Waymon was my service tech lets get that out first! but lets start from the beginning I called early Saturday morning when I realized my AC was out. Tracy answered and informed me that their tech was not in my area at the moment but he could be over with the hour. (45 min later) Tracy calls me back to inform the tech is just leaving Dallas and will be over in 45 minutes. ON THE DOT 45 minutes later My man Waymon comes knocking! I WILL VOUCH FOR THIS GUY! Showed me the whole diagnoses which was unrepairable and the whole unit had to be replaced. its Saturday remember, Waymon sat in his truck and made calls for at least 45 to an hour trying to get my unit replaced. Waymon informed me that the fasted they could get me in was Tuesday. Which is literally 3 days away! Waymon left and Tuesday morning sun came and so did the Waylons install team. They did a clean install and showed me how the thermostat works and picked up the whole area which took them about a half day if not more. I have a one year service agreement but they have a life long customer for as long as I live in DFW area. My house has never felt this good. I have lived here for 5 years now and this AC system is hands down the best thing ever. Thank you Waymon! Thank you Tracy and the other girl that answered the after hours line and the installers. Thank you MES for taking care of my family.
Ray was outstanding in explaining everything that was needed helping me to decide to replace my old Trane with a new one! He was the best I have ever had in explanations of why it was needed.

James Allen was prompt, and pleasant. He got right to work, diagnosing our plumbing problem then making the short term repairs needed. He then presented options for permanent repair of our slab leak with approximate prices. James really knows his business! I fully and wholeheartedly recommend him.
Casey Wilson conducted the most thorough maintenance inspection to-date. He provided options (I love options) that correlated with maintenance needs as well as my purse strings. Since my home is 99 years old, it can be obvious sometimes as to what needs repairs. Sometimes its hidden! Thanks to Casey being incredibly thorough we were able to come to logical decisions for my home. Great service!

My AC unit stopped working sometime early last week so I called MES AC Ltd since it was installed by them. David was sent and he came in last Thursday and did a diagnosis which showed the defect. He confirmed it still had a TRANE manufacturers warranty coverage and he placed an order for the part. Today, David and Adrian came and installed the new part and got my unit back to work. They patiently answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable and professional about what they did.. My unit is back on stream and I recommend the company.
James Allen serviced us today. We had a water heater break down at our business so it was of upmost urgency. James came and was extremely thorough and helped replace it right away so we wouldnt have business interruptions. Thanks for the great service.
Casey Wilson was here for AC maintenance, and he did a very thorough maintenance on our 7 year old Trane system. He was good at educating on filter change and general all around care that we can do to maintain it. We will ask for him in the future.

Wow this company is amazing I am so satisfied with their services my unit got installed summer of last year only took three days they were professional quick and very very tedious on everything I had a power outage and called MES for emergency Service after hours Louis Service technician came out and fixed the issue at 9 PM at night and return next day to make minor repairs as well I was so overwhelmed on how he was very professional and explained the issue. if you’re looking for a good unit and a company that stands behind the work this is the go to place…. I just had a wonderful experience with Mo our service tech. From the time I notified the dispatcher of the problem to the time MO arrived and fixed the issue maybe 30 minutes had passed. I have never had this level of service from any repair person in my life. Would recommend this company to anyone needing quality service.

Our Technician Waymon arrived in time on a hot day, was thorough and worked quickly to repair our outdoor unit and also checked out the entire system to ensure it was ready for the summer. Waymon Joyner was my technician. When my AC unit was not working, he checked out my unit thoroughly and kept me informed of each issue that was found. We were having problems with our AC, called these guys up day of but they were booked for the day. Waymon came out first thing the next morning and found the source of the problem within 5 minutes. Our recent service call was filled with hard selling and over priced service. Not the old company we were used to doing business with. We will not be using this organization in the future. Great experience!! Great response time. Our technician Louie was very analytical during his evaluation. He performed a complete evaluation of our system and identified our primary problem. Mario came out to do their super duper summer check up for 69.95. He told me the missing paint on outside unit and rust meant my system was not working properly and that I needed a whole new system for 14k. I have done business with this company for 8 years. I have had 2 other companies come check Mario’s diagnosis. They quote quite a laugh! My 13 year old Trane is alive and well. Never ever again MES

I have used MES for more than 5 years and they are always knowledgeable and on time and professional. They maintain the system they installed and it has been great! I love the maintenance plan options and they send reminders which is helpful and makes a difference keeping up with the regular maintenance needed on the system.

