Knowledgeable and efficient service. Would recommend these guys! Update on 4/1/2024 - My AC compressor wouldnt turn on. I called them and they had someone here in 15 minutes and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. I stand by my earlier review.Update on 9/23/24. I had another great service call from the guys at Texas Pride. Serviced my mini-split in my garage. Great and friendly service!

We had a bad experience with another company and they turned us over to Texas Pride finally admitting after putting in a new a/c and many thousands later they could not fix the problem. Texas Pride sent Jacob today with a buddy and in ten mins he found one problem and fixed it and in twenty mins more figured out the rest. After almost two years and many thousands later we believe we now have answers to our problems. Thats what you get when Qualified, Quality people are hired.Jacob was not only sweet he was very knowledgeable and what a breath of fresh air. I’m sorry I do not remember his partners name but he was just as good. And what pleasent attitudes. I had to run and get my grandson and had absolutely no reservations about leaving them to run and get him. I will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future. Each time Ive needed assistance with my HVAC Texas Pride Heating and Air has come to the rescue. Not only did they look for an earlier service call opening they also introduced me to a maintenance program to ensure proper tune-up. Kudos to April and Jacob!

Worked so hard to make sure everything was just right. The owner was amazing and even stopped by to check on everything. I asked them to do maintenance on my portable Generac. They came to my house, but brought the wrong maintenance kit. They ordered the correct kit. The kit came in about a week later and they rushed the service. I didnt ask them to discount the bill, but they did. I think thats fantastic service.

Texas Pride installed a new AC system at our house and I am very happy with the experience and results. Our old system was undersized and couldn’t keep the house cool on hot days. Chaz helped me understand why we needed an upgrade and he was right. He and his team were courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to proactively explain everything to me while they were here. Texas Pride (TP) has been amazing from the beginging. After being in our new (to us) home for about a year it was determined that we needed three full new HVAC units (not by them I might add). TP worked with me on creating a value based package that included bi-yearly maintenance. Ive had the pleasure of working with Brantley over the last year for check up and an odd issue that was promptly resolved. While they are a professional company, they is also a very family/neighbor vibe. I would recommend TP to anyone who needs help in the HVAC world.

Appointments available immediately. A/c motor and capacitor went out. Parts ordered and installed very quickly. Sold me only what I needed. Definitely the only a/c company I plan on using in the future.

Did a great job installing our unit 3 or so years ago. Always respond quickly when we have a problem. We are many miles away and we seem to have to call early in the morning. She always sounds like I woke her up! They all seem to work together well and are very responsive to our questions. We would recommend them to anyone who has a need.

Last summer I was having an issue with the AC. A technician from another place that I had been using told me I probably need to replace my condenser, which is not that old, and the quotes varied from expensive to more expensive. So I found Texas Pride Heating and Air and booked an appointment, essentially for second opinion. Within mere few minutes the technician identified a very simple issue, let me know what to do (since it had to do with needing to patch a drywall), and didn’t even charge me for the visit. So subsequently this Spring I asked them to do maintenance on the HVAC and joined the Bluebonnet Club. The technician, Jacob, was very thorough, gave honest and sensible suggestions, and later when he realized one of the recommendations couldn’t really be performed and probably won’t add much value after further inspection, he shared that with me promptly and adjusted the estimate accordingly. So in summary, my experience has been that they know what they’re doing and are honest and transparent. Highly recommend.

Texas Pride is very professional and I have used their services for our numerous rental properties. This call was for a rental property on a weekend and they were responsive and got it back operational within hours. They communicated on the way to the appointment and after appointment to let me know how it was repaired. Their prices are also very reasonable.

After my first contact with Justin, I wasnt sure what to expect. After he fixed our problem with the AC intermittently Turning off and the house heating up, lve called and requested him personally. This has been the best AC service ! have received in years. He was very personable and informative. Took his time to explain the problems as well as things to look for.Really don’t find these types of experiences anymore.

Technician did NOT fix my air conditioner! He told my son that there was a loose wire in the attic part of the system. He did not fix it - he made matters worse - because he wired it direct into the system so the fan stayed on 24/7 even when the unit was turned to OFF!! The fan never shut off when the temperature in the room reached the temp that was set on the thermostat. Technically, I needed a brand new HVAC but Texas Pride will NOT be getting my business!!

