Went threw American Homesheild with this contractor they came out told me that I needed 2lbs of freon and that American Homesheild only paid for one. They did NOTHING that day, and HAS NOT been back to even put Freon in nor gave me the option to even pay for the other lb! The warranty dept has contacted them several times and they have NOT responded!! So…..It has been since JUNE 10,2021 I have been dealing with my AC problems and they seem to think that the contractor that came out last AUG that cleaned my coils did a prefect job!!! I see a job that they did NOT wash off all the acid that they cleaned with and it ate away my coils!!! Y’all be the judge!!!!He did state when out here that he doesn’t get PAID to drive out to my area anymore so he is actually loosing money coming out to my house! 🤔 hummm do you think that he is not responding for some reason!!!!!! Don’t use this company if you have American Homesheild and live to far from this company!!!!!!!!Anne M Herrin

If I could give a negative star I would! We have been without AC for over 3 weeks. Our Home Warranty contracts with them otherwise I wouldve found someone else long ago. From what I understand, they will not be doing residential servicing much longer and going to commercial so I guess thats why they dont care about their business. We needed a part ordered, waiting much longer than expected and heard nothing, then when someone FINALLY answered the phone they said our part was sent to PA-couldve been but I doubt it was ever ordered because the receptionist was giving a couple of different dates for ordering so pretty sure it was just missed. I talked with someone last Thursday and she said part should be in that evening but they COULD NOT come Friday to fix it because they dont work in the Tyler area on that day--then why the hell contract to cover Tyler?? Friday I called a few times with no answer; today I have already called twice with no answer. Who knows when the AC will be fixed and we are above 100 degree temps! I cant wait for this nightmare to be over with this company. I usually write reviews that are positive but they suck with communication, professionalism, responsiveness...you name it! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS ITS WINTER AND YOU DONT NEED YOUR AC!

Came out 3 weeks ago installed a brand new upper and lower ac unit and my house still isn’t getting cool. Won’t get colder than 75 I also have condensation in my attic and will be lucky if my ceiling doesn’t fall. 11 thousand dollars and they won’t even respond to my phone calls and today blocked me where I can’t call anymore. Would give zero stars if that were possible. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

I contacted this company as they were on the approved list for my home warranty company.They gave me appointment a couple of days later. They assured me that they would contact the home warranty company for authorizationof my repairs so that I could get reimbursed as I paid them. This never happened. Every time I try to call their office, I cannot get an answer or a return call.This is very unprofessional and unnecessary. I guess once they get their money. They dont care what happens with their customer. Unhappy in Malakoff

We had it set up for a contractor to come out through our warranty company, we assumed we would hear from someone the day before they planned on coming. Wednesday I get a text that someone is on their way within the hour, I’m at work, not at home. I call and ask to reschedule and ask to please contact me or my husband so we can arrange to be home. Next day comes, no call or text the night prior, so someone just shows up at the house again. And of course my husband and myself are working, I call to try to figure out what is happening, why people just show up. I speak with a Bethany who is completely rude and says that texts were sent, which they weren’t. She says it’s been rescheduled for Monday. I ask how will we know this same thing won’t happen again Monday? She just argues with me about they can’t work around my schedule. My schedule?! Im trying to work around when the technician will be there so I can be there. I don’t understand how this company has good reviews unless all their customers are just home 24/7. And they couldn’t have talked to Bethany, she has ZERO customer service skills. I cancelled them altogether and to no surprise Bethany was just fine with that.

Called them on the Sunday right after Thanksgiving and they were there in 20 minutes. Fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. It was the best experience I have ever had with any service provider around Cedar Creek Lake. These folks are incredible and so professional. The charges were appropriate for the repair. Very honest - no attempt to do anything that wasnt needed. You cant go wrong calling them for help whenever you need it. They are the best!

We called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to look at my mothers air conditioner. The gentleman told us he had a tech free, and they could come out the same day between 2pm and 6pm. At 5:10pm we called to confirm that they were still coming today Tuesday. At that time he tried to lie and say that he told us he would try and get out there today, but it wasnt for sure. When I called my mothers home warranty to cancel this company the same gentleman called us liars, and told the warranty company that the appointment was for the next day Wednesday along, and that he never said anything about the same day appointment or having a tech free.I wouldnt recommend this company at all. Now my elderly mother has to be without air conditioning until the home warranty company can find another technician.Terrible customer service from this company.

Used them through my home warranty company American Home Shield to replace an HVAC system. I saw that they had great online reviews, so I looked forward to working with them. My system qualified for a replacement upgrade of which I utilized. Complete inside and outside new hvac system. Although at times I feel like I had to chase Everyone Loves Air for updates/communication as to scheduling my install or where we were at in the process (between them and American Home Shield), other than that, working with them was awesome. And their techs were on time, super nice and even allowed me to move the outside unit further away from a bedroom window. Very pleased.