Metro installed our traine system in 2013. Super people to work with. Very courteous young men, Mario and Jose have been out this summer to do needed maintenance on system and explained what they were doing and seemed to go the extra mile. I’ve never had to wait for service either. Great company.
Waymon came out today to look at our unit and he was so sweet. He added insulation to our unit. It was frozen up. He unthawed it and told mestep by step what he was doing. He told Mr what sort of filters to get and which ones were bad.. he cleaned up the unit outside of dirt and made sure it was all charged. By the time he left our house our unit was working so much better. Thank you for talking step by step and making sure everything was working before rushing out the door.
Aside from Rick who was the service person that took the time to come and properly figure out / diagnose the problem.. I will never use this company again.I say that because I had used this company with my previous house years ago. It clearly was run differently. It was a stand-up company that stood by its word then.Literally the right hand does not know what the left hand was doing. I tried to schedule installation a few times and was about to spend probably $3k worth of Labor. Everything else was under warranty.Ultimately I had to be the one to stay on top of things and call because nobody was calling me back to schedule the work that Rick had set up.So once I finally scheduled something then they called back saying that one of the crews was sick but they still couldnt come out and do my work.Then today I dont hear from them at all to the point I have to call them back simply asking them to confirm that I was on the list since we had just rescheduled two days ago.Should have been a simple yes you are on the list for today as scheduled. Instead , on hold for 10 minutes while they still try and figure it out. Again clearly not a priority even though weve been trying this for a few weeks now. Lost 2 days of work waiting too get promised service.Such poor Customer service..

MES is the absolute best! We had an issue with our vents and they came out and educated me about our system and informed me that our air vents were not positioned properly. The faulty air vent then caused a smoke alarm to go off in my daughters bedroom and they came out within 4 hours and helped me out. They are a trustworthy company that Id recommend to anyone.

This company went above and beyond helping me purchase a new air conditioner. They had one but I had to postpone for personal reasons and had to let it go but Kelly made sure to reorder and get next one in line. Everyone at the company are very helpful. After installing the out side unit had a bad compressor which there tech caught and had to be replaced. The compressor was overly noisy but still functional .They ordered another unit which took about a month due to backlog and at no time was payment required until job was finished. Would definitely recommend this company for any air conditioning needs

I have used Metro Express Service because of Robert he is a very good technician. I request him every time I need my unit serviced. I also used MES when I replaced my unit in 2014 they had an excellent team of workers. I have been very pleased with my services. I hope my technician Robert does not retire any time soon. I could not be happier with the service I received. Our one year old ac unit stopped cooling on a Saturday afternoon in 105 degree heat. We called our regular company (we had used for 20 years) had gone out of business due to Covid. We contacted the person provided by the previous company and had not had a response. So I started calling everyone. When I called Metro Express I gave them my problem. They were going to be able to get out faster than other companies, but what impressed me most is during my call, the person taking the call suddenly asked if this was our only unit. Which it is. She took some time and said she would have someone out Sunday afternoon. I was beyond happy as it was now 90 degrees in my house. They came out and immediately knew what was wrong. The problem was fixed and we had ac! Great customer service, everyone was super nice. They gained a customer!

