I am very upset , called last night at 8.20 am because I had an ac leak was told someone will be there shortly recieved then a call back that he is not able to come and if I can wait untilThe next day which was ok . Someone came to my house at 11am and he could clearly see the leak and that the ac plenum is soaking wet he quotes me $400 and I said that’s fine and it’s important to get it replaced . He then changed his mind because he said it will dry itself I told him I need it replaced . After he left I saw that it’s still dripping because it’s so soaked . I took a video showing how much water it holds , it’s 9pm and I have to try to fix it on my own , the small insulation has at least 2 gallons of water in it and he think it’s fine . When he left he also didn’t put the last screw in nor sealed it right x you can see in the picture how heavy the box is from allThe water pulling it down . Absolutely unacceptable I wish I could add the video .

Have used them several times and they always responded quickly. Also they are reasonably priced. Will definitely continue using them.

Worst company. My wife and I used them to “fix” our duct work in the attic. They slapped a bandaid on it and didn’t fix anything. They used all the wrong ducts and left trash in the attic. Brian the tech, yelled at my wife and said they didn’t have to honor any estimates. I’m not sure how a company can send an estimate and then say sorry my boss had a brain fart. We will never be using this company again.

This is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I got an estimate on what they would be doing in our home, the tech Brian then tells us his boss had a “brain fart” and will be sending a new estimate because the one they sent wasn’t right. When i called the tech and said they had to honor their estimate, he started yelling at me telling me they didn’t have to honor anything and if i wanted to “play that game” he would cancel everything. They didn’t even fix the duct work. They left trash all in our attic. Will never use them again.

Came home to a house at 82 degrees at 4am, called Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning. They were realistic upfront and said they were backed up and would still fit us in, tech showed up and figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Even gave some pointers on how to notice early signs of something going wrong. Great service from the time I called, love the honesty off the back. Tech was amazing, even reassured me to contact him if the repair didn’t work. As a Veterans this will be my go to for all my HVAC needs.

Joe did an awesome job. He had no problem diagnosing the problem and was willing to take photos to help me know what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. I would definitely call them again.

These guys are amazing to work with!! If I could give 10 stars, i would. We had called them after another company gave us such outrageous pricing and telling us our AC unit couldnt be fixed and our only option was to buy a new one. I called Holly in the morning and they had a tech out to our house same day. Lee did a phenomenal job, he fixed the issue, replaced a couple parts and our AC is working just like before. I am so glad we contacted these guys. They are honest, fair with their pricing, and provide quality work. Killeen Heating and Air should be your go-to HVAC company. These guys are solid. Outstanding service. Our furnace stopped working right before the recent cold front hit. We called KHA andour technician, Rob, was top notch and extremely customer service oriented. He had to order a part for our furnace that took several days to come in because of the weekend and holiday. He kept checking for the part and kept us informed about it. When it finally came in, he promptly came to the house and fixed our furnace. He went above and beyond the idea of customer service. It couldnt have been a better experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and air needs, and if you want an expert in the field, ask that Rob be your technician.

I called because our air-conditioner was not working properly, it was slowly getting warmer in the house. It was after hours and was told the tech could be here in an hour. Well about 35 minutes later he was knocking on the door. Brian worked quickly to fix the problem and is very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Josh was AWESOME! The company tried to repair our AC but ultimately, we decided it was time to replace it. The price quoted was fair and the crew was timely in installation. Fantastic service! A/C went out Sunday afternoon, they were there within a couple hours to diagnosis and fix the problem! You wont regret giving them a call! Brian is one of the nicest techs youll ever meet!

They came out to fix my air and replaced everything new and did a poor job and caused a big leak in my ceiling.. this has been a month ago and they still haven’t came to fix it and it’s forcing me to have to move..I have a pure hate for this company now..I would not prefer them to anyone ..again this is still a current situation !!!

Best customer service!! I had tried so many other companies, but only Killeen Heating & Air rushed to help me with my AC emergency. A librarian who had used them previously highly recommended them after I was out of options. Josh arrived in less than 30 minutes, had everything he needed to fix my AC in his truck and was done quickly. Friendly, professional, and will always be my first call for any AC needs!!