Buyer beware! Stay away from this company, they have very unprofessional techs and staff. Took advantage of my parents and overcharged them for a service call and repair. My dad is a retired veteran my mom is an retired educator. Companies like this shouldn’t be in business, we are seeking legal advise. Please for the love of god, don’t call this company and fall prey to their over charges!

Do not use this company. They are scammers. You will not get service. They will not help you. They do not care about serving customers. They are cowards who hide from answering the phones. They will hang up on you. If you have an American Home Shield Warranty, you better call AHS and ask for a new vendor immediately. You have be warned.

Paid $1900 for a new? coil to be installed. Unit worked for 2 days then quit. DAILY attempts to reach by phone and through website with no answer. This has been going on for 6 weeks. I have seen from other reviews that they are ignoring other customers as well.

John was our tech that came out and he was very professional and kind. Turned out nothing was wrong with our unit, just cant keep up Werth the low Temps. He didnt even charge us a service fee. I would highly recommend John and this company.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I hired Everyone Loves Air to remove my old A/C and heating systems and install a new one. They were quick to respond, professional in all aspects, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure my installation went smoothly and promptly. John and his crew (all of them) were amicable, knowledgeable, and worked great together as a team. It takes exceptional service for me to give a 5 star rating and this is one of those rare times. If you are in need of a new system or just need maintenance on your existing one, I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

This company was sent out to my property from my warranty company and in the process of installing an air handler unit, they did not install or level it correctly causing it to create and drain excessive condensation outside of the drain pan within a very short period of time of which leaked through my ceiling and partially flooded a section of my carpet along with staining my ceiling. I called them and they came out the next morning to fix things and accidentally severed an electrical line in the process and tried to hide it. I had to hire an electrician to fix things and upon multiple attempts of communication with them about the damage issues and seeking a resolution, they refused to call me back and ultimately I escalated it to my warranty company. Upon further attempts from the warranty company to settle this matter, they ended up telling my warranty company that the damages were not their fault and they were not required to repair them. I just want them to pay the $210 for the electrical repair and fix the damage to my ceiling. Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income and I had to borrow money just to cover down on all this.

!!! Be advised this might be a lengthy post.Two words… STAY AWAY!Whatever you do, do not let your home warranty company use this place of service. They came out to fix the outside unit as the air would work for about 15 minutes and then the fan would completely shut off outside. I was pretty sure it was the fan motor that was bad and I told the air tech exactly that, but the technician stated it was just the capacitor and he replaced it. I asked him if he could please stay for 15 to 20 minutes to check it out and make sure it stayed on he then decided to straight up say I’ll stay for five minutes but I’m not staying 15 or 20 . Sure enough about 15 minutes after he left the fan blade stopped spinning. So I called the company to let them know what was going on. The office called the technicians back to send them back out and then the office called me back again and asked if my home was under construction which it was not. (This time he was rude on the phone call) I was painting a wall and trim he then proceeded to tell me that he was going to have to tell the warranty company the house is under construction which again I told him it wasn’t and that made no sense. He said well if we don’t tell your warranty company we don’t get paid for certain things. You’re not gonna sit there and try to claim things on my warranty that aren’t true or try to put the homeowner at fault. Then the technicians came back out he replaced the fan motor and when he came back in the house and told me he was done I asked him what was wrong with it he said nothing but I replaced it because you said it wasn’t working. Don’t insult my intelligence. Why would I have called you back out if it was working. I’m no air tech however it’s funny because if you just would’ve listened to me the first time we could’ve avoided all of this. Cut to that night the air conditioner was not getting down to temperature in the house I’m talking like 8 hours running, and went to go check the unit outside and the fan wasn’t blowing any air upwards, They installed the fan motor completely wrong. So here we are four days later after calling out a different ac guy they switched the wires from the fan motor and it’s working right. As well looking at some of these other negative reviews I can tell what type of company they are by there replies. They don’t take any blame and sit there trying to make the customer be at fault… again I say STAY AWAY!!!

I used Jon through my home warranty when I purchased my house. Jon came out to “fix” my a/c unit twice or three times before replacement. I was charged an extra $1500 to make sure everything worked properly and was up to code. I had issues with the system from the get go. Plumbing wasn’t installed properly. Thermostat was installed and configured wrong. Unit was short circuiting due to improper wiring . Even with these issues during warranty he wanted me to go through my home warranty. He called my wife a liar to her face when he came out for the heater not working. John said “we don’t install that brand of thermostats”… That thermostat is on the bill I received. He also set the thermostat to the wrong settings during install and tried to charge me. During that time he said to look for another ac guy to fix his issues. I wouldn’t trust this guy with installs or repairs.I wrote a review several weeks ago and he called apologizing and asking if he could do anything for me to remove the review. We agreed since I already fixed another issue I was having from his install that he would come out if something else happened. Well here we are I’m having another issue with a new system. My wife called Jon because I’m at work and told me to go through my home warranty… this guy robbed me of money and my childrens comfort.I will be making a complaint to any home warranty you’re associated with. I will also be making a complaint to BBB if an option.

