The Bosworth Company - Kerrville

We contacted Bosworth Co. on Monday (8/19) about a suspected foundation leak. We were told they could have someone here, in Junction, on (8/20). The two technicians arrived on time, worked all day, found and repaired the leak. They were courteous, informative and we were totally pleased with the cost. Couldn’t ask for any better service.

Luis came out for HVAC system check up. He is very professional, polite and thorough. He represents Bosworth well!

I encountered an issue with my outdoor faucets this week during the double-digit temperatures and Michael, with Bosworth, was extremely accommodating working me into the schedule and was able to correct the problems. I appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and the outstanding work he performed.

I had a leak under my guest bath vanity on a Sunday morning. Called and they had it repaired within a few hours. Very happy with the service and the charge was reasonable. I would call them again.

I called to ask if they offer financing for a new AC system and was told no. Thats fine, I understand..Then I asked if she could give me any type of price range for a AC with heat pump just so Id have some what of an idea as Ive never had to buy a new unit before and am clueless as to where pricing would even start. UMMM Noooo was her response. She didnt seem interested in talking to me. I understand there are multiple variables that will effect pricing for a unit but she could have explained more, asked questions and not had an attitude.Thats OK. Ill go with another company who can answer questions and have interest in talking with their future clients.

Kenneth and the Bosworth Company Kerrville Location has stepped up and did what was right. They plumbed an entire office and apartment for me and have been consistently professional, respectful and timely. Sometimes things don’t go as planned but they put their customers first. I do not make a lot of recommendations unless it’s worthy. These guys will continue to have my business and I happy to recommend them.

Rented RO unit and paid several times by credit card apparently not credited to my account. The whole time used it they only changed filter one time. Scheduled a service and never showed up. So billing messed up as well as service.

Chris & Colby did an excellent job in replacing our kitchen faucet and hooking up our new range. The range was especially challenging, but they took the time and effort to install it properly. Would recommend their services to anyone. Professional, courteous and arrived when scheduled.

Juan came out when he said he was going to.Diagnosed entire system quickly and determined it was a wiring issue. Ran a new wire from attic to unit outside. Secured new wire with ties and ran it neatly. He did all of this with a smile on his face despite it being a very hot memorial day weekend, Saturday night. Cost was beyond fair for the circumstances. You have my business.

The outside temperature was in the single digits and my heater stopped heating. I called for service, on a holiday, and one of the techs walked me through setting the thermostat on emergency heat. It kept my house warm enough that the pipes did not freeze. Two days later when travel was possible, the tech, Justin, called to check on me and came to look at my system. Made a few adjustments and everything was up and running. For about 30 min. Then I lost all power and had no heat again. But his adjustments worked because that evening power was back on and the heater was working. I appreciated very much that Justin called to check and came out. I did not have to call the company. Very good customer service.

From initiating a conversation With Niomi who was so courteous and prompt and just a great attentive person while displaying a joyful attitude. Juan called about 30 minutes and said he would be there shortly. When I got home he called again with a follow-up and said he was on his way. He truely was great to work withAnd a I know he was very trustworthy. Amazing staff Amazing Service. I will recommend everyone to youre company

John really helped me today. Had 4 condenser fail on a commercial property. He sent a service guy out same day and made the necessary repairs. He really stepped up and handled my problem when no one else would. Solid service and very nice to work with. I recommend without hesitation!

Very professional. We had a plumbing drain plugged in a very tough spot. They used their camera system to locate the problem and took care of it. Came right out, keep me informed, repairs done. Reasonable price.

Joel and all of the guys, that worked to put our ac unit in, did excellent work. The unit looks great in its new location, the attic. At the end, a couple of guys stayed back and told us about our new unit and answered any questions that we might have. We have had Bosworth out before and will continue using them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a last minute plumbing problem. The Bosworth Company was able to fit us in on very short notice and they worked diligently to figure out and correct the problem. Very professional and hard working young men that came to our assistance!

