I recently had my original 1980’s duct system replaced, and I couldnt be happier with the results. My old ducts were torn, a fire hazard, and aggravated my allergies terribly. The new installation is incredible—air is now distributed properly throughout my home, its clean, and Im free from allergies.Ryan was fantastic, present every step of the way, including the day of the install. Communication was easy, and the pricing was very reasonable. I shopped around 6-7 companies, and this one stood out by far. Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!—Here are the before and after pictures. The new duct system is installed and raised/hung, which was a personal request. The original duct was on the ground - damaged by wildlife, causing my wife and me to inhale old insulation. It was a nightmare. As mentioned, Im very happy with the results.Reach out to Ryan! Hello, I want to give my first review to Chase for his quick work and attentive communication. My second review is for Frank who came in the second time to replace our panel. Both gentlemen were super friendly and committed to their work. We live in a rental property and sometimes you do have a wait yet they manage to work with my schedule and even their dispatcher is amazing.

Caleb was fantastic! Came out on a Sunday (same day) after troubleshooting with me on the phone, when others wouldn’t. Extensive knowledge of HVAC and it showed. Got us a new fan motor same day and showed me why it was the issue. I appreciated his patience as I asked a lot of questions and we will use them moving forward from a preventative standpoint.

I enjoyed talking to Caleb the other day on a question I had about an air-conditioning problem. Because of a good feeling I had and looking at the reviews from this company, I decided to have him stop by my house today and check my possible problem. I had with one of my air conditioning unit..He was right on time. I actually found out that the original examination of my air conditioner was incorrectly diagnosed. For me that is about a $1500 savings. Being a retired person, that’s a huge amount. I am likely going to terminate my relationship after eight years with another air-conditioning company and start up with Caleb and Infinity ACIt turns out the prices are a little bit better and I have a better feeling on this expertise as opposed to the original expertise I had after eight years with my original air-conditioning company company.

As a proud Navy mom, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to this veteran owned company earlier this year and I am so thankful that I did. I’ve had the best customer service and top notch service with each visit. They do not charge a ridiculous amount for the work, Caleb went above and beyond with our maintenance visit yesterday, and thank God he came out because while doing the maintenance/service he found that our heating system was not hooked up correctly and we potentially could have had some pretty serious issues due to someone else’s laziness/ignorance. I had a very good experience with Infinity AC. They came over within an hour of when I called with a problem. The AC tech Robby Dollar was punctual, friendly and thorough with all his work. In the end he explained all the factors and what my options were and the repair was quick, affordable and professional. I would recommend them.

Infinity AC performed an outstanding job! I was informed that my condenser had blown and was in need of replacement! Infinity AC was able to have the entire unit replaced and I had cool air again in a couple of days! Fast, efficient and professional describes infinity AC to a T! The technician, Robby Dollar, assigned to handle the replacement, was knowledge and thorough in the process! I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of AC being repaired or replaced!

I had a company that go slower and slower to respond to a mini split that was not cooling down like it used to. They did find a couple of leaks but just added some freon which i think was always too low and you would not know how much is in the system unless you removed all of it and added back in by weight. I finally called Infinity A/C and they were able to schedule me in the next day and sent out a tech that tested out the system, vacuumed out the old freon did a pressure test with nitrogen then pumped down the system 3 times to make sure there was no contamination then filled up the system to the correct weight of freon and the system has been running fine ever since.

Caleb and team were amazing. From helping me to understand what would work best in the house and showing me heres top of the line Lennox to different Lennox units that would work for our needs as well. Never once felt like him or his team were trying to oversell me. They listened to what I wanted, did a thorough walkthrough/inspection of the duct work and rooms and then gave me quite a few choices. He walked me through the difference in each choice and what it meant. If you are looking for honesty and integrity and a reasonable price with amazing products and services, I would look no further. Honestly the time I took to get other quotes from other vendors was a waste.

Lost AC after hours. 85 inside and animals to be concerned about. Came out at 745 at night, worked in the dark, INTERACTIVE... showed us what was going on. Fixed the same night Gave us maintenance tips. Did not try to oversell us. We now have a new AC maintenance and service provider!! Thank you!!

Exceptional customer service. I had Caleb come by for a quote of replacing a really old unit at my house and when the fan died as we were both staring at it, he fixed it the same day. They gave me a really good price for a replacement and I ultimately went with them and scheduled an install. These folks truly care about their customers and are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Very impressed with them so far.

We needed a couple pf parts replaced and were all fixed up in less than an hour. The guys were very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reasonable, and professional. Highly recommend Infinity AC! I had to have a completely new HVAC system installed in my house. Infinity quoted a fantastic price for the installation. The installers were extremely thorough, properly sealing everything and completing the extensive rewiring my house needed. Everything was perfect. Then the next day, the owner and supervisor both came back out to inspect the installer’s work. Final total was exactly the quoted amount. From initial contact to completion of installation was under 48 hours. 10/10 would recommend for install and maintenance/service!

Hired infinity ac for a maintenance check up on my ac unit and to recieve a quote for attic insulation. I needed a new AC unit and coil and I was going out of town in a few days. Kaleb came within a couple of hours, thoroughly assessed my system, and gave me very reasonable solution options. We had this terrible smell in our house for months and couldnt figure out where it was coming from.