Jonathan G showed up at 10:30 and worked like a NASCAR pit crew on my condenser. He quickly diagnosed the issue...my motor seized up...had a replacement on the truck, and installed it in minutes! He double checked every part of my outside and inside units and even took a few minutes to tell me about the age of my equipment and in what condition it was in.He explained the service agreement and even told me about rebates available when/if we replace the system in the future. This company is amazing! They replaced our unit with a TRANE that is incredible. We have lived in our home for 18 years and the master bedroom has never been comfortable in the summer. It has been so wonderfully comfortable in there since. The heat also was instantaneous this winter and we have never been so satisfied. When Norman came to evaluate our needs we were impressed by his professional manner and knowledge. He followed through after the visit with answering all questions and concerns and made sure that the installation was taken care of properly. From the initial contact on the phone which was so well handled to now we are so impressed. We could never say enough good things about this company and the personnel.
We had some unusual circumstances with the install and some pre-existing conditions in our house that made things difficult. The owner of the company followed up and made sure everything was taken care of correctly and that it was fixed as it needed to be. He recommended a great electrician who was able to squeeze us in quickly. The office staff was responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a new Trane AC and gas furnace installed in 2019. Adam Eckles handled the sale and oversaw the install. When we first moved here in late sping 2018 during a horrendous heat wave, MES got service to us when we called on a Sunday morning and had the old system cooling by noon same day. Adam was the tech for that event. Incredible! We were delighted that he was the tech sent to help us choose and purchase our new Trane system last week. Everything has gone very smoothly and the new system was all in and working on Monday after we made the deal on Saturday. Since the Trane system was installed, our electric bill averages less $100 a month, which is truly off the charts remarkable. Between the Trane equipment and the excellent service, its ALL GOOD!On Oct. 27, 2023 had surge protectors installed on AC and air handler. Work performed by Omar, who did an excellent job and was efficient and friendly. All our experience with MES, now a part of Willard, has been superb. They have taken care of us for just over 5 years, and we plan to continue having them as our service.

Ive used Metro Express for 3 different service call-outs, once for AC & twice for heat. Each time from the person answering the phone to the technician who came in-home the service was friendly & great! I am a hoverer over technicians when anything is serviced in my home and their technicians are patient, knowledgeable & educational. All 3 different techs knew what they were doing. The service was a decent price & they were dispatched pretty quickly. I will continue to have Metro Express as my AC/heat servicer.

I had my new 3.0 Trane HVAC installed (inside and out), 3/22/2022. The Technician/Salesman was Deron Tucker, “Wow” what a technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and explained how well the system works. After convincing me of the best fit AC for my needs he answered my questions about the system and told me the choices he would make and the ones he made for his home. He checked the duck work in the attic (looked fine) and then the insulation level and let me know all rafters were viewable and insulation was definitely needed. He also explained the service/management plan and the benefits to yearly maintenance calls and all service calls, parts and labor was included with this offer, very convincing.After the installation I had problems with knowing what code they were asking for in registering my new Trane thermostat and getting the phone app so I could make my changes remotely. Deron was generous enough to stop by after his scheduled appointments and check the installation and validate the choice I made to register my new equipment.I have been very pleased with MES, their salesperson/technician DeRon Tucker and their installers.

A.C went out over the weekend and Jesse and Jeremy came on Monday for a complete new install. They did awesome work and had no issues throughout. House cooled down so quickly and has stayed cool. Would recommend them any day
I actually have American Home Shield, total joke to even get anyone to repair my ac in 100 + degree weather. So I googled and found MES, within a few hours someone was on their way to my house. And with it the hour I had my cool air back!The gentleman was extremely nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely keep their number (hoping I don’t have to use though)
Highly recommend Loc! We called when our A/C stopped working Saturday afternoon, and he came within a couple of hours. Thankful it wasnt a big problem, and he had it running in no time. He also gave us great info on things we can do to prevent further similar issues.

In the A/C and heating business, it is imperative that you can count on the integrity of the company you are dealing with, and I can say without a doubt that I know each transaction with them will be handled honestly. Had upper level A/C system go out in early July. Got 7 estimates from around the area and MES was the most competitive on as close to apples to apples as you can. Kelly, my rep, was very responsive and was able to meet both my system and pricing needs. Ended up installing both upper and lower complete compressor and furnace systems + thermostats. Now all are updated to the latest freon type (Really like the online thermostat control via iPhone or computer). Had on a couple minor issues with the install, but MES team really stepped up to complete and meet my own detailed expectations. Only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is some extra detail to correctly position the units and a couple of minor updates requiring an extra visit by the MES team. The final quality check was really detailed as well. The team of two spent about two hours going over the entire system to ensure it was all installed correctly. Overall, very satisfied with the service received from the MES team and would highly recommend.
I had them come check my AC system before buying a house and they quoted me $700 worth of repairs. After looking up the parts and seeing it was $70 worth of parts I had another company quote the repairs. I watched them inspect the parts noted for replacement and said they were in factory new condition and didnt need replacement at all. MES, or at least the tech that worked with me, tried to charge me $700 for parts that were absolutely in no way needed. Never use them.
Responded in a timely manner after service request was made. Todd was my salesman and did an excellent job of explaining what was needed. One stop shopping including financing. When the install crew arrived on the day that was scheduled they were a little early. It was a complicated install and the crew made sure it was done right before they left. Todd called later that night to make sure all was good. With their pricing and customer service they are hard to beat. Add to that the on the spot financing and they cant be beat. Great Job.

