Servpro was wonderful to work with after we had our home flooded. Sean K. and his Crew came in and removed all the damaged items and placed fans etc. to dry everything out.The entire crew was so helpful, professional, always on time , friendly and went out of their way to make the situation better.When they first came the entire crew introduced themselves, friendly, courteously , knowledgeable and not to mention follow up calls/texts from Sean.I highly recommend Sean with Servpro and his crew .They all were great.

Our furniture was ruined by the team who picked up and stored the furniture. The furniture was not packed and stored professionally as we were told. The person by the name of Eli doesn’t respond nor does he follow up. Very poor customer service and lack proper communication and avoid responsibility. Stay away from this company.Servpro, In response to your reply,1) The deep cleaning you referenced was on done to the chairs not the couch, which we have asked to be done but the person you sent didn’t.2) The 3rd part you have sent to touch up furniture has indicated they only do scratch, touch-up type of repairs. They don’t do cushions nor they have the experience3) I have requested the matter to be escalated again with Eli as recent as this past Tuesday 2/11 which he said a manager will be calling me on Wednesday. It is Friday 2/14 and I have yet to receive a call back.This matter will be reported and escalated via other methods.

Kyle and his ServePro team were exceptional. As soon as I found the small lake in our Main bedroom on a Saturday I contacted ServePro. Kyle was here within a couple of hours removing water and setting up blowers to mitigate the damage. He checked back on progress on Sunday and had a crew here on Monday to start the process to prepare for floor removal.The crew did a fantastic job in protecting our property from dust and damage while they worked to remove the glued down engineered hardwood. No easy task.Kyle and his team were on site everyday until the floors were dried and they removed the plastic sheeting protecting the test of our home.Kyle and the ServePro team were professional and were great at communicating with us and our insurance. God forbid we have another water emergency but if we do ServePro will be the first call.

Our upstairs toilet overflowed and flooded into the hallway and bedroom next door, and then flooded our kitchen on the first floor, pouring through the vent, ceiling, and the light above the kitchen sink, into my office, and our living room. It was catastrophic, and incredibly stressful. Zach with SERVEPRO managed our remediation, and did an excellent job making us feel at ease and reassuring me that this was not the end of the world.Huge thank yous to Zach, Andrew, Kole, Dominic, Kyle, Dave, and Noah. Every member of the team really impressed me with their professional behavior and attitudes. Just a great group of young guys who showed maturity, skill, and empathy well beyond their years. Could not recommend this team more.Andrew was really conscientious and made sure that the sharp tack strips were removed, sharp edges were covered, and made my son feel like a part of the team - he got to be the boss. Dominic carefully emptied all my damaged kitchen cabinets and drawers, so I had less time away from work. Kole figured out how to remove the tile in a way we could keep the old toilet installed until everything gets restored - that was essential to making our house liveable with 5 people!

I highly recommend Servpro for water remediation, demo, and pack out/storage. The crews led by Anthony did a truly outstanding job. Anthony was dispatched to the Houston area to support the local teams immediately following the recent historical storm. We had a tree land on our house and dump water inside. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and treatment of our home. He worked seamlessly with insurance. He was upbeat, professional, efficient, caring and courteous, explaining every step and keeping me at ease. The crews he led responded well and were professional and courteous. It is without hesitation I recommend Servpro, especially if you get Anthony as your project leader. I am forever grateful to him for walking me through an extremely stressful situation!

Orlando was dispatched to Houston to help deal with the sorm which came through May 16th. He finished the job at our house that Anthony ran until demo was complete. Orlando continued the great service while our house was going through the drying process. He was professional, prompt, and took good care of us. He was in constant communication and did a fantastic job. I appreciate the Grapevine staff for putting life on hold while they assisted in the Houston area. I would certainly recommend Servpro for storm damage demo, drying, and packout.

Servpro’s wonderful to work with after our recent water emergency. Chris and Gavin are personable and professional. The fans and instruments were new equipment and I’m sure that it definitely mitigated the damage from the water. I highly recommend them.

