the future. Definitely recommend this company.

Our A/C quit working at the worst possible time(of course)I had heard great things about this company from friends so gave them a try. Friendly service, quick to respond(thank goodness with 100 degree weather), and very fair on cost. Thanks!

I thank them for the fast service yesterday, once they checked everything out and everything was corrected we were much more comfortable. Also our unit quit running countously.

Worst service we have ever had. We paid them 1300 to fix unit and they mess it up. We can only get heat. Call them back out to try to fix it and they said they will not because they say we need a need one. That $1300 I gave them could have been money down on a new one.

These folks are awesome. Friendly, Professional, Accurate, Punctual, and Fairly Priced. Highly recommend these people to anyone in the Harker Heights or Killeen Area.

Absolutely horrible service. Took 4 days to get the right part in, we were told that we needed to replace our unit, we called another company and they got it running with a part on their van. Not happy at all with my service.

Doesnt pay employees eathier. The BIGGEST joke of a A/C service company Ive ever seen. Been doing A/C service for years Id never call this dude.