I lost cooling on Friday night and got an appointment for Sunday morning. Luckily, an appointment became available Saturday afternoon. Waymon the hvac tech came out to troubleshoot why I had no cooling. Discovered I had a loose wire and reconnected it to bring back up the ac.Waymon was responsive and answered my questions.

Rick Martino, the technician, came and checked my AC system for its 2nd 6 month service. He checked the system and and cleaned the Trane filtration system! He was a Great and extremely knowledgeable! I had my new Trane HVAC serviced today, 2/8/2022. The technician was Deron Tucker, “Wow” what a technician. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and explained how well the system was working. He answered my questions about the system and told me all was working fine. I told him we have been very happy except for master bedroom temperature was always 3-4 degrees hotter in summer and colder in winter. He checked the duck work in the attic and found one of the braces had had broken. He reattached the duck and airflow increased 60%. I have been very pleased with MES, their salesperson, their installers, and their technician, Daron Tucker.

I had the best experience anyone would like to have, especially after waking up on a cold fall morning and discover your furnace is not working. I was looking for help and i googled and happen on the website to, Metro Express Services, i first spoke with, Shandy which was a pleasant surprise, she was very pleasant and professional, she sent me out a serviceman by the name of Jonathan i could not have been more satified with his service, he was knowledgeable, professional, he got my furnace back working in a short period of time. We had a 4 ton Trane heat pump 17 seer 2 stage with led Reme Halo installed. The installers were wonderful and friendly. They hauled off all old and cleaned up well. James our Salesman, been fantastic with follow up and follow through with all! Highly recommend!
Deron while performing the semi-annual furnace PM was courteous and efficient. He resolved two issues that I had with the thermostat. His final report was well written, and he explained the results of his readings. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and the services provided by MES.

A life saver again!!! We contacted MES at the end of the day yesterday, who sent out Adam to our house in less than 1 hour and replaced the parts we needed in less than 45 minutes and over 700.00 cheaper than another known yellow truck company. Another company did a poor and incomplete installation of a new Trane unit. My upstairs was 80 and downstairs 60 degrees. James with MES arrived same day of my call and diagnosed the issue and recommended repairs. I had them out that Saturday doing all the work. I highly recommend MES.

We have used a few different AC companies in the DFW area in the past that really just didnt live up to our expectations. Jose with MES explained very clearly what he would be looking at during our AC tune-up and why. This young man found miner repairs that didnt need to be done at this point but, Jose made us feel comfortable with his evaluation of our AC unit and his knowledge of the repairs he was suggesting that we agreed to have the repairs made now instead of waiting for the parts to fail. Jose is an asset to this company. We will definitely use MES for our HVAC system checks and repair in the future with a request for Jose as the technician.
The employees were all very responsive and professional. I would have given them a 5, but they had go through 4 air handlers until they final got one that would work correctly. In addtion they also went through 3 thermostats until one would work correctly. This is more TRANES fault then MES, since it is TRANE equipment. The people at MES really worked real hard to make sure we had AC at night. Several nights they did not leave our house until almost 11 pm. While this installaiton was ahuge pain for me and my wife, I do appreciate it that Chris and everyone else at MES did everything they could to get the system up and running.
I had an awesome AC service from James Buggar at MES. James replaced my fan motor on AC unit and did a thorough cleaning as well as replaced some piping on the inside unit. He went above and beyond educating me by answering all my quesions I feel highly confident my money was very well spent on his service.