Truly no other company I would use! Tim helped us out today and he was great!! Very knowledgeable and cared enough to figure out the root of our issue and didnt just put a bandaid on it. If I could give more stars I would!!

I dont know how the service yet, but customers service already the worse. I was on us hw 190 today in the heavy rain and the killeen heating and air right in front of my with their trailer in the back. Certainly, there was a carbon box flow out from the trailer big enough to cover my entire of windshield. I was so scare and try to dodge one then here come another one after hit my car. I could have got in to the car accident because car next to me and we in a heavy rain. Then when I call the office told them about the incidents, the lady first told me it was just a small box, it will not damage my vehicle without saying sorry for their behalf or anything and hung up on me. And I call back she say the boss will handle it. That rule, and carelessness. With that kinda of attitude, idk how they actually treat their customers!!!

Amazing service from Rob who fit us in on a very busy and extremely hot (104) Saturday. He was super efficient, very thorough, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, quickly replaced the compressor, double checked the system, and answered all of our questions—the house was cooling down before he left. Excellent work!

Killeen heating and air is the best of the best. I called and Josh showed up at 8pm and a Wednesday and got us going like the AC was brand new. Quality and Customer Service is beyond anything you could ask for. If you asked me if I recommend them, that would be an understatement. Josh is Great! And thank you to Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning they were very perfessional and responded very quickly. We were without air conditioning 4 days after having to find them when another company quoted us over 14k and they charged half.

By no means was installer at fault. But why charge me a service fee when your company installed a faulty thermostat. Regardless of weekend or not if your thermostat goes out 2 weeks after installation. Somthing wrong with the product and shouldnt be charged.

I wish I could have given 5 stars due to all my great experiences with the technicians I’ve had in the past and present, someone needs to be responsible for the unprofessional behavior and harassment from an office employee.I’d first like to say how wonderful and professional each technician I’ve had come out for a service call. Always prompt, polite, and helpful.Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the office personnel that I had the displeasure of speaking with. This young lady started off with such a terrible tone, choice of words, and attitude. Responding to simple questions with so much irritability. I called back to ask her name because I hadn’t got it when I 1st called in, Holly. This then lead to harassment from Holly, she called me right back from a different number (254***-1266) than the business number listed on the website. harassing me with rude words non related to my service order stating “who am I giving her name to, blah blah”. Then followed by 2 more harassing calls from her but from a blocked number that had no relation to my service order again. Company personnel should never call a customer in regards to anything other than work related topics. I know good employees are harder to come by these days but this isn’t acceptable. This young lady is the first impression of your business and if she’s treated me this way then I can’t imagine I’m the first or will be the last.

Great Service Call from KHAC. Patrick did a great job as you can see in the before and after photos. He pulled and cleaned the evaporator coil, did an acid and foam wash on the coil, recharged the system, and cleared drain. Thanks.

Had to call in for an emergency appointment on a Sunday. Spoke with Josh and he kept us updated on his arrival. Arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the issue with the AC unit and made the repairs. Josh was professional, communicated what the issue was, showed us what the cause of the non working AC was and made repairs expeditiously. I highly recommend Killen Heating and AC.

Called this company to fix my 71 year old clients AC.Did not fix the problem on AC for him the first time they were called out. Technician told the elderly man it was just the batteries on the thermostat. At midnight same day my client called me and let me know that the thermostat wasnt working again and it was getting hot in the house. I told him i would call when i got to work this morning. When i called and asked for a tech to come back out since he hadnt identified the problem yesterday, the receptionist or whoever answered the phone was VERY RUDE, kept defending her tech and what she should have said if she had good customer service skills, was Im sorry maam Ill get somebody right back out there this morning what is the address but she did not and she was rude the whole conversation. Honestly she shouldnt be working for a company if she cant answer the phones properly or use proper phone etiquette. I didnt even want to give this company one Star. I will never use this company or recommend it to any of my family or friends because it should have been checked thoroughly yesterday to make sure that it was working properly and indeed fixed.