The technician Jacob did a great job and explained everything so it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend using Texas Pride for any ac repair or tune up.

Had several other quotes from the “major” companies and they wanted to do WAY more than necessary to fix my issue. Jacob at Texas Pride offered an effective solution at a reasonable price without over-engineering the fix.

Let me save you a whole lot of time. This is the best company I have had to work with. Easy, simple, transparent and more. They only quoted me what I needed to get back up and running, and accepted financing. We are now good to go for another hot texas summer!

Update 5/31/23: we had an anomaly happen this afternoon with our unit today that caused it to stop working and house quickly heated up. Texas Pride sent the team out same day on short notice in the evening. Brantley quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are actually happier with his fix because we did not like the fresh-air flow vent the builder installed. We are Texas Pride customers for life and will recommend them to others!I found Texas Pride recommended by neighbors on NextDoor. I liked having the ease of making an appointment online. Brantley did a great job servicing my A/C unit. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He took pictures and did a great job explaining everything from about him and the company, what he was going to do, what was done and recommendations. I was a bit wary using a company I hadn’t used before for a tune-up special, but no worries here! The tune-up was affordable and Brantley didn’t try to up-sell a bunch of other services or parts. I definitely recommend Texas Pride and I will continue to use them.

Brantley did an excellent job of providing knowledgeable customer service with detailed explanation of assessment and services. He kindly talked me through his evaluation and expertly guided me on the series of next steps. He was courteous and respectful and never seemed to rush through anything. I especially appreciated the feature where the dispatch sent the name and picture ID of who I should be expecting as well as a tracking map to see how close he was to arriving at my home. We will certainly be beginning a relationship with Texas Pride to ensure proper maintenance once our issue is repaired. Can’t recommend enough!

Used these guys multiple time over the past 2 years. They are super professional and have great work ethic. I’ve used them for general maintenance, furnace repairs, as well as installing a solar ventilation unit. They are quick with scheduling and charge a fair price. You won’t get the feeling like these guys are taking advantage of your situation and lack of knowledge. I will only use them moving forward as long as the ownership stays the same. I recently reached out to Texas Pride to inquire about doing PM’s on my Generac generators. First off, April responded right away to my inquiry and was so accommodating and courteous in providing details as well as working with me on a date/rime that worked, it was refreshing to say the least to receive best-in-class customer service.On the appointment day, the professionalism and overall expertise by the technician spoke volumes about the kind of company Texas Pride is. Mr Justin was on time and extremely knowledgeable in his craft.I was so impressed with their level of service that I scheduled HVAC PM’s the following week. Once again Mr Justin was on time, and did great work. I have had countless HVAC companies in my attics over the last 10yrs and it was always the same thing once they left. Sprayed in insulation would be tracked all throughout the house when they left. Mr Justin even cleaned up after himself and left it the exact way it was prior. Sidnt really expect that but it just goes to show the attention to detail and service yet again.100% you will not be disappointed in your decision to hire April, Justin, and the entire Texas Pride team!

We got quotes from 5 different companies and I am glad this is the last one we got it from. We chose them as they told us what the issue was. Chaz and Angel were so nice and very knowledgeable during the whole process from estimate quote to replacing unit. Harry came out with them and was also very nice no up selling it was like a family member was doing the service honestly. Unfortunately diagnosis was replacement of unit but they had all bases covered detailing what had to be done to the financing if we needed it and communication from April was so great in that aspect. All the other companies said we can get this done same day Texas Pride and Air said we can’t do it till about four days later which is good cause that means to me they are reputable and have a strong constant clientele . They even saw our upstairs unit and said it’s in good working condition. I will recommend them to anyone and use them in the future. Thank you!!

We have used Texas Pride for a few years and have been happy Blue Bonnet Members! Brantley has been amazing explaining issues and options on our 15 ish year old units that we’ve been fighting since moving in three years ago. The units finally quit during the hottest week this summer. They gave us several different quotes covering all our options and we decided just to replace both heating and both A/C units all at one time. Once parts arrived the install team was awesome and got it all done in a single day which we were told would take three days by other companies. For as big of a burden as it could’ve been they made it very easy and my system is warrantied through them for 10 years.

Chaz Mills and Angel came out to do some work cleaning out A/C system, adding 4 inch filter systems to replace the 1 inch filter systems, and replacing duct board. They did great work and I plan on doing additional upgrades to the system in the future.June 2024 Update: had a blower motor go out. Texas Pride was able to be there the next day. Fixed good as new.

