I cant give enough thanks to the team at Keller services. I woke up Thanksgiving morning to no heat in the house. We have lived in the house for over 20 years now and the unit is about 10 years past its expired date but hey its still working. A dear friend put me in contact with Bandi and her team and they took great care of me. The technician Jason was very polite, he went above and beyond to make my mom who is in a wheelchair feel very comfortable in explaining step by step what he was doing. They even chatted about each others families.His customer service is amazing.Never once did they try to up sale me on anything, a matter of fact they were able to fix my ancient unit and find the parts they needed to do so. I could not be more pleased with the services that i received.If anyone ever has any issues with their unit I would 100% put my trust in this crew right here. He did a thorough check of my heating system, explained how to change the filters the correct way, and even fixed a quick issue with my air conditioner unit. Keller Services has always been fantastic in maintaining my HVAC system and kept my old system going several years past its expected lifespan. When it was time to replace it, they helped me understand my options, worked with me on financing it, and did a great job on installation. Ive had the new system in for about a year now, and its so much better at maintaining temperature in the house.Aside from their work, Ive also been really impressed by how their technicians have always been extremely professional, honest, and friendly. Im sure many other women have had the experience of being talked down to by technicians or pressured into agreeing to a service that wasnt necessary, and I can say I have never had that happen with Keller Services in the 7+ years Ive been a customer. They have also always been excellent with my cats, and Ive never been concerned about a little fuzzy overlord slipping out around someones feet.

Keller Services replaced my entire HVAC system. They are professional, trustworthy, and timely. I believe their pricing to be fair and reasonable. I comfortably gave them access to the house without anyone being present. They are my go to and would recommend them unconditionally for your heating and air conditioning needs.

The technician that came out was respectful, informative, and found the problem was a leak in the coolant line, yet could not locate it. However, the company seemed intent on upselling and replacing our entire HVAC system for thousands upon thousands of dollars rather than simply fixing the leak. A friend who worked in the HVAC industry was able to locate, repair the leak, and recharge our system in a short time.

I will start by saying the first time I used Keller Services, I had a great experience. They replaced the pee trap in the attic and all of the components around it. They offered to install an emergency shut off valve to kill the unit in the event the water wasn’t draining properly. I agreed and paid up front for everything. A couple of years later, I received a picture from my landlord with water dripping from the kitchen ceiling, bubbled up, under the unit in the attic. I called Keller Services back out to find out what happened. Apparently the drain was clogged in the bathroom and caused the water to back up and over flow in the 2 bottom air ducts in the attic, filling them with water. Eventually one busted open and soaked a 5x5 section of the insulation and started leaking through the ceiling. They did the necessary repairs to get the AC back on (blew out the clogged line, and replaced the emergency shut off valve again) and I asked the tech if the emergency shut off valve should have prevented this. He said yes, this is exactly what it is meant to stop. I called the receptionist and explained what happened the next day. Long story short, I didn’t hear back from them for 10 days, and in order to prevent mold, I had to remove 9 yard bags of wet insulation to prevent further damage. I still have not talked to any kind of manager, no one has reached out to apologize that the part THEY installed failed, causing my attic to flood. Zero empathy. I have only been able to talk to the young man that installed the part that failed and the receptionist. I begged them to at least replace the air ducts and I will fix everything else. With no communication on what they decided to do another 2 days later, they replaced the air ducts. I have recommended this company to several people but needless to say, I can’t anymore due to the fact the management there is so insulated by the team, if there is a problem, it won’t be addressed properly. Lucky for them, I did the rest of the repairs that were around $1,000 and I’m done waiting for any empathy or help.

Our neighbor across the street told us about Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning and it was a godsend! Brian came out and did a complete diagnosis of our problem. He was very professional, informative, provided great thought out options, and did what he could to make it affordable to us. My wife and I were very impressed with his presentation, the pros and cons of different size air conditioners relative to our house size. and put us to ease providing great peace of mind. In sum. this company is a diamond in the rough! Courteous, prompt, through, informative, and very reasonable.

They were great with my upstairs unit. They gave me multiple options on what would could be done and quotes on what each one would cost. We chose to replace our unit, Brian showed up that morning with the install crew, and came back after they were done and checked everything out, showed me everything, walked me through the new thermostat. I will definitely be using them once I’m ready to replace my downstairs unit.

