I went everywhere looking for a cartridge for Moen and couldn’t find it. Finally they had it hear and it was a great price. Will definitely come here for all my plumbing part needs. The guy at the front was super friendly and knowledgeable!

Previously used them and had a good experience. However this time was terrible. Called to see if they had a particular toilet in stock. The guy who answered the phone assured us they did. Lie #1. When we arrived we found out it was not in stock, however another facility had one, and they would get it shipped over by 10 AM the next morning, and they would call when it arrived. Lie #2 & 3. When we called to check, the guy who answered spent an inordinate amount of time asking irrelevant questions like who we talked to yesterday. Does it matter?? There are two people out in the showroom. Can you not look it up or does that take too much time?? The person he punted us to said that it didnt arrive by 10 and they were too busy to call. And then the best one...the other place broke it while loading it on the truck. Lie #4. Perhaps their way of saying the dog ate my homework? Easy decision to take my business elsewhere.

I was referred to this showroom by The Tile Shop in Southlake. I came prepared to order a long list of things for my remodel, but we were met with one of the rudest employees I have met. Our presence and any question asked was a clear inconvenience. Her facial expressions and whispers to her co-worker (right in front of us) were an icing on top. We quickly left and gave our business to a competitor.

I read the reviews and was excited about shopping for some home improvement items. I called ahead asking about a toilet and if I needed to request an appointment or if I could just come in. The staff who answered the phone let me know that the showroom was being remodeled and display would be limited but that I was welcome to stop by.I drove up to the shop and both staff in the showroom were helping other customers. When the 1st customer had departed the staff member who was helping stepped to the back and then returned to their desk.They had a large selection and were very polite on the phone, but I stood in the showroom for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by either employee. I like to support local businesses, but not being acknowledged while standing in the waiting room is a major turn off.

Called about purchasing a new toilet. Patti Hammond was kind and helpful on the phone. When I went to get new toilet a few days later Patti and the other lady in the showroom were very rude during my time in the showroom. I will NEVER EVER give this company my $ again. I will also never refer them. I have since purchased 2 more toilets and a complete shower stall for remodel at another reputable plumbing supply dealer......AND got a better price!!!

I’ve been doing business with these people for over 10 years and I keep going back to them because their service is outstanding. Renee Terry is awesome to work with, she goes the extra mile to accommodate her clients. Kudos to her.

A/C was out last night and we usually go to Home Depot for parts. Came across this store and was surprised to see the inventory they carry at an excellent price. Staff was very helpful to check the inventory over the phone and inform us about the price. Definitely my go to store from now onwards.

Knowledgeable staff and great selection - theyve recently expanded their showroom. I purchased a tankless water heater and pricing was very competitive. If you go, check out the restroom - theyve installed one of the products they sell, and youll want one for your home!

Best place to buy quality plumbing fixtures and more. Staff is awesome very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure your new build or remodel are complete. Their products may be higher than your local home improvement store but the quality is far superior.

Renee and Patty are great! Fun to deal with too! Great selection with a beautiful showroom. Renee knows her stuff and made my selection process quick and easy.

Rude! I am a woman, and I fix most things myself. I was referred to them because one thing I needed had to come from a plumbing supply store... wasn’t there 30 seconds... was immediately told by not them but a creep plumber that was there buying supplies that there was no fix...Mind your own business!!!...and the employees didn’t try to help after his opinion... They were rude from start to finish. Do Not Go for Customer Service! You

That 1 star is really a zero. Never will I do business with them again. They messed up my order, which is causing a delay in my project. I was told it would take a week, then today told the part can only be ordered with other items. To say to me it gets here when it gets here is the wrong response and wrong attitude!

Super friendly and knowledgeable....a/c unit was out in 100 + degree weather. Test my bad part, had the replacement in stock, and at an awesome price. Great business!!!

If you have a plumbing part that you cannot find at a hardware store or big box like Lowes or Home Depot I have found that National Wholesale Supply has always had in stock what I need. Counter sales staff is always friendly and helpful.