This review is to WARN all future customers of the lack of job quality and professionalism that Servpro Grapevine gives its customers. These facts are all based on our recent experiences. There were many things I could have listed but I will only focus on the flooring project. We met with our Servpro contractors to discuss the projected plan for putting our home back together after a flood.  One of the things we discussed were the type of floors we wished to go with for this project. We expressed we wanted something more animal friendly as we have 2 older dogs who tend to slide on our current flooring. I did express to Leland and Miguel that we were thinking of going with the textured Luxury Vinyl Planking. Leland told us those floors would cost more than what insurance was allowing us for flooring. I expressed to him we would just pay the difference as most of the flooring choices were going to go over the insurance allowance.  It was not disclosed to us at the time of picking this type of flooring that there may need to be sub-floor prep, or this type of flooring would not be suitable for animals. We were given a floor budget and were told to use Floors and Decors; we chose flooring from under the pet friendly flooring section. Repairs begin. We made nightly checks to our home. With each visit we would do a walk thru which we noticed popping, cracking, and buckling of the floors that had been installed. We began marking the floors with blue painters’ tape with notes on them for the project manager and the flooring contractors.  Our first response was they might have gotten the flooring a little too tight not allowing for them to expand, this would be taken care of. We continued to mark spots throughout the whole repair process. Again, asking about all the buckling, popping, and cracking sounds. We were told our floor installer was a 20+ year professional floor installer to not worry the floor was a floating floor so we would hear pops and cracks as the floor settled. We asked Leland again if the floors should have been leveled prior to installation he stated no that they would put a foam sheet under the floor to absorb the differences in the sub-floor. We were told again these are “floating floors” so they will adjust when walked on. Final days before move-in. Floors are starting to chip, break and crack I reached out to Leland and stated we were very displeased with the floors as there are broken, cracked obvious pieced now and this is not acceptable. He comes out and inspects and stated the contractor does not want to take any mores losses with this flooring. Finally, they realize that we were very unhappy and decide to replace the whole floor with a different type flooring. We ask for suggestions with no help offered. New floors were selected but we can’t change the flooring as the floors were installed under the cabinets which would have to be pulled back out to install the new floors. Now the contractor is just going to fix the problem areas so we wouldn’t be delayed in getting back into our home. These floors from Floors & Décor are DuraLax Luxury Vinyl Planks with a 30yr warranty proper installation.  We are now dealing with Servpro Grapevine Warranty (Heath) who is inspecting our floors with Leland and then calls in a 3rd party flooring company, S&H Flooring (Henry) to inspect and report his findings.  Per Henry’s statement, “Over all I think the main reason is that it was the slab wasn’t level at install and funds were not allowed for that.” Your 3rd party contractor sums it up best the floors were not leveled and again this was NEVER disclosed to us that this would need to be done prior to install.  Heath’s final email sorry we can’t assist you this is a flooring issue. I will keep my promise of warning others of your poor workmanship and lack of customer service.

We recently had Servpro Shaw Team working at our office property to mitigate a flood from a neighboring office--the experience was fantastic, and the entire team made the water mitigation process very simple and less stressful than it easily could have been.Specifically, Zach, Kole, and Krista S. were great to work with--they kept us up to date through the entire process with excellent communication regarding scheduling and detailed summary reports after each visit. Additionally, they were very friendly, easy to chat with, and overall, very professional. We hope to not have to contact them again, but if the need arises, we will definitely call Servpro Shaw Team!

When water caused problems in my home, the Servpro team, led by Andrew, really helped me out. We met with several water restoration companies, but it was Andrew that made us choose Servpro.During the restoration, Andrew was really skilled and dedicated, turning a difficult situation into an easy fix. He led the team well, making sure they took care of every part of my home affected by water damage. Make sure to ask for Andrew!

Our new house flood in less than 24 hours of us moving in. ServPro sent Aaron out right away on a Sunday afternoon and he was amazing! He was so polite and professional. He seemed genuinely concerned for us and our situation and offered to help with anything we needed. He got the water out quickly and set up the drying equipment. He kept us informed constantly of what was going on everyday for the 4 days he was there. Although I hope we never need their services again they will be the first call I make if we do.

We had water damage from a broken pipe. The ServPro responded rapidly. Chris and Kole came to the house did a thorough evaluation. Fortunately for me, their services were not needed. They hauled away some damaged carpet and padding and did not charge me. Professionalism at its finest!

