Wonderful experience from all the folks at State Aire. Shay was so kind in helping to dispatch tech, Eric, who arrived within an hour of me calling. He was so efficient in resolving the issue.

I schedule my HVAC checks every year, and they always do a great job. Im especially pleased with their service folks. Theyre not only experienced but very personable and prompt. They let you know when theyre coming and keep you informed throughout the process. They respect your time, too.

State Aire has been amazing, helping me with manufacturer warranty issues. I had issues because of other companies I’d used and my builder/installer not properly registering my BRAND NEW UNITS. Without reservation I recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I will not use anyone else. The integrity and professionalism they exhibit is first class!

I wish I had discovered State Aire years ago!!! My aging heating and air system failed during the summer heat, and fortunately, family members recommended I contact State Aire. Nathan promptly worked out a system that would fit my needs and had a team of the best installers at my house early the next morning. I was so impressed with Levi, Jace, and Alex as they worked together as an amazing team to dismantle my old system and install my new system. They showed expertise, definitely had dedication to quality work, were patient and thorough in answering my endless questions, tested everything out, and cleaned everything inside and outside before leaving. Best of all, I was sleeping in comfort that night. Everyone at State Aire from Nathan to the people in the office, Sheana and Robert, to the installers, Levi, Jace, and Alex, all worked seamlessly as a great team to provide a quality product, excellent service and installation, and the best communication throughout the process. I also appreciate all the community support State Aire provides for our area and their genuine care for the people in our community. Great company, great leadership, great people, and a great product - I just wish I had discovered State Aire years ago!!!

State Aire has amazing customer service! Our 24 yo air conditioner was not working very well. I called for service on a Monday and had a new unit installed on Tuesday!Eric & Ryan were very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I especially liked that Eric took the time to explain things in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend this company!

Update: Still 4 stars. They finished and left the attic access door with some damage but it wasnt a huge dealWe realized they only hooked up part of the ducting but they came back out quickly and fixed it. ONLY 4 stars for now. Theyre still working on the project and still have to reduct the whole house but I was surprised when my wife said they hooked the new unit up to the old duct so that the house wouldnt be too hot overnight before the new duct is installed. Really good customer service so far. There was a few miscommunications but for the speed of getting the estimate, them getting one of the higher efficiency units and working to install it before the real hot weather set in its to be expected. They have removed the old base and leveled the condenser on a new one installed the new controller so far. Cant wait to give them the 5th star when its done.9

Ryan and Pedro arrived on time in clean vehicles. They figured out the solution to a problem caused by another company. A special fitting was needed as the other company accidentally broke it. They actually made another part on site. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again to install our next AC. 5 stars all the way.

Mario came out on Saturday afternoon and diagnosed the problem with our heating unit. He ordered the parts and returned when the part was received to repair the unit. Mario is always prompt, polite, and competent.

Thank you State Aire for installing my new A/C and heating unit! Pedro, Levi, and Bradley worked so well together during the installation to make sure everything was good to go. I had a question the following day and Mario came out to the house and did an expert job at explaining and solving a problem that dealt with the huge leap of an upgrade compared to what we originally had. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to share information with me. I feel incredibly grateful to have workers in our community that are experts in their field of work and are dedicated to helping people. Thank you for keeping my family cool this summer!

Have used this company several times & always great service. We needed our entire heating & AC unit replaced. Within 48 hours Mario Jerry & Jason took the old unit out replaced it with a new one in a very friendly prompt professional manner at a very fair price. Cleaned everything up smiled shook our hand thanked us for the business. Sheana in the office was also great helping me with my home warranty paperwork. State Aire is creative with solutions to fit the needs of the project. Our new build required some new ideas and the combination mini split ducted and ductless system fit the bill. The install team was neat, curtious and respectful. Highly recommend.

State Aire is simply the best HVAC company I’ve ever come across. They do quality work, are responsive to the customer needs and have friendly competent technicians. I have used them to install equipment in a new house and to repair tans maintain existing units, and they are unmatched in their overall quality of work and in their professional and responsive approach.

Our AC completely died in the hellacious summer of 2023. State Aire had a competitive quote in a hurry and had our AC replaced and running within 36 hours. Their techs were personable and helpful, and the service all around was great.5/5, would recommend.

The office staff and technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The technician Mario is the best ever. He took the time to explain the electronics which made the system more understandable. The owner even got involved over the weekend. Highly recommend this company.