We had an AMAZING experience with John. One of our A/C units stopped working. We called late in the afternoon on a Saturday and John was able to come out Sunday morning at 8am. He told us he would arrive between 8am and 8:30am and arrived at 8am on the dot. He set us a text 15 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. After inspecting our unit he identified a simple problem (we had an air intake filter that was completely clogged that we didn’t even know existed, we’d been changing two other filters and hadn’t identified this one), and because it was such a simple fix, he didn’t even charge us despite driving all the way out and spending his time to identify the problem. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes and we had a (free) fix. We live in Key Ranch Estates by Cedar Creek Lake. We couldn’t recommend the service enough, it was very personalized, prompt, and certainly affordable! Thank you John!

We had warranty work through them. They had to order a part. It’s been a month and they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. They also sent two guys out on separate occasions prior to this nonsense for the same problem and didn’t tell them a part was on order. Save your money and contact someone else. This company sucks.

This company should be called “Everyone loves air, we damage your house and don’t pay to fix it”. They put a new ac unit in and the next day it flooded under my floors, they came out to “fix it” and it flooded my floors a second time. The third time they put a new unit in. I called John to let him know the damage it caused and that he is responsible for paying to get it fixed. John is now not responding to call, text or email. He is disgusting if he thinks this is ok to do to people and should be out of business. Stay far away from this company because if he messes up he’s not going to pay.

The folks at EVERYONELOVESAIR were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave me a date and time and sent updates frequently. Everyone Loves Air was assigned by my home warranty company (ORHP).The request was made late in the day & they were at my house early the next morning. They fixed the problem & had my AC working like new again in under an hour. Another company quoted $300-$700 & we had been waiting TWO weeks for them to return when I finally had enough & requested a new provider. The repair was under $100. They were so fast & honest I will be using them for all of my yearly maintenance needs in the future! 5 stars doesn’t do them justice, I give them a TEN!

Make apt times that they dont keep.They tell you a time just to get you off the phone and when they dont show at that time they pretend that there dispatcher text to inform you of apt change which never did happen.Dispatcher I feel is rude and with a attitude. I dont recommend this company to anyone.Not sure how they received 4 stars must be family and friends not actual customers.I would give them a 0 if it was available.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!! The AC at my house where my elderly parents (88 and 87) live stopped working. I made a claim through my home warranty and within the hour I was notified Everyonelovesair would be the service provider. Toby, the technician, arrived during the window of time specified. It turned out to be a thermostat issue . Toby overrode the thermostat (it was one of those that could be controlled by the electric company - bad idea) and the AC came on and started cooling.About 30 minutes after he left, the AC quit again. Turns out the thermostat was bad (and of course obsolete and the electric company no longer services them). I called John at Everyonelovesair and he sent Toby back out to my house and got my parents fixed up. I am so grateful for their prompt, professional service. HIGHLY recommend them.

Last year my wife and I used them to install our ac system, we spent over 5k for a system that doesn’t keep our home cool, made them aware that half the vents in the house weren’t blowing and they were to follow up, whenever one of the employees would come they would show up and disappear without a word, then after a couple months of back and forth I became aware that I was stuck with this shotty work, currently sitting in a 80 degree house I paid thousands to cool. Would not recommend

My AC is only 4 years old. It was not cooling the house. I called the company that installed the AC and they came out twice. They was not able to locate any issues (the days that they came out it was raining and cool out so the inside of the house was like 67 degrees. Frustrated with our original company, I called Everyone Loves Air and they was able to identify and fix the problem. I was highly satisfied with the service I received.

Heater went out on Christmas Eve and it was below freezing. Tech was here very fast and fixed the issue quickly. Cant recommend highly enough. This is the HVAC you want to use. Thanks!

Placed a service request with this company. Technician came out stated he need to order condenser motor. A week later of no response form countless phone calls and 100+ temps. The company states a technician never came out and no parts were ordered. Do not use this company.

I would highly recommend this company they care about the customer and not just their pocket book.They took their time and made sure that the job was done right I was done right so they were very thorough very professional. They did everything in a timely manner they actually showed up early which was better for my schedule.

Terrible waited for 3 days when tec came he told me i had to much freon and need it drained and he would come back next week so i called another air service and it was fixed in 30 minutes was a short in capacitor

Just called to schedule an appointment and I mentioned that I was a repeat customer. I was abruptly told that they werent taking any new calls and to find someone else. Rude.

They sent this technician out to diagnose my AC unit he come out he said there was nothing wrong with the AC unit then called my home warranty company he said it was dog hair we live in Chandler Texas so I called a separate opinion and they sent anothout and come to find out it was froze up I would not recommend this company