Wow!! I can’t say enough good things about Keller Services, Brian & Brandy Schimmel and the whole tech crew!!I had dreaded shopping for a new HVAC system to replace our 2005 builder grade Lennox system. I got 2 quotes, but didn’t feel all that good about the systems that were recommended. My daughter recommended that I call Brandy at Keller Services. I’m so glad I did!!Brian came out promptly, looked at my old system and gave me all my options and pricing for several new systems. Absolutely no pressure at all!!Today, I am loving my new 18 SEER American Standard variable speed system. The crew arrived early and worked straight through, despite 95-100 degree temps. All of the 3-man crew were very professional, hauled away my old system and cleaned up so my place is better than before the install.I had them add 3 new return air vents. When they were sawing the ceiling for the return air vent holes, one of the techs held a box under where they were sawing so that no ceiling pieces or sawdust dropped into the room. Great attention to detail!If you are looking for HVAC system repairs or a new system, please save yourself some time and frustration and call Keller Services first.UPDATE 1/16/25:Keller Services and team came thru big time for a friend of mine whose furnace quit working the other day! The system was made in the ‘80’s and parts were hard to come by. In fact Brian Schimmel drove around himself to find the parts and the team completed the fix just before this next arctic cold front moves in. Awesome, team!!!! I feel very good trusting Keller Services with my family’s HVAC needs. Still 5 stars!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Keller Services. Everyone (especially Brian) have been professional, personable, fast, and responsive.Purchasing an HVAC system is almost exactly the opposite of fun, and we found it to be a very stressful experience. Once we talked with Keller Services, it became a much more relaxing endeavor, and we are extremely satisfied with them.We were looking to preemptively replace a small system from 1999 that heats/cools only a single room. We contacted a number of companies to get quotes for replacement systems before choosing Keller Services. We discussed with Brian the needs of the room, different options, and he wrote up a quote with a couple variations. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, which I may appreciate more than anything else I mention in this review -- after talking with 5 other companies (some which didnt even care about seeing the space needing service) for multiple hours, the ease at which Brian/KS was able to just give me a price was refreshing.Speaking of pricing, I found them to be very competitively priced, and I can only assume that not having to pay an army of salesmen helps keep overhead down, since their work speaks for itself.Getting on the calendar was very quick (but it was April...), and a whole crew arrived bright and early on a Monday morning. They worked harder than I ever have, and had everything removed and the new unit installed and blowing arctic winds by early afternoon. When they left, the only sign they were ever here was a new AC/pad outside.While they were here, I asked Brian if they do dryer vent/exhaust cleaning, and lo-and-behold, I got my vent cleaned that afternoon as well.We had a very minor issue post-installation that was NOT Keller Services fault, and they were exceptionally responsive, with Brian coming out immediately after the call he was on. Brian clearly explained to me what the issue was and resolved it within minutes. So know that if there is an issue, KS will come back and make sure everything is perfect.All-in-all, A++.

Have had 2 HVAC systems replaced by Keller Services. High quality work at a reasonable cost. All maintenance work is also very well done. Brian makes sure everything is done right.

We phoned Keller HVAC when our air conditioner started freezing, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Its operating smoothly now.

I got the referral for Keller Services from the American Standard website. Our A/C and heat were not working and our system had several confirmed leaks. We had gotten several bids, and had not been impressed. From the first conversation Brian was straight with me and made me feel comfortable. The bid was a fair price. Better than some of their competitors that were trying to push lower quality systems. They have shown up for all appointments on time, interacted pleasantly and professionally. Most of all they fulfilled the agreement without any fuss. I didn’t even have to remind them to come back out to install a new register I had requested. This is one of the quietest A/C systems I have ever had the chance to use. If you are needing a repair or new system, Make sure you give Keller Services chance. I will recommend them to friends and family with no hesitation.