I am pregnant with two small children and when our AC failed and had to be completely replaced, Bryan worked with us to get an appointment as early as possible. Bryan and Rob helped install our inside and outside unit. They were both incredibly responsive and professional the entire experience. Our breaker kept tripping afterwards and Rob was out the next morning to look at it. So far, so good now. I highly recommend Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning. Their humanity, professionalism, and overall way of conducting business was great. They saved this prego from the heat right before Mothers Day, and I couldnt be more appreciative!

Our previous HVAC contractor went out of business and we just had a new unit installed by them a year ago and now were getting alarms on our EcoNet Thermostat! We wanted/needed a Rheem Pro Contractor. Rheems website referred us to Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning. Im very happy I called them! I spoke with Josh and he helped me over the phone. My call was not an emergency call like most of Texas right now, but he still listened to me, and my concerns, walked me through some of his thoughts about the alarms I was getting on my EcoNet and he gave me some steps to try and remedy the problems we were experiencing. Free over the phone service call! The professionalism and assistance he provided over the phone was outstanding! He could of easily just said to schedule a service call to send a tech out and to charge however much money these things go for these days, but he didnt. My problems are solved. Thanks Josh! Because of this phone call with Josh, I chose to schedule an annual checkup with Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning, probably not needed, but better safe than sorry! Ive found my new HVAC contractor!

Our A/C was out the entire weekend, our warranty company failed us on many levels to include they were waiting for a part. We left a message with Killeen Heating and Air Sunday night, they called first thing Monday morning for an estimate on a new unit. The gentleman arrived quickly, was polite, professional. Showed me options new units which were very affordable. He “fixed” my broken unit in a matter of minutes without any parts! As I wait for my new unit to be installed! My house is cold and comfortable! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait for our new unit to be installed. I’m glad we chose this company!

It got warm in my house and after some quick checking, I realized the outside fan was blowing backwards. After talking with my Uncle (AC tech) and doing some research online, I tried to test the capacitor as thats generally the culprit for polarity reversing issues. Pretty much everyone is closed after 7pm, so calling Killen HVAC was my last hope. After briefly talking with Rob, he said hed help me out. 15 minutes later I met up with him and was headed home with my replacement. Thankfully the capacitor fixed the issue and once I wired it back up and plugged the disconnect back in, the fan kicked right on blowing air up and out. Problem solved and house is cooling down.What I didnt mention is that Rob was off after working a 14 hour day. I was in Nolanville and that drive after a long day... I get it. Nobody wants to do that. So after a quick chat he told me to stop by. He found the capacitor I needed and gave me a fair price. He didnt have to meet up with me, but he did. I was humbled by the entire experience because it speaks volumes about Robs character that he went out of his way to help me out. You guys will definitely have my business in the future. After calling around to several AC repair businesses after hours for an emergency drain line stoppage, Killeen Heating and Air were the only ones that answered at 9p on a Sunday night. A very pleasant young man named Jordan answered and told me over the phone what the issue was after I explained the problem to him. He said he would be over within 2hrs to repair and gave me the service call price upfront. He showed up on time at about 11p, showed me the problem outside my home with the drain pipe, and fixed it within an hour! I asked him about getting my evaporator coils cleaned and he said he could do that at a later date, so I scheduled and he showed up and worked tirelessly to get my unit cleaned properly. He ran into some issues taking it out and putting it back together and it took longer than it should have, BUT he was very professional and continuously worked until it was done right. He went above and beyond and even re-installed my drain system so that it was within code (which the builder obviously didnt do back in 2005). Now I can use the drain access to pour bleach in once a month to clean it as he recommended. I felt bad because his supervisors were calling him asking why he was taking so long, but he explained the issue he was having and he continued doing the job right. He could have easily half did it when he ran into problems, but instead he worked through it and got it done. Now my AC is blowing cold cold cold!! Jordan is the man. I HIGHLY recommended KHA and Jordan to work on your AC!

Based on the reviews, they are supposed to be cheaper and better than other companies, however a 5 minute job replacing a $15 capacitor cost us $374. The owner simply said thats our service. Yes, they got the job done on a weekend, but overcharged by about $200.Will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone else.Outrageous. $374 to swap out a capacitor. By the way, I recommend everyone to youtube changing A/C capacitors and learn to do it yourselves. It is the #1 problem with air conditioners and literally takes 5 minutes to solve.