Phenomenal customer service and satisfaction! I was in need of an a/c replacement and had already spoken with two companies and received two estimates. Duncan took the time to talk me through my options and explained the best ways for me to ensure my satisfaction as a customer regarding quality installation, reputable service, and unit and labor warranties. After having multiple issues with one of my mini split units and difficulty finding a company that would even service one, I was very pleased with the service of Texas Pride. Brantley came and assessed the situation and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain different units and how they worked. I had a new unit installed and the technicians that came were courteous and quiet and professional. Also the main office did a great job with communication and very prompt responses.

When my A/C stopped cooling I had reached out to a few different companies. This was a Sunday and no one was able to come out until Tuesday. I made the call to Texas Pride Heating and Air and they were able to get a technician out within probably half an hour. They were super professional explained what was wrong with our system and gave us numerous options. We opted to have our entire system replaced. When they came out the day of the appointment they were on time. They laid tarps all over our house. They left the house clean. Second year weve used Texas Pride for our AC repair dealing with this terrible Texas heat. We have an old unit and theyve came out promptly both times. Given good explanations and are always friendly. I recommend this company to others.

Highly recommend! And I would recommend joining their Bluebonnet Club. We noticed the A/C unit not operating properly last night around 7PM. They were able to arrive this morning before 8AM, quickly diagnosed the problem and A/C back up by 8:30AM. All 3 techs we have met have been very friendly and transparent with their knowledge and work on our A/C and HVAC systems.

I contacted Texas Pride Heating and Air after being advised by another service provider that our AC unit had become disconnected in our attic. Brantley and Jacob were assigned to my service call and were GREAT! True professionals and very knowledgeable about their trade. They were very transparent and kindly walked me through the issue and remediation steps with complete clarity. They educated me about our AC and Heating system as well as suggested a few maintenance actions to keep things running smoothly. The price seemed fair - while I’m not the most well versed regarding pricing for this type of service, there was no sticker shock from the total cost. Happy to make Texas Pride our regular provider moving forward.

UPDATE:While I initially left a review commenting on the responsiveness and kindness of the team, which still remains true, I do feel the need to update to due the quality of work I’ve received.Texas Pride has been out to fix my HVAC, every spring and summer since I moved into my house three years ago. This is a relatively new unit (2018) and multiple techs from Texas Pride have assured me it’s one of the best. That said 2x a year this unit shuts down, and Texas Pride comes out and finds a new $500+ problem with it. I’ve now spent over $3,200 in three years. Would just financed a new system if I had know I was going to spend thousands of dollars to still have problems! After the second visit, I’ve started asking the techs why there’s continued problems if the unit is so great and relatively new, and get very vague non committed answers. Six months will go by, it gets hot or cold, the unit won’t work, and it’s a brand new problem that needs brand new parts and work done. At this point I have a Frankensteined HVAC unit and no answers as to why it seems to be so terrible.Not sure if the inability to fix my unit is due to lack of knowledge, on an apparently complex unit, or if as a single woman with minimal hvac knowledge I just got taken for a ride. But either way it appears problems outside of routine maintenance should not be done with this company. Just wish I would’ve looked past the “niceness” and quit getting screwed sooner.—————————————————————————I’ve been using Texas Pride for almost two years now, everyone is exceptionally kind, which is so nice when you’re stuck in a hot house. Chaz (the technician) came within an hour of me calling. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He did not try to upsell me but was honest about me needing a new unit soon but not necessarily today. He explained the prices of new units in comparison to the square footage of my home and how each would work. He explained financing options and we will work together to get my new unit installed within the near future. I prayed for someone who wouldnt rip me off and knew what they were doing. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for anyone looking for good service in a timely manner. Five star company ✨️

Actually this post contains 2 reviews -My first experience with Texas Pride Heating and A/C today. Brantley came and went completely though my a/c system for a pre season check. He was so thorough and very knowledgeable. He also showed me what he he was doing and explained everything! What a nice young man!They will be my only go-to from now on. I had to change my appointment 3 times and they were very responsive and accommodating each time!I joined their Bluebonnet Club and for $129 per year they will come at the beginning of each season to make sure everything is working the way it is supposed to.2nd experience today (2 months later) - a/c went completely out. I called at 7:00 am to request service. I am blown away! Chaz came to my house about 11:00 am and repaired my a/c!The capacitor needed to be replaced. Chaz installed a good capacitor that was made in the USA and it has a 5-year warranty.I could not be more happy with Texas Prides service and expertise! Not only was the service prompt, but I received a 15% discount by being a Bluebonnet Club member. This company goes way over and above to take care of their customers!