Im a contractor.Brian and the guys have been servicing my customers needs for years. My own A/C needed to be replaced last year. I got a couple of quotes, Brian was the least expensive, and the unit he recommended wasnt the most expensive, but was the most effective for my house. They did a nice, neat install, and came back the next day to adjust some things.This unit has saved me approximately 40% on my electric bill.Another big plus is that Brian and the guys are honest and straightforward. They wont push to sell stuff you dont need. My customers have all been very impressed with their service.Recommended

Had an well known AC company come out and immediately try to get me to buy a 25k ac unit for our home. Didnt feel good about them so called my warranty company and told them I needed someone close to us in Roanoke, TX. They sent us someone from Keller Services. Right off the bat things were a lot different They took the time to actually figure out what was going on with our unit and why it wasnt cool like it should. They spent a good bit of time doing this. Once they finished, they explained what would need to be done to repair. At this point, I initiated interest in buying a new unit, not them, and our discussions began.We decided to purchase a new unit and did a little bit of shopping around. We then decided on a top of the line AC unit from Keller services and couldnt be happier. Keller Services Prices was very competitive and fair. They redid some duct work to make the unit more efficient and they took the extra time to explain our purchase options and what they suggested to get our house to be the most efficient.The new unit was installed in one day. There were some issues getting some of it to work after the installation but Keller Services was there to be sure everything went smoothly. The service team stuck around and didnt act like they needed to leave even though the final resolution was after 8:00pm during the week.We have not had any issues yet but if we do, I feel competent that this company will be there for us if we need them to be. I highly recommend them if you need AC repair or are looking for a new unit.

I have used this Keller Services for semi-annual maintenance of our HVAC. Their technicians are knowledgeable and responsive. I also had them install the light that helps purify the air. The dust reduction in our house has been amazing.

Our original units were aging after 30 years of dependable service, and it was time to pro-actively replace everything before the old systems failed at an inconvenient time. I received multiple bids from other competitors but selected Keller Services for many reasons, not just price. Brian completed the installations in a timely and professional manner, including all the extra details required in updating ducts, wiring, pads, etc. They were careful to keep things tidy and cleaned up above my expectations at the completion. No problems what so ever! Brandy is very responsive to emails and any questions. I have total confidence in the way they take care of their business and would recommend them for any HVAC need.

I live in a rental house & my leasing property uses Keller Services for AC maintenance. Leonard has been to the house a couple of times now & he’s the best! He’s always so friendly & makes good conversation. We haven’t had any problems with our AC or heating since he has been providing us with seasonal maintenance whereas the unit had issues before.

We used Keller Services to replace two AC units. Brian assessed our situation and educated me about all our options, provided his recommendations and was super responsive in answering all my questions. We received quotes from 3 other companies but I felt most comfortable with Keller. He didn’t try to upsell me on stuff we didn’t need, and when I asked about replacing the older furnace on a third unit in the house he told me he didn’t think it was necessary at this time. Once we decided to go with Keller, we had our new units installed less than a week later. The installers were respectful of our home and very professional. So happy we went with Keller and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive and dependable HVAC company.

Brian is probably the most qualified ac/heating technician that we have ever had. Before him, our ac unit would breakdown at least once a year and sometimes twice. And it always seemed to happen when we had quest over. Now with Brian’s service, issues seemed to have disappeared. We have comfort in knowing it will work properly. Also we purchased the maintenance plan where he stops by twice a year and ensures the unit runs properly. I highly recommend this company.

After seeing the issue, he gave me multiple options at different price points so I can have a fix that meets my needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Ive used Keller Services for the past two years through an annual maintenance contract (very reasonable price) that covers 2 proactive services per year. Once for the furnace in the fall and the other for the AC in the spring. The engineer checks everything and provides a detailed report in addition to recommendations of what may need replacing or what should be replaced. So far with the proactive services Ive not had any issues, but know that if I did they would be at my home very quickly. I like the fact they are a local family owned and run business that cares about customer service.

We have been using Keller services from the very beginning of our home ownership. They inspected the HVAC units in our house before we purchased the home and were extremely thorough. Brian was able to explain his finding in a way that made clear which items needed to be addressed prior to purchasing the home and which items could be something that just needed to be monitored. After purchasing the home, we signed up for the bi-annual service plan. We were a little hesitant at first because their plan is on the higher cost range when compared to other companies, but with Keller Services, the extra cost is for a reason; thoroughness takes time. Not once have we felt that the recommended services were not warranted or that we are being upsold extras to pad the invoice. A trust worthy contractor is worth their weight in gold and Keller Services definitely fits that bill. We cannot recommend them enough and will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I called them (not an existing customer) when my heat stopped working and fully expected to be sold a new system. They found the problem quickly, fixed it and only charged for the service call. In addition they took the time to explain some things they saw that may be an issue in the future. A/C went out on Friday, I called Brian at Keller Services. He came out later that day and said one of my units needed replaced. He recharged unit to get me by unit Tuesday. They followed up with a call on Monday to be sure we were still cooling in our home. They came out Tuesday and installed unit. Brian came by in the evening and said he thought that the fan was making too much noise, so he had a tech come out the next and replace the fan with out me asking. The filters are in a different area and i ask about how to change them and he said dont worry we will come out and check them twice a year. Brian and his wife Brandy were very professional and on point. i could not be more pleased and i would highly recommend them to anyone.