I called Briana at 4pm and asked her if there was any way they could send someone as soon as possible as my water heater had leaked into my sons room. A hour later I had two lovely gentlemen at my door named Chris and Kole. They both looked at the damage, gave me an estimate and then proceeded to place their fans into my attic and my sons room. We had major flooding throughout the house during the bizarre Texas winter weather in February 2021. Due to the volume of calls received, it took about a month before ServPro could make it out to us, but once they did, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. Henry visited the house first to assess the damage so he could come up with a plan. He was very efficient and took time to answer all of our questions.ServPro then sent out people to pack our belongings - these women were amazing! They were so thorough and careful with our everything! The next day, someone loaded our things into a truck and took it all to storage.The following day, Aaron and Mike came to begin demoing what needed to come out - they removed about 60% of our floors and cut the sheetrock where needed to ensure they caught anything that might have presented a problem down the road. They removed all bathroom cabinets the next day, then set up blowers and a humidifier to dry things out. They came out each day to ensure things were progressing as expected. Every time they were here they checked multiple times to see if we had any questions.I am completely thrilled and fully satisfied with the service provided by ServPro!

After a bathroom flood we called Servpro of G.V. They came out within a few hours and took care of absolutely everything all the while being very professional. Each and every representative answered any questions we had. All very respectful and we felt comfortable having each one in our home. They did a great job with the drying procedures. We won’t hesitate to call them out if ever needed again.

They did great on the mitigation side. They were able to dry everything out but were not knowledgeable on the insurance side of things so there were communication issues that were very frustrating. I spoke to a supervisor and he cleared things up after I almost had them clear everything from my home. Do NOT have them do reconstruction. Again, SO many miscommunication issues. I waited weeks for answers to questions only to be told that it would be two months before I could even be put on their schedule. They sent me contracts to sign without telling me this. Good thing I didnt sign before my questions were answered or I would be stuck!!!Their response says we were interested in revising the scope of work which would push us out on the schedule. We didnt want to paint a room that was undamaged. How would that change the schedule?!

We used Servpro for drying out and cleaning up some water damage in our home. Aaron and Chris were amazing, both were so professional, knowledgeable, kind and able to explain exactly what was going on and what they were doing. They were always on time and the communication was great. Hopefully I never have to use Servpro again but would definitely recommend to family and friends with flooding issues.

SERVPRO was an absolute blessing to us. I called and left a message because it was late Sunday night when we arrived back home from a 2 week vacation, to find an active water leak complete with mildew growing, in my daughter’s closet. Within 10 minutes, Shane, the owner, called me back and within 30 minutes, Dakota was there doing the initial assessment. Dakota found where the leak was coming from and explained everything in complete detail as to how to help stop the leak. He called another worker, who was ready and waiting, told him what machines, equipment, etc. to bring out. Very shortly after that, Dakota and Rob set up all the machines, including air scrubbers. Dakota reassured me it was okay to stay in our house that night and after all my questions were answered & my concerns relieved, my family and I were actually able to get some rest. Shane called the next morning to check on us and was very sincere and comforting as well. After that, every time they needed to come and work or check on equipment, they always called to let us know when they would be there and when they were on their way. Everyone that I spoke with or that came to our home was very professional, kind, truly caring and knowledgeable. I especially want to give a sincere thank you to Dakota. He even came and helped explain things when the insurance adjuster was there. The adjuster was asking me questions, I couldn’t fully explain, but Dakota was there and stepped up to help because he had documented everything, not only on paper but with photos as well, throughout the entire process. I cannot express fully how thankful I am to SERVPRO, Shane & Dakota. I wholeheartedly recommend them 100%.

Jose and Claudio were wonderful when helping us during this stressful situation. They were polite, attentive, took extra care and caution with our belongings and most importantly made things easy for my elderly father who was living amongst the flood damage. We so appreciate their expertise, hard work and attention to how making things livable as quickly as possible. Great work, would use again in a heartbeat!