My parents who are in their late 80s had an A/C emergency. The pan was overflowing from the attic and water was coming into their home from the ceiling. Called Killeen Heating and Air and they sent a technician out immediately. Rob did a fantastic job and repaired the issue quickly. He even checked their heater while he was there because up the upcoming cooler weather. He wanted to make sure the heater was in good working condition for them. Highly recommend Rob and Killeen Heating and Air.

The reviews were right. Didnt get the techs name, but he was great. First said he couldnt get here until 5pm, but showed up at 2:30pm. Service was fast, repaired AC, house starting to cool. Thank you very much, first time using Killeen AC, and would recommend you to anyone.

Josh him self came out at 9:45 Sunday night and had our ac unit tuned up performing the way it should even after 3 different companies told my wife we needed a new unit claiming that the unit we have is toast. The quality and experience from these guys are next level!!! Wouldn’t call anyone else besides Killeen heating and air!!!!

Called them on a Sunday morning in the middle of 4th of July weekend. I was told I should expect someone around 5pm.Rob showed up by 1pm which I was grateful about. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. I have had nothing but a great service and experience with this company, it is my first time doing business with them but definitely not the last. 10/10 I recommend.

They lie about the work to the rental company and ask you about batteries like they helping you or doing you a favor just to turn around and charge you $100.00 for replacing it DO NOT CALL THESE PPL THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AND LETTING THEIR WORKERS GET AWAY WITH IT IVE ASKED FOR THE OWNER NUMBER BUT THEY WONT GIVE IT OUT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PPL AND IF YOUR RENTAL COMPANY USES THEM TELL THEM SEND SOMEONE ELSE OR IF THEY ASK YOU ABOUT BATTERIES TELL THEM NO YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100.00 just for a battery change you didn’t even ask for thought he was just being kind AINT NO FUN WHEN THE RABBIT GOT THE GUN!!!!!!

I have not had this kind of exceptional service from a business in many, many years. Prompt, courteous, trustworthy and listen to your needs. This is how customer service use to be and all businesses need to go back to those ways. Jordan was great. Called at 8:30 pm with a cooling problem that another company claimed to fix 4 hours before. They were able to get to me within 2 hours of my call and my air cooling again same day. Amazing response time for August in Texas. From the guy that took my call to set the appointment to Jordan the tech everyone was great and the price was reasonable for service after hours at 11 pm.

We had our entire unit replaced after 20+ years and the techs (Thomas and Joseph) that came out were awesome!! They were courteous and professional from the moment they arrived. They answered all questions we had and I feel confident about the decision we made to use Killeen Heating and Air. Will set up yearly appts to have them service our new unit going forward.

These guys are awesome , honest and very professional ! We have a rental I. Killeen and was looking to get the HVAC maintained. I found this company on Google and called for an appointment. The lady on the phone was friendly and took care of that quick . Few days later I got a call from the tech with details about the service and recommendations. I highly recommend them to anyone .

I had to replace my Ac unit last year and was very satisfied with my experience with this company along with the price. I been having some AC issues these last couple days and called this morning and they had someone out right away. Josh came out was polite and professional, I explained to him the situation and he diagnosed the issue right away. I wasnt advised this maintenance needed to be done when I received the unit so it was really appreciated. Gave me helpful information so this wont happen again and how to know the signs. Diagnose was 100% accurate and price for brand new unit was very competitive. They even recharge my old unit for FREE while I waited for them to replace it a couple of weeks later because they were very busy. Had an issue with the unit a little over a year later and Chris arrive a couple of hours after and fixed the issue at no cost. The issue was not their fault and they still took care of it at no charge. Very Satisfied with their services and professionalism.

Josh has been doing our spring and fall HVAC maintenance for a number of years. We have always been happy with his work and his work ethic. This year it was time for a new HVAC system to be installed. A few days before the installation was to take place, our old AC stopped working. Josh came to our house, even after his normal work hours, to save us from a night of high heat. This week the new system was installed. The two men who came were very skilled and professional. We are completely pleased with the service we have received from Killeen Heating & Air Conditioning, and would highly recommend them to our friends.