Brantley with Texas Pride did a great job explaining the pros and cons of zoning my HVAC system at the house, we are going to easily save 20 to 30% every summer and winter and the project was actually pretty affordable.

The team did good! Came out and completed the work + was able to add on a last minute service which was completed within the same time of the first service.. These guys are really good. when called for a needed fix, they were here within hours. and when they came back for maintenance evaluation (after i signed up for their bluebonnet club), they thoroughly checked everything and made sure all was in top shape going into these super-hot days.

Our experience with Texas Pride was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, yet not condescending (competitors would talk down to me). Willing to explain all possible options without trying to corner you; not pushy like others. Always showed up on time. Wore protective gear (COVID-19 era install). And great value with high quality products. Our home is super comfortable now after the install and follow-up air flow balance. And the newer Armstrong system is quieter! I would recommend them to anyone, residential or commercial. New, repairs, or servicing.

Chaz and Brantley was excellent technicians. Brantley was the first technician to reach my resident. He introduced himself. He came in assess the unit on the inside and turn the nest off. Explain to me how to turn it off. Excellent excellent technician then Chaz showed up completed the work they were on time they explained everything as it went along. I had the greatest experience with Texas Pride. My A/C decided to quit on me in the middle of July. I originally called another company out to take a look at the unit and they took 30 minutes diagnosing the issue and quoted me for a new unit rather then attempting a repair. However, I decided to get a second opinion and called Texas Pride. Israel, the tech who came out, was dedicated and outstanding. Long story short, he was at our house until 10:30PM and saved me thousands of dollars in having to replace the whole system. I cant say enough about this company and will be recommending them to everyone in the area.

We had an older AC unit that needed to be replaced. Texas Pride was able to come out same day, on a Sunday, to assess our needs and provide an estimate. Chaz took time to inform and educate us on our system and options without pressure to make any decisions until we were ready to do so. Their quote was significantly less than others at the same quality level and we were able to schedule installation very quickly. Now we have decided to use Texas Pride for regular maintenance and other needs going forward.

We called because our A/C motor stopped working the night before. They came out on Sunday morning and were super nice, polite, and friendly. They had us up and running very soon. It was probably the best experience I’ve had with any service call to my home in 20 years. I highly recommend!

2nd Review; August 2023…They were early again and that is important when it’s 108 degrees outside. My daughters air conditioning went out Friday the 11th around 11:00AM and she didn’t think she was going to get anybody out to her house before Monday the 14th. She had tried a couple other companies before she asked me what to do.My grandchildren were there and it was 108 degrees outside the twins their 5 years old and her other one is 9 needed air conditioning. I called Texas Pride and told them the emergency and they had Brantley at her house by 4:00PM the same day. He did a great job getting it back up and running. So the Twins stayed Cool. Chaz and his crew came out to my house and replaced the entire system within a few hours. They were respectful and polite and priced far below their competitors. The system is running fantastic, quiet, and efficient. I had an air scrubber installed as well due to my allergies and had the ducts cleaned as well. I could tell a complete difference within a few hours. I was shocked at the amount of mold inside the unit and Im thankful i was able to get a new unit installed. Thank you for the hard work guys! Texas pride took care of repairing a 15 year old ac unit and wasn’t pushy about buying a new one (which I was expecting, and isn’t cheap at all). The ac unit needed parts they couldn’t get until the next day. Jacob was very up front and honest about everything, and was a rockstar tech who solved my problems.I’m not calling any other ac businesses when I have issues.I’m Sure some ads are bots and automated but I have had 2 genuinely great experiences with this company and wanted to share.

We got home from a trip to Colorado to find our AC not working and our house over 90 degrees. Within an hour of calling after getting home Jacob was at our house and it took him very little time to diagnose the problem, explain what was wrong to me and my wife in a very understandable way and within 45 minutes he had our AC repaired and working again. Considering it was late Saturday night and how fast he got here and had everything running again it was a great value. Jacob became a hero in our house last night! Jacob and Texas Pride Heating and Air were real lifesavers for us! He was also very kind to my dog!