Avoid this company like you would the Plague. We had dealings with them for years until this past Fall when the check we paid them with bounced. It bounced not because of insufficient funds, but because the company that printed them misprinted the routing number. Instead of simply calling us (we’ve been as I said a customer for years) Bosworth sent us to a collection agency that began a 4 month period in which my elderly husband became actually SICK with worry from the threats we were getting from the collection agency. This continued AFTER we paid by money order. All of this could have been easily avoided if Bosworth had simply picked up the phone and called us the day the check bounced and had treated us like the long time customer we were.

The Bosworth Company has been my go-to plumbing and AC/Heating company for years. Just two days ago, they removed my 29 year old AC/Heating unit and installed more efficient Lennox heat pump. Zach and Will installed the unit in mere hours leaving behind no trace except for a wonderful new AC/Heating system. Flawless work again from the Bosworth Company. I highly recommend them for plumbing, Heating and air conditioning service, repair and new construction.

Atmos turned my gas off because of a defective carbon monoxide/ gas monitor. Wouldn’t turn it back on without a plumber on site. I called several and because of the ice storm, everyone was 2-3 weeks out. I had just recovered from 10 days of no water. I could not take another round of no hot water. Bosworth called the gas company (twice) and made arrangements to be here and relit everything. They were so helpful as I was squalling and bawling and ready to do bodily harm to someone. I got four (4) different instructions as to how to get my gas back. Bosworth figured it out, went beyond and saved this old lady’s sanity. I will always call them for any future problems and would recommend them to anyone.

Bosworth does a great job taking care of all our air conditioning needs for our home. Juan came out this week and did a spring service and helped resolve a minor a/c problem. He was quick, courteous, and knowledgable.

My husband and I called Bosworth because we had tried 2 kinds of Drano and a 20ft drain snake with no luck of declogging our kitchen drain. A Bosworth plumber was at our door within about an hour from our call! Within about 15 minutes, the kitchen drain running smooth! The plumber was friendly, fast and informative!! Thank you Bosworth! We will be contacting you again for our home repair needs!!

Met a Bosworth tech at remodel job to get bid for plumbing work. The tech (Kenny) did not bring tablet, phone, or pen/paper to take notes for job, so I figured he must have incredible memory. He said he’d get me a quote within a day or two. A week went by with nothing, so I texted him and still no response for two more days. So I called him- he answered and said he’d send me quote that evening. Never received any quote, nor any follow up. Zero stars.

Bosworth was recommended. I’m glad I called. Same day service. Our technician, Justin, get me updated as to his arrival time. He was friendly and professional. Now, I highly recommend The Bosworth Company.

Bossworth did a wonderful job. They came out within 30 minutes of my calling and they had the equipment on board to fix it. It was wonderful! They did not leave a mess it was great, I would recommend them anytime.

Not even sure why I had to give a star.This company only stands behind their work for 30-90 days per the receptionist that answered the phone. I had, unfortunately, this company do propane and plumbing work for me almost 3 years ago, and they will not stand behind there work to come out and fix. EVERYTHING was installed by them. Worst decision I will ever do was to higher these people. If you represent your company, you stand behind your work, especially if I have a leak.

Justin was service technician on this call. He is very knowledgeable and professional while being pleasant, friendly, and polite. Job was thoroughly and speedily done.

Got A/C Heating problems? Call Bosworth. I cant offer any comparison with other service companies or if their rates are high, low or normal. All I know is they are quick and they fix my problems.

They responded and repaired my a/c the day I called. I appreciate this immensely since it was 100 degrees. Love this company.

Guy showed up quoted $600 for the job said it would only take 4-6 hr ended up 3 days plus the employee screwed up the shower backsplash so i had to go purchase a 2nd one for another $500 then once finished got a bill in mail for $1600 never was i told that i had to pay for them taking so long and messing stuff up VERY VERY POOR service... why get a quote and give a quote if you dont charge that price what was the point of getting a quote for then aint a quote to let the customer kno how much a job would cost ? Yes. So how come the final price was almost 3 times the quote not my fault it took longer then the guy quoted for yet i get shafted for it all so yes i say poor service and wouldnt even give 1 star but it wouldnt let me give any less then 1 star... would never recommend them to anyone ever

Bosworth Plumbing is an A+, 5 star rated company in my opinion.Plumbers are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, clean, and friendly.Work is above average and reasonably priced. Best in Kerrville, Texas