They were very responsive and checked on my AC unit. I was not charged since the problem was very minor . He actually called me the next day to make sure my AC unit was working properly. I will definitely call for future service. We need more professional and honest services like Killeen Heating and Air 😊

OMG.... Today, we had the best customer service experience ever. Our air conditioning was not producing cool air which cause an increase in our electric bill 3xs what our average electric bill would be considering the rise in temperature. Upon relaying the issue weve encountered to Josh, he did his inspection, and found the source of the problem immediately, and fixed the issue with our unit. Afterwards, our unit started producing colder air. We are so grateful, and thankful for the excellent customer service Josh provided with a smile. Their the best, and the only company that we will call from here on out.Thanks in advance Josh, we truly appreciate you and your company.

Josh was amazing. He came out and inspected our hvac system and insulation. He gave honest feedback and didnt try to just sell us an expensive hvac unit. He was very professional and helped out these first time homeowners. We will definitely be using them for all our heating and air needs!

Thank goodness for quick and thorough service. I just purchased a home and used this company for previous maintenence issues on rental properties. So when my ac/heating unit started to act up, immediately I contacted Killeen Heating and Air to come out and take a look at it. I appreciated that the technician showed up in a timely matter, since I had just left work and only had a limited amount of time before I had to pick up my children. It turned out that my thermostat was acting up and I needed to change my air filter, simple fix! I called a few places and price wise, for a service call this place had really good rates. Im not sure why all the negative reviews, at first read I would have been hesitant to use them but Im glad I used them. Will be getting my vents scheduled for cleaning soon!

Super friendly and quick. Had a minor issue with my AC - I say minor as it happened in September and not June/july - so I wasn’t going to pay an after hour/emergency and they were there within 48 hours and got it back up and running in less than 2 hours. Rinsed off my unit to make sure and even put up with my wife asking questions without batting an eye. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We have used Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning twice since owning our home in Harker Heights. They are very professional and courteous. I feel the prices they charged us was very fair, due to the fact that Texas is a killer in the summer. They also gave us a military discount, which was not necessary, but we do appreciate their support of service members of the military.Weve had wonderful experiences with Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning, and because of that I would highly recommend them.

We had Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning install a new unit in our house, replacing the original unit that was probably 15yrs old. Chris was our technician and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up finding out the original unit was way too small for the square footage of our house, which is why it couldnt keep the house cool, and we were having $400+ electric bills during the summer. Chris was very honest and let us know that we could go with a 3.5 ton unit, but if we wanted the most bang for our buck, and something more energy efficient then the 4 ton was the way to go. For the price difference between the two, we decided on the bigger unit, and Im so happy we did! I was not home when the unit was being installed (Friday), but Chris came back out a few days later (Monday), and showed me how to do monthly upkeep on the unit to make sure it stays running at its optimum greatness. Our energy usage has dropped significantly in the month that our new unit has been installed! We have used almost 40% less kWh this past month, and nothing has changed in the daily usage except having a new AC unit! I would definitely recommend these guys for your Heating and AC needs!

Came over to charge me $200 to look at the AC unit. Told me that a part needed to be replaced and said he would give me a call on Monday. Never received a call. Very disappointed.UPDATE: I did not call because on Saturday, you said you were going to call me on Monday. I said, Are you sure you are going to call me on Monday. You said, Yes, I will call you on Monday. I think it is very unprofessional to take a customers money and not follow up with them nor leave a message. If you dont know who I am then that is bad bookkeeping on your part.

Killeen Heating & Air is awesome! Not only do I work with them directly through my Employer (Property Management) but also needed them for my personal Home. Josh came out within 30 minutes and fixed the issue within 2 minutes. We are thankful for the quick service due to the recently extreme temperatures and highly recommend Killeen Heating & Air to anyone, Owner or Property Management in the area!

If I could leave no stars I would. This place received a call from me last Thursday and I was told I would receive a call back as they were full and could not get me in that week. I called them today and was told “they called me back” however they could not tell me when or what day they supposedly called back. I was informed my name was taken off the list and that I could get it added back. No way, I’ll find a reliable company who will return a call back. Again, I don’t mind bringing my incoming call log in from my phone service to show proof no one had called me back.

