Manny is a great contractor. I needed new duct work and additional attic insulation. His estimate was thorough and he explained what I needed and what my options were when I brought up questions. At installation, he and his crew were professional and polite, answering questions and showing me what they were doing. When they were done, Manny reviewed what was done for us, explained again what he had done in the attic and talked of possible future improvements when it came time to consider a new heating/AC system. They cleaned and vacuumed affected areas before leaving. Im very pleased - great service, good price and professional work.

His attention to detail and patience with my many questions was what I needed to know that he was the right person for the job. Contacted four different vendors, but went with Manny based on his years of expertise and the fact that he just didn’t focus on ductwork I needed. He was also able to insulate the attic and provide detailed information on areas of the house that needed minor fixes and updates. Manny went beyond all the stars can existHe literally saved my family, knowing our A/C situation he never stop, never took a break, until all everything was fixed, checked and cross-check until everything was done truly amazing work, I could see that man taking a lot bride to his work to heart, we need a lot people like him today, all know is what went through with A/C was angle in the sky, everyone so far I spoke before talking him were was terrible and prices was even worst.speaking to Manny with from first phone call all we got everything organized and ready from started to end getting evaluated on the phone 20 mites or less.After the prevouis nightmare scenario I experienced from old the other big business original companyManny came to rescue not had fixed all issue with truly amazing pricing beat the original old A/C company by miles and super nice guy, JUST HIRE HIM NOW ASAP While still can I have felling is going to be very.Speaking to him, he is very knowledgeable I though going to A/C an school, wooooo the way he talks he truly cares about his work I think could see he is wearing my heart on my sleeve is work is everything to him, this very rare these days.Speaking to me on phone if I had a time right now to go over couple key points on the phone, it will take 10 minutes maximum 20 minutes if it takes 20 minutes of course I said yes, basically he walked me through a couple check points, he asked me do we have one or two system I mention we one have A/C for the first and second floor one in, asking what room is the thermostat in main bed room asking temperature listed thermostat it was 75 how many square feet the room then he ask me to lower to only 2 degrees down I asked why do you need so many details, he responded I am trying calculated approximation time to cool off per square footage to timed how long it take to low the temperature down just one small bedroom to 73.In my bedroom He asked can you hear and fell the air coming ventilation then running he asked me to close the door for 10 minutes and to go outside to see the physically blade were moving slow and fast from our A/C, I say yes, it’s running fast if then asked go back again inside and wait for 3 to 4 minutes before going back to bedroom to check the temperature again just a bit one degree lower.After the nightmare scenario I experienced from the other big business original companyAs their sales/service telling me short term fixed pull and clean the evaporator coil for $1300 wouldnt last 6 to 12 month the permante was speend $3000 with taxthen this person telling I was the most lucky men on this earth because I got discount with service contract other otherwise he would charge way, way, way more maybe double because of my attic my fault for the first visited /appointment, at point had enough thank him and walk him fast.Please if you can please learm from mistakeThank you, Manny