Eric came out today (same day as called) and not only had us cooling off before it got any hotter but was very polite and professional. We had a different company come last year that left the unit open and a mess in the attic and had to call them back week later because the unit flooded ceiling. Eric saw couple things that they never mentioned last year one being they disconnected the part that would shut off before leaking over onto the ceiling! Highly recommend Eric and this company! They will have our business from now on for sure!

State Air was highly recommended to us by our community Ingram Oaks and we were very pleased with Ryan. We were given an appointment and everything went well, they came out in one day and it was a quick fix.

I cannot say enough great things about State Aire! My AC went out and had to be replaced, they had been out a couple times to fix different things, however, given the age and wear and tear, I just decided to go with all new system. Nathan emailed me a great quote for complete system, and within a couple days,( on Thursday) Jerry and Jace showed up and got to work! The heater/ coil was to arrive that morning from San Antonio, so they got the old condenser removed, replaced with new one,and all of the inside unit removed, Jerry even replaced a section of flooring in front of the unit that had caved in( older mobile home). Well, through no fault of State Aire, the parts from SA did not arrive Thursday, so Friday(today) Jerry and Jace drove to SA and picked it up and I am now sleeping in my nice, cool house! Every person I have spoken with during this whole deal has been wonderful. Thank you guys! I appreciate all you have done to make this a pleasant experience!

Weve had really good experiences with State Aire. They are prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Mario came out today for annual maintenance on our attic heater and central A/C. He is very professional and personable. Mario previously installed our Nest smart thermostat, which is still working great. Highly recommend State Aire.

A/c went out Sunday. Called these folks. They came right out. Unit was toast. By Monday they had called with a more than fair price on a new unit. By Monday afternoon they had replaced the old unit. These folks are great, highly recommend them. The technician were highly trained, hard working, and friendly.

Eric did a fantastic and very professional job repairing our A/C unit on a day that the temp reached 105. Mario even came to our house on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. They both did an exceptional job and I would highly recommend State Aire. The owners and staff are people you can TRUST and depend on!!

Mario told me my 38 year old system was kaput. Jace and Jerry came on the chosen day and put in a new unit. The service was great. I trust them to be honest and fair and highly recommend them.

Service was prompt and very professional. I had daughter and husband coming for the week and staying in our spare room. It had not been used in a while and the A/C not working and 88 deg hot. Mario was the service tech who arrived and quickly determined what needed to be done for the fix. It was repaired in short order and working before family showed up. We had come home, late in the afternoon, and the day before the July 4th holiday weekend, to find out a/c had stopped running and not cooling inside the house. We immediately called State Aire and they had a technician out within a short period of time. Although the problem was large in scale to us, the repair was easy and minor. They got us up and running in no time. We have always relied on State Aire. They have never let us down

Eric came out yesterday and analyzed my unit because it was very noisy. He said that the unit needed a new fan motor. Since it was under warranty, a new motor was ordered and delivered and installed today. When he was done, I could bately hear the unit running. Eric was very professional and personable. State Aire gets my business and my vote of confidence.

We had a positive experience with State Aire and Eric M.. Eric diagnosed the issue very quick but due to our unusual HVAC system he was unable to complete the repair that day. Upon returning, he had us up and running within a few hours. Well call State Aire again whenever we have future service needs.

Eric was on time, actually early. He was highly professional, efficient but thorough. Began by ensuring fresh air filters were installed to ensure strong airflow capacity. Had a difficult time finding an hvac tech today. The company I had been using discontinued servicing HVAC systems. I really HATE fishing out new contractors. Seems like everyone else was overbooked or under staffed. Managed to get through to State Aire mid morning. Spoke with the receptionist and dispatcher who were both friendly and helpful. I managed to get an appointment squeezed in but not until late afternoon which was then rescheduled to the evening. Received a proactive call early in the afternoon from a tech named Eric who said he had a cancellation and could come by at that time. He arrived 5 minutes later and promptly identified and took care of the problem - a two pole contractor had worn out and needed replacement. By coming out early, Eric saved me a lot of $$ compared to after hours rates. Thanks! I officially have a new HVAC service company!!