Weve been without a/c since April this year (2022). Today is July 28th. Today we called Killeen Heating and Air, understanding that they would probably be booked up because everyone else has their systems buckling under the strain of this summers early heatwave. To our surprise they had their technician out only hours later. Was out to get some groceries and got a call from Dale, the technician dispatched to help us. If you can request him!! He was such a pleasant, honest and direct person. Despite being the end of the day, and having spent all day sweltering to bring relief to other families, he still had a smile for us when he got to our house. If all the other technicians are even half as professional and kind then they are still way above and beyond. Dale let me know where the problem may be in our system, but didnt try to upsell or upcharge me. Now I can save up and know what project is next. When the time comes to replace the coil I will only be turning to Killeen Heating and Air. Dale is absolutely an asset to this company and hope his diligence and good nature are recognized by the company. He was called back out of retirement recently, and that was our blessing today. When I am in a position to fix the rest of the system, ill be scheduling it for a day when he is working. Thank you all again so much!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning. The service charge was $75 and I was also charged $25 just to fix the connection...which probably should have been included in the service charge since it was minor. The technician was rude to my renter. He said that there was a freon leak in my wall Or at least thats what the receptionist said when I called. I asked for the technician to call me twice. I received no call. My renter said he seemed suspicious of the leak and Im assuming that since he never called back, that it was just a scam. DO NOT use them. They are not prompt in returning calls and the technician will not call you to talk to you about the work that needs to be done. Very unprofessional.

I cannot thank this company enough!! Tim was great. He came in, asked me some questions and went to work. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 20 mins after arriving!! There was part that exploded and luckily he had the exact one in the back of his truck. I also ran out of frion. My house had gone up to 95° at one point!! Tim filled up the frion, replaced the part and got my air back to the nice cool 60s bc ya kno, living in TX and having these 90° days since April means that I NEED this ac to be working. Tim was awesome and I def recommend this company!

Tech came out for estimate for new system. The ducts needed repairing as well. After the diagnosis, the tech had nothing but excuses to not take the job. I was then told I would receive a call the following week, but never did. 👎 I’ll take my business elsewhere and leave this review for the service this company provided.

We called them this afternoon and within a couple of hours they were here fixing our heat! Price was fair. $75 standard house fee. They did a great job! Also very polite and answered all of our questions! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They replaced my ac unit on my house 3 yrs ago and has kept up with the regular maintenance since. Josh is exceptional at what he does. Nothing but a great experience!!

We didnt know what was wrong because our system was running, it just wasnt warming our home. They identified the problem and quickly got our unit back up and running before the end of the day. What a breeze it was to have this company come out and fix my a/c! I have had terrible experiences with other companies, but from the moment I spoke with the lady on the phone, who was very sweet, (yes they did say it was a little backed up but I understood since its the summertime) so I was expecting days to go by before they could come out but nope it was the next day and the technician called me to verify I was home, he was very knowledgeable and professional, I cant say enough kind words about Killeen heating and air, they definitely deserve all five stars,thank you again!!!!

Amazing service!!! Called early this morning (holiday weekend) a friendly service operator answered. Within hours I was able to get service to my Harker heights home! (Once again this is during a holiday weekend) service guy came out super friendly! Supporting a local well owned business here in the Killeen/harker heights area! I have had this company work on homes for over 20 years but no more! Bought a home and had a new system installed, and always had them service and repair my system. Today I found out that my compressor was wired backwards causing the motor to run backwards, I found out my return air box opening was cut 50% smaller than it should be. I was told I would be out of a system for 5 days. Today I am having a new system installed by another company. Again, they were good once but I will never use them again.

Im surprised these guys are rated so high, I called 6th July to confirm duct work for the 7th July 2016 no problem still on they say. 11am 7July2016 they called to cancel/reschedule. I asked if they are going to reschedule the price to make it up? Yes they said they will call me back. Still no call. Guess only the customer has to keep their word since I wouldnt have backed out of paying. Sir thank you for the reply but none of that was told to me, the appointment was for early morning to avoid the heat. If the heat is the issue I totally agree but dont make an appoint rather state you only do it during cooler weather. Like you I have things to do and understand the customer isnt always right but in this case its not for me the customer to call you it was up to you to reschedule. Either way good luck seems you got enough stars.