Shaun specifically was a huge help.I work with a commercial company that had a water leak in a high rise building affecting multiple units on multiple floors.They came in and took care of moisture readings as well as some demo work to expedite the whole rebuild process.Highly recommend

SERVPRO is amazing. I called in a panic and they were here within 45 mins of the time I discovered the leak. They had the water out and the damaged things removed ASAP. Jose was very professional and such a nice young man. He let me know everything that was happening and came by every day to check on things until the fans were removed. It made me feel so much better and my insurance company was very happy I called SERVPRO. I highly recommend them in the unfortunate event you have water damage.

We were unfortunate in finding our washer had flooded the kitchen and a couple of the rooms in the house late one night. In short order our insurance sent Servpro to our house the next day to mitigate the damage. They performed their duties in no less than stellar fashion. All the employees that came through the house were very personable. It was easy to understand what they were doing and they were very prompt in keeping up with the progress and removal of equipment once the job was done. We will definitely be recommending Servpro to anybody that we come in contact with that needs this sort of service in the future.

Servpro was very responsive to our water emergency. Dakota responded on site within the hour - as the operations manager, he was very knowledgeable and conscientious about priority remediation and working with us to minimize the damages.The servpro team that came out was careful, thorough and fast. It helped to have Dakota supervising a couple of the less experienced team members, so that they were more thoughtful about the holes drilled, and work - so that it minimized the amount of tear down of cabinets, etc.I found the team and the office staff to be very responsive and accommodating.They provided a high level estimate of cost - which ended up being about the final cost, but it would have been nice to see a breakdown of the cost elements with the quote - even when one is in quick recovery mode.But the group was fair and very communicative about what needed to be doneI recommend them highly and give them kudos for the team that worked our home

We were thrilled with our SERVPRO experience. I called at 7:00 am on Labor Day with water damage, and Shane was at our house to begin drying our house the process within an hour. The process took 3 days and technician checked the status every day. Our questions were answered on site, and when we had follow up questions we always received quick phone calls back. We had water damage in 5 rooms impacting, tile, carpet, hardwood, concrete and drywall. and SERVPRO was able to dry out everything including the thoroughly soaked carpet pad.

I called Servpro and they fit me in the same day. I just bought my house and was a bit worried that we may have a big issue on our hands. Brandon came out and did a thorough inspection for me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have any issues in the future they will be the first place I call!

If I could select 10 stars for this team, Id pick it! Dakota, Jeremy and Ryan took care of our first floor flooding and they made this terrible situation more than bearable. Servepro did a great job with our kitchen leak/ mold issue. We had been smelling something musty in the kitchen for months so you can imagine the water damage and mold when the guys started removing counters and backsplash. When they were all done everything was clean and mold free and smelt much better. Not a speck of dust or debris from the demo. The walls were clean and the site is ready for new stuff coming in. They saved our disposal too which my husband was so thankful for. Thanks for doing a great job guys!

No one wants to have a plumbing failure in their house but this is DEFINITELY the company to call if you do. My water leaks source was a bit of a mystery so I called Servepro and asked for an experienced technician to come out and do an evaluation. Dakota arrived on time, with an abundance of experience, and had a smile on his face. Wow, it seems like that never happens anymore in the service industry.After a brief summary of the problem, he got right to work! He was almost like a forensic plumber as he tried to not only identify the root cause of my leak, but also determine the best course for water and mold remediation and restoration. He recommended a few options for treatment, clearly informed me of the extent of damage, and explained the process his company would use. It was easy to trust him because he was so thorough.I highly recommend him as part of your Servpro team! Even though its extremely unpleasant to have a water leak and deal with the aftermath, I encourage you to reach out to Dakota and his team. You wont be disappointed!

Shane and his crew came out late Friday night to address damage caused by a water leak. They got to work right away. Shane (the franchise owner) explained the process and is dealing directly with my insurance company regarding payment. His crew Joe and Willie were soft-spoken, friendly, well-mannered, responsive to my requests/questions, and gentle with my belongings. One of the crew came by every day to check on the progress, including Saturday and Sunday. I am very pleased with the work and recommend using this company for remediation services.

Dakota and Mike came out at our request to give us a second opinion about some water damage remediation work we had done. They were extremely thorough, very communicative, and helped walk us through what they noticed, recommended, and what options and steps can be taken after that. Hopefully this never happens again, but theyll be my first call if it does.