I have been a customer of MES since 2015 when they replaced my air handler in the attic. I contact them every year for my service checks. Yesterday they came to my & my 90 year-old mothers rescue when my AC compressor & capacitor went out right at the end of the work day. The heat was 105 outdoors. They were at my home within an hour & the technician, Mr. Randy Hamilton, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issues.I had AC up & running within 2 hours of my call to MES. Mr. Hamilton did not try to pressure me to update my AC compressor as it is almost 17 years of age. But I opted to replace it. They are doing that today. I recommend MES.

Deron Tucker was phenomenal. He fixed my furnace and installed a new thermostat same day during one of the coldest days of this winter. MES has serviced my HVAC in the past. When time to replace the unit MES sent the nicest sales person. I was presented 3 options, good, better and best and given the details of each. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I appreciate the immediate response of MES and their price was lower than a competitor. I am MES loyal.
Metro Express performed the repair on my Trane unit. Jonathan came on time, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He identified the issue and fixed, no trying this and that, replace this and that, like many other techs did in the past. Cost was right and I am impressed with their services. A while ago, had a weird issue where many other companies could not find the root cause. Adam was the tech that came and found the issue immediately, and did not charge me for it. Hence why this time I called them right away. I highly recommend them for servicing my Trane air conditioning units.
Metro Express Service recently came out to repair our ac unit and did a great job. The technician replaced the thermal expansion valve and did a great job. I have used MES for years. They also replaced both of my units 9 years ago and have a done a great job keeping my units serviced over the years. I will always use Metro Express Service.

I had my entire system replaced yesterday. I upsized my AC unit to a 4 ton 16 seer. Although its only been 24 hours I am very pleased with the quiet operation and much better cooling ability of the new Trane system. Time will tell the effect on my electric bill and the dependability of the equipment. But for now I can say I was very pleased with the whole experience from the meeting with the salesman through the installation and clean up afterwards. Norman Walley never pushed a particular system on me. He just laid out the three options for my application, answered all of my questions and let me decide what was best for me and my budget. It was a great sales approach. The installation crew were very kind, polite and took extra care to not let my pets get out. They also answered all of my numerous questions and were very efficient at what they do. The care toward my pets meant more to me than anything else they did. The whole experience was professional and very easy. I live on a very small veterans disability pension so I dont have much money at all. MESs 36 months no interest financing was quite literally the difference b/w me having air conditioning or not. Just that simple.
Hands down the best HVAC company you can find. Our A/C went out as I was leaving town on a work trip, in the time it took me to drive to Houston and back they had already ordered me a new unit that was a big step up from what we had at a great price. By noon the next day, it was installed and my home and family were comfortable once again. I cannot express enough how personable the service was. From the technician, Deron, taking the time to explain the process, our needs and our options to both he and the owner, Randy Murphy, personally checking back with us after everything was installed, the entire experience was seamless. Did I mention that just a couple months ago Randy and Deron jumped through hoops to get my mothers A/C fixed within hours of me calling? Take it from me, some random guy on the internet; if I trust them to take care of my mother and my family, you can and should certainly trust them as well.
Metro recently installed my new HVAC system and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. There is a reason why this company has such a good reputation. My previous system of 22 years wasnt working and I did my research, speaking with other contractors. I even had one very reputable company give me a quote to repair the system for just about the price that Metro gave me for a brand-new, complete Trane system. When I made the call, Metro had their installers at my home the next day. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The system functions flawlessly and it not only cools more efficiently but the humidity level is now ideal.

Called MES to come out and replace my 12 year old heat pump. Norman came out and gave me estimates for multiple units and financing. I chose the Trane XV20I. I also decided to get 6” of insulation. They installed the unit and I couldn’t be happier. Norman was extremely nice and was definitely an expert in his field. The installers were punctual and very professional. I couldn’t have asked for better service in my time of need, Texas summers are no joke! I would recommend them to any for their A/C needs!