Keller Services provides top notch support. Called early in the morning as my AC system was blowing hot and they were onsite in a few hours getting me back up and cooling again. This has been my experience not just once, but several times with this company. Brian and Nils really know there stuff and how to provide great customer service!

Unfortnately, my two AC units broke down within one week that I had to call Landmark home warranty to get fixed. Fortunate, they assigned my request to Keller services (I specifically asked for them the 2nd time). Brian was knowledgeable and very professional, showed up on time, explained the details, not just fixed the issue in question, but also checked both inside and outside units to make sure the entire system works as designed. Id not hesitate to use them in the future, even outside home warranty. Great job!

I would highly recommend Keller Services to all my friends. We found them on Christmas Eve when we had a heating problem with our unit and they were right out to fix it, on Christmas Eve! I have had the pleasure of meeting both Nils and Brian and they both were so wonderful! If you are looking for a great heating and air conditioning company, look no more, you have found them!

Do not use this company. We called them to do an estimate on a new AC unit. The tech came out and asked if we were just wanting a new unit or if we wanted to just fix it. We told him that it was 19 years old and we did not want to start replacing parts so we just wanted a bid. He asked if he could just try to fix it and we said ok ...go ahead and look at it. He came back and said the capacitor was bad and we already knew that. He asked if he could put a new one on and see if that fixed it. we said NO. We dont want to buy parts and temporarily fix it. He said he would take it right back off if it didnt fix it. We said fine but we have already done this. He came back and said the compresseo was also bad so we told him just to take the capacitor off and get us an estimate to replace the system. He said to hold on a minute and stepped in to the other room. He came back and said his boss said that he could leave the capacitor on for a week for $50 so that we would not be without air. (He charged us full price for it plus a service call.) If we didnt but our AC unit with them he would come take it off and put the old one back on. We never received an estimate by email like we requested. We had to call them to get a verbal estimate.

Keller-Services was recommended by a competitor; I had a 60 ton Commercial unit with failure codes; Brian came out the next day and assessed the unit and made repairs same day. Customer service was top notch from the first call to the completion of the repairs. Just referred them to my brother for his residence; anxious to hear more good comments. Thank you Keller-Services - a true asset in the HVAC world. I feel like Ive known this group for a long time already.

We lost our a/c this past Sunday due to a power surge. As a retiredmilitary and being senior citizens, my wife and I were concerned about not having any air conditioning this week.Brian the Owner, came to the rescue. He methodically ran somediagnostic tests and determined the biggest culprit was a blown fuseon the main circuit board.In addition, Brian discovered we had a defective Blower capacitor anda Contact Relay. Both of these items were replaced and tested.Above and beyond, Brian courteously installed 20x25x4 Air Filter that I just bought and a new Honeywell Thermostat. I was not charged for these extra services by Brian.Also I took advantage of their Maintenance Program which Brianused for my repairs. Maintenance program saved me 15 percent on each of the defective parts.Finally, I like to let everyone know that Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning does not upsell any products. Instead, Brian will check outyour system and tell you exactly what is needed to be fixed, nothing more and nothing less.Thought I had to get a new A/C system and Brian said no, mine was stillgood.Million thanks to Brian in getting our much needed a/c back up and inoperation right now.Thanks,Dale C.

Keller HVAC is great. I use them for my rental properties and even in these hard Texas summers, when a tenants system goes down, they get out there and get us back up and running, often same day. Very professional and communicative!! They are my go-to guys and I highly recommend them.

Nils is always amazing when he comes to my appointments! Hes professional, covid aware and tells you how it is. Im glad hes always my technician. Says a lot about a company when theyve had the same employees every visit. He keeps my unit in tip top shape! Never need repairs and have yet to pay an arm n leg because of the quality of maintenance he does.

Amazing company! Ive been using them for a few years now and every time I am happy and so is my wallet! They are quick, efficient and dont try to up sale unnecessary items or services.