We had a pipe begin leaking, and as soon as we called our plumber to fix the issue we also put out a request for some people to do water damage mitigation. The staff at servpro responding quickly and had someone onsite within hours to begin the work, they helped us with questions about the process and were always courteous and on time! If you need help with water damage this is the business to call hands down!

Amazing people. My house was in a disastrous state that would have taken me months to fix had I done it myself, and not done half as well. They were courteous, diligent and repaired everything to its previous condition, minus the floor, which could not be salvaged. The work they did was nothing short of remarkable.They worked with me in saving what could be saved and were careful with personal effects.15/10 would recommend. My highest praise

Oh my! The big rain flooded my bedroom last week and I called SERVPRO of Grapevine to help. And that was the best call because Dakota came right out and got everything dried out so fast! They have many more reviews than other companies and they are the only 5 star rated company. When you do business with SERVPRO, you understand why they have a consistent 5 star rating! Reasonable prices and excellent service!

I am in a situation where I have water damage and trying to resolve as fast as possible. I scheduled an appt. LAST WEEK and the earliest they could do was 5 days later, today. Appt. was scheduled for 10am today and its now 10:20am so I called and they said they accidentally double booked and cannot get to me for another week. What kind of service is this? They should be making it to squeeze me in and instead they just say sorry and sit there. Moving on to PuroClean!

We had water damage to our hall and middle bedroom because of an air conditioner issue. SERVPro was right here the same day with fans and other equipment. They were wonderful. Brett from SERVPro kept a watch eye on us with daily visits until all of the water was dried up. They did an excellent job.

We woke up Sunday morning with water all over the place. I thought, Oh no, good luck getting someone on Sunday. I called ServPro as they were the first company that popped into my head (advertising works!). Shane Parish showed up within an hour or two, immediately identified the problem (slab leak), further identified it as a hot water pipe (allowing me to turn the cold water back on), and had a crew out very quickly to start the clean up. My experience with Shane and ServPro was top notch from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. It is now Wednesday, the house is dried out, and I have contractors on site making necessary repairs. Finally, ServPro worked directly with my insurance company so there were no billing hassles to deal with.If you end up in similar circumstances, you wont do better than calling ServPro,

This company is amazing! We had a major leak and called them. They showed up within 10 minutes and were on site everyday. They were very friendly, courteous, and kind. They communicated with me everyday to let me know the progress!

Heres the deal. When it comes down to it, its the service you never want to use. Kinda like insurance. But, I am soooo glad that I did. They were courteous, prompt, professional (and they were training a new employee at the same time!), and they did what they said they were going to do!The other thing is, they were honest and upfront about options. We had just moved into our new-to-us home and had all new carpets. The movers inadvertently forgot to put the drain hose from the washing machine into the hole in the wall. Consequently, the first time I did laundry..... Servpro came out that day and assessed the damage, set up a dehumidifier and fans. Of course, the new carpet had to be pulled up. They came out the next day to check on the progress. It took 5 days to dry the carpet and then there was a stain due to the blue color of the pad that had absorbed into the carpet. Servpro came out again and cleaned it - now we are back to looks like new carpet. Very successful service - professional and courteous. Also, showed up on time or called to say they would be late - due to another emergency. Would highly recommend.

Do not use ServPro of Grapevine for mold remediation. This franchise is not licensed by the state of Texas and none of their mold technicians are licensed by the state of Texas. I was lied to and told that a licensed mold remediator was performing the work as required in my mold protocol. I found out when I received a certificate of mold damage remediation that was forged by the tech that completed my job utilizing someone else’s state license number. The office staff has been rude and ServPro has been unwilling to accept any fault in this. I now have no proof of successful mold remediation that I can use to provide to a potential buyer of my home.

Shane at ServPro stopped by 9/26/17 to look at what I thought was a problem. After a thorough inspection, he gave me his assessment and ultimately the name of a HVAC company who handles what needs to be done. HVAC company confirmed his assessment and will make non-urgent repairs in two weeks! Too warm and humid in TX to not have proper air flow inside of home and HVAC system to handle.Highly recommend Shane and his ServPro team!