We noticed a leak coming from our attic AC unit and called at 7:40pm. Three hours later and they already came, diagnosed the problem, cleared the clog, cleaned up, and wrapped up everything. They were very quick, polite, and great at explaining what they were doing.

I cant say enough about the great customer service I received from Texas Pride. I called yesterday and they arrived today right on time. Chas checked out everything outside and inside. He is very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I am very impressed with his service in a time when service seems to always take the back seat.

I was without ac and this was the 1st company to respond to my call. Chaz came out the next day, sent me an estimate and as soon as I made a decision, he ordered the compressor motor for me and the day it arrived, he and his team came and put it in. Great service, great people that you can depend upon!

It is now 10 months later and my entire ac needs to be taken out and cleaned and reinstalled. When they installed the AC, which was $11k by the way as I wanted to not get the basic, they asked me if they could put the filter in the ac unit itself. I said yes.They said the filter would cover 3-66 months and that they’d be back to change it. What great customer service! After 6 months and no call, I went up myself to fix it. It was the cheapest blue filter you can find, torn through with insulation. I could not open the door to put in a bigger filter so called them.When they came to our house they said “just use the intake in the ceiling” and did literally nothing else.My condensate line was clogged so I called another ac company and they said the coils are covered in insulation, it’s everywhere. I’m going to have to pay for them to take everything apart to fix this companies mistake.$11k for dirty air and more problems. $1k to fix this terrible companies mistake.And no excuse, the owner was literally on site as installation happened. He was the one that told me he’d be back to replace the filter.I do not know has the company has great reviews. I have never felt like a company cares less about me than throughout this experience. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I had an emergency when my heater gas igniter went out just before having an inspection of a house for sell. I called Texas Pride and they had someone to my house and had it fixed in under an hour. I have used them for business servicing commercial properties many times as well. I would not consider any other company, period. The ownership and techs are all incredibly professional, polite and always on time or early; and ALWAYS get the job done. I highly recommend Chaz, Jacob and the rest of their team!!

My gas furnace went out on the first day of this years ice storm.I initially contacted another company, which did not go well.This companys 5-star rating is well-deserved.I was already 2 days in to the ice storm without heat, and two boys at home. When I called, Id explained my issue with another company, which I didnt want to repeat. So, before making the trip to my house, the tech (Brandtley) called to talk through my issue and see if he had my motor on his truck. He possessed a universal brand that would work for me and headed on over. While he was there, he discovered another issue that would prevent repair that day. With an explanation of anticipated costs and my permission, he called the parts warehouse to open up after hours to purchase the additional part needed (though, at no fault of his own, the warehouse owner was out of town and couldnt open until the next morning). This was great, as I had been advised on my initial call that this would be an option, if necessary.Brandtley stayed well in communication with me and went above and beyond.I have reviewed the other company, which is accurately represented by a combination of almost ALL of the negative reviews posted there.I came out of this by spending $800 and more than satisfied, rather than the alternative with the other company.

We just bought our house and wanted to get our HVAC system serviced before winter. We moved here from the pacific northwest and didnt have a HVAC system in our old house. Brantley was great! He explained everything he was doing, even when things werent so straight forward, and showed us how to replace the filter. Since the previous owner didnt maintain the system as well as she should have, there were some issues, to put it mildly, as well as a guest appearance by a dead rat and a small mouse. Brantley went above and beyond to find an economical solution to the problems, where possible. Well have to replace our system in the near future, but were glad we have a great person and company to rely on!

WOW! Texas Pride installed a mini-split AC/Heating unit in a secondary dwelling / Tiny House on our property. The unit works great, and is energy efficient for our climate. A tech was here and fixed the problem all within 2 hours. I cant overstate how much we appreciated it with little kids in the house. Will absolutely use again!

Chaz was great with communication and help with everything for my very specific HVAC needs for my specialty project. He goes above and beyond to make sure that things are right. He will also take the time to research additional options that will help your unit reach its maximum potential for you (humidifier/dehumidifier). He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuffBest part he doesnt have some person who doesnt know anything answering the phone telling you itll be $120 for a tech to come out and give you a quote.Small business owner that cares and is personally involved. Cant reccomend highly enough!