We are senior citizens living on a fixed income. We will only trust KELLER SERVICES for our heating/AC from now on. We had been using another (large) company that our builder used for many years, but they suddenly shut down and subsequently reopened - apparently under new ownership but with the same name. The last time they came to do maintenance, not only did they do a poor job but ominously noted that various components were worn and wrote Breakdown and/or failure is expected in near future along with a recommendation that we replace all three of our systems at a discounted price of over $37,000 (price valid only for one week, by the way).We called KELLER SERVICES and Brian came out to inspect our systems. He also completed work that the other company failed to do: (1) cleared a blocked drain (which the other company failed to notice, (2) closed a filter door on a unit (that the other company left standing wide open), (3) secured the filter doors on all three units (the other company left the screws on the floor), and (4) washed all three systems (apparently thats not part of what the other company considers necessary for maintenance).In addition, he replaced only ONE part rather than arm-twisting us into spending $37,000.It appears that other company has no qualms about trying to take advantage of seniors using scare tactics. KELLER SERVICES has integrity and doesnt operate dishonestly. Brian gave us the facts about our systems straightforwardly so that we could understand and decide what we wanted done. We appreciate his honesty and obvious pride in his work. Well only use KELLER SERVICES from now on!

Excellent job! we are very pleased with the job the Keller Services team did today in our home today. Timely, professional, competent and very courteous. After our sweet chocolate lab decided to chew the wires to our A/C unit located outside, we were without air. Our friends, Amber and Kirk recommended them, and we are so glad they did! Nils was VERY helpful, and is also an ex Humane Society employee who had some great pointers on how to handle this crazy (but sweet) puppy stage. All around, great, friendly, affordable service.

We paid $2,990 to have our ac coil replaced last August. I went into the attic today to replace my 6 month filter and noticed rust all over my drip pan. I called them and asked why it wasn’t replaced in August? They said it only gets replaced when the whole ac unit get replaced. I said ok, but why didn’t somebody tell me about it when they came out here? They are not sure. I asked how much would it cost to replace it? She said $250 to replace the pan. I said ridiculous. I spent close to $3,000 and you can’t replace a $30 pan? I will not be using there services anymore.

I had been using Keller services to maintain my HVAC and provide my seasonal check ups. This spring the unit was very low on coolant.After some investigation the coil in the attic was shot and leaking. Being 22 years old a decision had to be made. I could either replace the coil, replace the coil and the outside unit or replace the whole system. I was given an estimate to do all three and as far as the whole unit being replaced, I had several options to choose from.I chose to replace the whole thing being it was so old and I was actually in the middle of remodeling my home so I figured why not. Brian discussed all the options and I went with the 18 seer variable speed unit. Brian also asked me how my old unit cooled each room. I had noticed there was a couple rooms that never seemed to be the same temperature as the rest of the house so they suggested and installed three more returns to remedy that. I also had them clean all my ducts while they were there.I was eligible for a $1,200 rebate from Oncor and I got a nice thermostat which is like a tablet on the wall. I can monitor and change settings from my smart phone no matter where I am.I am very pleased with the service I received and they made sure I understood my unit, how to operate it and my warranties. Had these guys come out and look at my system yesterday. I have to say it was one of the most pleasurable service calls Ive experienced in a goo d while. We first used them back in 2016. Brian came out the day that I called, and thank goodness as it was cold! My husband thought so much of him and his honesty that he gave him an extra 25 dollars. I dont want to be upsold and some of those companies technicians are paid a commission and do just that! Brian was not like that. Very knowledgeable!! Well we have continued to use them, in fact here recently when my AC wasnt cooling, he offered to come on Sunday, and I just had them wait until Monday. Once again, he was fair, and in and out in no time. Happy we found a company we can trust.

Had them out to repair a furnace that wasnt working. They fixed the issue quickly. During the repair they noticed an unrelated component that wasnt functioning at 100% but also wasnt broken. They didnt try to force me into making additional repairs that werent needed at this point. Ill definitely use them again!

Last week I called Keller Services about a problem I was having with cooling my master bedroom. The room was always 2-3 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and with a pregnant wife that was a problem. Brian Schimmel came to my house the day after I called I described to him what was going on and he adjusted a few things. His adjustments fixed our problem and now our bedroom is the coldest room in the house which is important because its hard to sleep when its hot. I would recommend Keller Services to anyone.