I called at 11:51 on a Thursday afternoon and the tech was at my home at 12:30. He had to drive back to the office for the part and was back at my home repairing the furnace by 2:00pm.Awesome service and the folks are great!I will use no other service for our Heating and A/C equipment.

Our AC went out last night and it reached over 90° in our home today. We were so stressed we wouldn’t be able to have it fixed until Monday. I can’t remember the name of who serviced our unit, but he did a great job and it feels so good to have the house cooling down finally!

Quick response and great service they were in and out in less than 20 minutes and got the unit working again. 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who needs their AC serviced.

Ive been using Killeen Heating and Air for going on 20 years. At 1st as a residential customer and now as both in my own home and commercial properties. They have came to the rescue on multiple occasions. They kept my old ac unit up and running for as many years as they could and then gave me a great deal on a new one when my old one finally kicked the bucket. To me the best part about the place is as long as Ive been doing business with them I always see the same 3 or 4 guys when they come out which tells me that that company must be doing something right. consistency is hard to come by. BIG THANKS to the guys at Killeen Heating and Air for treating my house/family the same way you would yours when its 105 outside and the ac is broke.

WOW!!! THIS PLACE IS FABULOUS!!ok so we all know how hot it can and will get in Texas. Well I got a new A/C unit through these guys & I still have been hot. WELL I kept calling Josh to come see if something was wrong with the unit. Josh has been very patient, helpful and caring. He walked me through how the unit works & also told me what to expect from my unit.Needless to say I called again over the weekend & Josh sent John out. John was tremendously helpful and patient as well. And he basically told me the same things that Josh did. Well people, I have figured it all out... As a woman I am having more PERSONAL summers ( go figure) KILLEEN heating & Air is Wonderful. I pray that they will be filled with the Joshs & Johns that make this company so GREAT!! The compressor windings blew and ruptured the compressor casing at approximately 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning and after researching the unit and local area authorized warranty service providers, I used the Contact Us method on your website at approximately 4.a.m. Saturday morning.

I called Killeen Heating and Air after my AC went out on a day that it was 103 degrees. My husband is away in army business and I was alone with my 21 month old. I had just received a quote from Cambell stating my entire AC unit needed to be replaced for $4,000. Killeen Heating and Air technician TJ was professional, fast, and diagnosed my problem immediately. Instead of spending $4,000, I spent $175 and my AC is up and running! Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning company came to the rescue!We first called a different local AC repair company (big mistake) to come out to look at my moms AC that went out and even though I called as soon as they opened at 8am, we still ended up waiting all day in the heat only to find out they decided they were just going to come in the morning because its getting close to 5pm when they close. Because my mom is 72 years old and has animals, I could not let her stay in her house without AC in this hot Texas heat! In a panic I called around, since it was after 5pm I was worried I wouldnt be able to find someone to come out without charging an arm and a leg! Luckily I came across Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning!! It always makes me nervous when it comes to the AC because you never know how much it will cost! But this company is honest, had a super fast response time, professional and affordable so dont worry and give them a call!!!

Not sure how else to get the word out, but the man that showed up just a few hours ago to fix my AC was just awesome! Put the work order in 2 days ago, was told someone would contact me before showing up, didnt happen because they had the wrong phone number. Okay so i call them back for the 2nd time on day two and correct the number and was told again that someone would call before showing up so i can be there, and that didnt happen AGAIN. Just left a blank note on my door saying sorry we missed you with no time or contact info on it. So i call for a third time, and now Im being told theyre sorry and that Ill be priority first thing in the morning... mind you it has been 95 degrees and up for these past two days.... But day 3 rolls around and after being open for 3 hours Im still sitting in the heat, i call AGAIN and still no update on when theyll be here and no phone call. Voted best in anything for this company is a complete lie, no customer service or satisfaction i would have given 0 stars but i had to give one just to type this review. You guys are terrible from the ground up!