Ive been super impressed w State Aire and their customer service & competetive rates. Had them come out to do my Spring Service. Nathan was on time and very knowledgeable- explained everything going on w my unit and showed me pictures. Great communication w reminder texts for appts. Emailed me a paid receipt right away. Also got me a quote (same day) for a new air handler that will need to be replaced soon, including different prices for some UV filter features. Nathan at State Aire is top notch- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have been using state aire for at least 3....if not 4 years now. To date, I have never had a problem with billing. Billing tends to be where customers and companies part. Our HVAC man, Eric, is fabulous! He has always.provided us with any information about what he has done. Most recently we had an issue that he couldnt figure out over the phone, but when he got here and he started asking me questions, the answer came to him. I think they are an honest company and I entend to always use them.

State Aire came to my house for a service call to fix items on an inspection report. They addressed each item individually and even provided documentation/pictures showing each issue was fixed. Eric was very professional and explained everything that was done. I will definitely call them next time.

Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly late one afternoon. Called our air conditioning company we have used for years only to find out they no longer were in the air conditioning business. Looked up companies on Google and found State Aire. Called, told them our problem and was told a technician would be out about 4:00. Eric called around 4:00 to say he was on his way out. He got here, found out the problem, showed us the parts he would need to replace (and he had them), installed them, waited to see if the AC was cooling. It was. Good job, Eric.

They were able to give me a competitive price and offer great warranty programs. They came and got our full system changed out on a weekend and gave me different equipment options. They even changed out our thermostat and helped me set up my programming. They answered all my questions and have earned our families because for a lifetime!!

New construction in Comfort TX. Jerry and his crew installed new AC and heating system. Jerry is very professional explaining the options and what he was doing. He was also very good with the crew working with him, making sure they were doing things right, and teaching them better ways to do it. Thanks State Aire , Jerry and crew.

AC failed on Friday night. Called State Aire shortly after 7:00 Saturday. Tech arrived shortly after 8:00. Replaced defective part. AC operating normally. Excellent service.

My air went out during record heat. With 2 cats and an elderly father, I had to get it fixed right away. State Aire was quick to respond and got it fixed right away. Great service technician and affordable.

Not on a Sunday if you can avoid it. Hourly prices over $14o.oo per hour and answers to problems not ready available. Tech was asked to provide a ball-park figure to repair or replace and could not contact anyone to provide information. Some of the four hours was spent on the phone trying to provide correct information, still charged for the full time of four hours. Had to replace refrigerant they had installed years earlier and were using another one now. On a another note has been cooling for a week, time will tell

Our builder selected State Aire for construction of our home. During the first cold snap, it was determined that their tech had failed to connect the gas to the heat brrrr. Then in May our A/C quit working , they came and added freeon and flushed the lines. I would have thought since the air conditioners were installed in August and we didnt occupy the home until November that this would have been a warranty call. NOOOOO....then their office calls wanting to know why we hadnt paid our bill.....thats because we didnt get one and the Tech thought we would be under warranty. Buyer Beware

We have a 110+ year old ranch house that never had central heat or air and wanted to have a system installed. Several companies made suggestion and gave bids but Paul from State Air not only engineered an awesome system plan the bid was very competitive!His cleaver system design took into account the primitive early 1900 construction of the home, wall construction, legacy windows and doors. He also suggested and installed a split system to help control temperature in an “add on” mud room that didn’t have attic space for vents.Their installation team was maticulous in the vent and return air placements, equipment placement and cleanup. In addition they blew insulation in the attic. ( the first in over 110 year!)I have had many HVAC systems installed in homes over the years, but State Air by far was the best I have ever delt with.Sterling & LeAnn Crim

ALot of these reviews are from people and family that’s work or having something to do with the company. Since Nathan starting running it if you can even say that becasue he’s rarely envolved. It’s been going down hill so they get their friends and family to post reviews to make them look good. Once Adam passed away and Paul left the company they have lost many builders. Very valuable employees and the new owner Nathan sits in a different city collecting checks and installs the wrong size units and doesn’t do proper procedures to insure they are installing the right units.

Eric came by on time and got directly to work on the AC and duct work.Did a great job, quick, picked up the trash. Second time he has been to thehouse. I will ask for him next time!

Was fairly quick to get an appointment time when my central air unit went out. Was very knowledgeable and courteous and stayed after hours to make sure I was fully up and running.

State Air was selected to replace A/C and Heating. They were very thorough in determining how to provide solutions to our heating and cooling questions. The owner of the company took time to evaluate our present system and discussed what advantages would occur with the new system. His install technicians came and removed the26 year old system and installed the new system in one day.
