I had a great experience with Dawson H&C. Quick service during a frantically busy time. Polite, professional and got the job done - replaced a part for what I thought was a reasonable price. They are staying in my contacts as a place to call for AC service.FOLLOW-UP: I’ve had reason to call them back a couple of times (I have two really old units.). Each time they let me know (a text) when they are on their way and have always arrived when scheduled. They follow-up: text from their office asking how the service call went. All in all, they are an awesome company. Jose (who has serviced my units each time) is professional, careful (no mud tracked through the house), clearly explains options, just the kind of guy we all like to work with.I know I sound like I own or work for this company. Nope! Just really impressed with everything about them.

Dawson Heating and Cooling came to the rescue when our condensate line wasn’t draining. Jose blew out the drain line. We found a toad had crawled into the drain line and got stuck. He checked the entire system after the line was clear to make everything was running properly.

Great technician - such a nice smile. I had a burnt out fan motor - they called me that same day to tell me how long it would take to order this motor. Upon hearing it would be a week, I was worried about the temperature on Friday night. I am hosting a party for my nieces graduation. No problem -- they brought out a temporary motor and hooked me up. I am good for Friday. Wow The lady who answers their phone is so pleasant to talk to. I wish all the repair professionals would have this attitude. Thank you for your excellent service.

Dawson Heating and Cooling installed our new HVAC systems in our new home and also mini split units in our garages. We were pleased with the professionalism and expertise that the job was done in. We also called for service and Jose was able to fix our problem on the first visit.

Jose professionally replaced our condenser and also emptied the upstairs drain so we are in the cool again now. Always great working with him!