We needed to replace our AC unit so we went with Metro Express Service. There was a delay in the installation because the blower motor had to be replaced. Once they got the motor and installed it the install was completed and we were good to go. It’s only been 1 day since that was done so we’ll see if there are any further issues. But we are satisfied with the work their people did.
Quick turn around! Our thermostat wasnt working within an hour of calling Metro Express Service a technician was already at our door and had everything fixed and running again within 30 minutes!
Had a great experience using MES. Unfortunately we had a very old system that stopped working the night before we left for a trip and wasn’t repairable. The next morning Kelly Smith was sent out to discuss new unit options. Never pushed a certain unit or tried to over sell us. Just gave us the facts and prices. So glad we went with MES, Kelly was on the ball getting us set up so when we returned they were ready to install immediately. Had a small issue during installation but without skipping a beat Kelly had it taken care of before I even needed to ask. Highly recommend and will continue to use for our AC unit check ups!
My furnace was not working properly. Two technicians came three times before the extreme cold weather was coming, but the furnace was still not working properly. I called EMS on Jan. 6th evening for an emergency service. Jonathan came in within 30 Mins. and did a very comprehensive diagnosis and finally found the problem was the gas valve. He replaced the gas valve (still under the warranty) and left the house around 10:00PM. Now the furnace is working fine and everyone is happy.
My heat went out on a cold day. I called at 8:00am, and repairman, chris, was here about 10:00. Fast service. Chris was curtious and knew his job. He fixed in in a short time., and gave me senior and military discount. I would want him again.

MES is amazing. I called on Monday morning and they were out in just a few hours. They were able to fix my ac quickly and my ac is running like a champ.
I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but these guys are weak. I bought my system from them and the friendly knowledgeable sales guy sold me insulation that they never installed. I asked for my money back. they agreed. Then there was some shake up in the company and they denied they owed me anything. I had voicemails and we finally agreed to the insulation instead of a refund. Then I began to have problems with my new AC and long story short they wired it incorrectly with the wrong gauge wire so that an electrician wouldnt be needed. We fixed that mistake. In the 2 and half years since Ive had the system Ive had a board fail (? the wiring) and the ducting quit opening properly. In the 4 service calls Ive had they twice sent out a young dude who supposedly was an expert who basically told me, yeah its hot out, sometime system cant keep up. The other guy that came the next day found the fried board, incorrectly functioning duct opener and that rats had chewed through some wires. 2 calls they never showed up in their 3 hour window and insisted I was incorrect about the time. Im through with them. I dont know what fool is in charge there but Im finished wasting my time with their foolishness.

******Update********DO NOT use this company. Paid $321 for the part for air conditioner and it turned out to be motor. David tech did not CHECK attic first but only went outside. To disappoint with this company!!!! We are still with out air.*****James tech came out to resolve issue. Prior when David came out he disconnect thermostat on wall**** James came out and reconnected. James went “over and beyond”. This company should have sent James first. He also quote a cheaper rate and he was very knowledgeable abt air conditioner.*** The air still not fix but AT least this company try to right the wrong. I still believe David had us pay $321 because he was not good at “finding solution” and he jus want us to pay something!!!*******I changing rating based on James and Customer Service************

We began having MES service our units in 2010 and have continued having them out every year since. When we moved from our last home 5 years ago, I was nervous they wouldn’t be able to come out anymore as we were moving 45 minutes away and outside of the metroplex. Before we even closed on our newest home, I asked MES if they could go out and do a maintenance check on the units because we trust them. Thankfully they said they would, and they did, and then MES confirmed they would continue servicing us at our new home moving forward. Last year, in May, our security company happened to connect the new thermostat backwards (air conditioning to heater and heater to air conditioning). Sooo needless to say, one night our house was at 85 degrees and rising which sent me into a panic as we thought our unit was going out and we had a large gathering at our house the next day. I called MES at 2am, planning to leave a message, to someone answering the phone! I do believe I woke her, and that poor lady was greeted in the middle of the night by a customer in panic mode, all the while she was so sweet and calming! They were able to work us in the next day, even though they were slammed with appts, to then having it take the MES tech to discover what had really happened! I’m telling you, they know what they’re doing and since day 1 every MES employee experience has been great!It’s hard to find trustworthy people these days, much less a trustworthy company, which is why we have and will continue using only MES!!!
