We are very happy with the work completed by North Tarrant Heating and Air Conditioning. Brett did a great job of working with us to choose the best system for our house; and Omar and their crew did a great job installing it.Highly recommended if you need a new air conditioning system or are just needing repair on an existing system.

Very responsive, appointment available quickly, very knowledgeable, inspected our system and determined we didnt have as bad a problem as we thought. I very much appreciate the honesty, as another service company had wanted to charge us over $1200 for the repair that wasnt necessary. Very reasonable rate. Benjamin was courteous and professional. Definitely will call North Tarrant Heating and Air in the future.

Our service from North Tarrant Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. It was easy to reach someone, they were honest about the fact that they dont work on a lot of commercial units. Fit us in same day, and the technician was very knowledgeable and got our unit working! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Our AC and Heat stopped working the other day after another company came out to check on it a few weeks ago. We decided we wanted another company to inspect it again when it started acting up. We chose North Tarrant Heating and Air. Every aspect of the visit and service was exceptional. The service technician Justyn was thorough and knowledgeable. When it was determined that we needed a new system that would be more efficient for our home, the designer Brett came over same day and was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable as well. He answered all questions and explained every step of the design and installation process. Within two days they were back at the house with the installation team lead by Omar. Omar and his team were able to remove the entire rusting system we had in the attic as well as the broken heat pump outside. Everything was installed professionally with new duct work, air return, etc etc. It was clearly evident that they took pride in their work. We now have a new system that is fully functional and more energy efficient and it’s all thanks to North Tarrant Heat and Air.

Wonderful experience. Easy to make an appointment quickly. Avery came out to do a heater inspection for us. He was professional and friendly. His explanations of our system were easy to understand and informative. He recommended some things but no hard selling job which I appreciated! Definitely going to use this local company again.

Bryan was very informative and had a great attitude making it very easy to deal with. Prices of parts were a bit high so I supplied some by my own and they were able to help me get them installed.

Ben did a great job he came in diagnosed the problem pretty fast repaired a plugged line got me back up and running no time flat. We now have heat again for those cold days in Northern Texas. Couldn’t ask for anything more if you need any work done ask for Ben.

Wow, very pleasant experience with North Tarrant Heat & Air. I wasn’t sure what to expect but their $99 service call fee was reasonable and their customer service was great. From easy next day booking, text appointment confirmations, updates on tech’s ETA, and the tech Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.We decided to repair his diagnosis ourselves this time since we’re comfortable with this particular repair and the parts/labor price was 3-4x the part price. Which is a bit pricey, but if anything else comes up I think they’d be worth the $$. I’d definitely call them again & ask for the same tech.

Brett, was very detailed about what our house needs and helped me determine the best unit to cool down my house. Omar and crew did a great job installing and cleaning up where they worked on the AC unit. My father’s caretaker even mentioned how professional this crew looked and how they worked. From start to finish they were great! Avery came out first and did a great job isolation the issues and fixing the parts on the ac while he was there. He then recommended some other things. We considered the recommendations and then asked for his company to do them. A four man crew came, led by Omar, and they did a wonderful job fixing our complicated attic duct work. It’s only been a day and we feel a huge difference!! Highly recommend and will be using this company again for future issues! The are prompt, professional and have excellent communication.

We had an issue with water leaking out of the overflow on our AC unit. North Tarrant Heat & Air came out and cleared the line by blowing air back through the system. They covered up the drain in one of our sinks inside the house prior to blowing air. I asked the tech what could we do to prevent this from happening? He recommended pouring 1/2 cup of either vinegar or bleach into the overflow line every 2 months. They also did the fall system maintenance while they were here. We have used North Tarrant Heat & Air for 3 years now and they are always professional and have some very nice and polite techs.4/2024We keep using North Tarrant Heat & Air to check out our Heat Pump in the spring and fall, and they keep sending the most qualified and polite techs. It is very refreshing to interact with them and to hear that our system is running well. I highly recommend North Tarrant Heat & Air if you are looking for an AC / Heating company to check/repair your unit.9/2/2024Our AC went out last night. We called North Tarrant Heat & Air and told them we have no AC. They sent out a Tech in less than an hour on Labor Day. They will have to order a blower motor for the attic unit and will install tomorrow. Our heat pump unfortunately failed in the middle of winter. We had a few estimates from other heating and Air companies but we felt we werent getting an honest deal. Avery was the technician for our visit today. He showed up right in time and was great. He diagnosed the problem, knew the solution, and took care of the repair. He also conducted a system review of the whole system to ensure everything was working properly. He advised me of all of his actions and kept me up to date as he was conducting his work. The price was fair. We have used this company for the initial install of the system years ago and have been pleased with the service ever since.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from first phone call to final install! Highly recommended! Chris and everyone on his crew is first rate. I called last fall for an estimate to replace 3 a/c and heat systems with higher efficiency 2-stage systems. Their price was the middle of the three companies I called. But no hard sell or up-sell. I chose not to replace them at the time since all 3 systems were still working, however I decided to use Chris when the time came based on meeting him, their customer reviews, and a recommendation from Nick of Platinum Plumbing (who is also great!). Three weeks ago one my systems came apart. I called on Sunday morning just to get on the call-back list. Surprisingly Chris called back a couple hours later. Ben arrived about 8:00 on Monday morning. On Friday the same week they replaced the one system. They did such outstanding work I decided to replace the other two now. Despite that this is the busiest time of year they accommodated my schedule both times and came exactly the days I wanted. Everyone on the install crew was incredibly nice and respectful, and they did a superior job with installation. It is obvious each person takes pride in their work. They listened to my concerns and questions and accommodated my every request including a last minute request to replace some ducts. Overall I could not be happier. Replacing heat and a/c systems is not cheap, and you can buy them from a lot of companies. I am willing to pay for quality and good customer service. They went over an above my expectations. Choose North Tarrant Heat and A/C and you will not go wrong!

Although they ended up not being able to fix our unit they were still amazing!Our unit is very very old! It needs to be replaced but we can’t afford that so we have to keep getting it fixed. They did everything they could to fix it. They came out several times. They treated us right !

I just bought this house as a rental property. Ive used N. Tarrant Heat & Air many times at my permanent home. They are the best, and Ive used several other services in the past 30 years. I was having the heating system serviced as well as having the overall system checked. I was told I desperately needed a new filter, but I was out of town. David was the person servicing my unit, and he went back to his shop, picked up a new filter, and on his way home, stopped back by my rental house, and changed out the dirty filter. Called North Tarrant AC after a couple other companies were too busy to come out. Thankfully the third time’s the charm. Chris was very helpful on the phone. We agreed for them to come out the following day since we still had one working AC unit. Ben & Miguel called us on their way over within the 2 hour window we originally scheduled, which seems rare anymore. Our unit was diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner for a very fair price. They also performed yearly maintenance on both AC units. They have to be busy at this time of year, yet were courteous and personable-unlike the other companies we’d called. Highly recommend!

I had used a different company to look at my clogged drain line and they recommended substantial repairs to my system at potentially thousands of dollars. These guys were honest and completed my repairs in about 45 minutes at a very reasonable charge. In this day and age it is hard to find people that are trust worthy. I highly recommend this company.

After weeks of no remedy we found North Tarrant and they miraculously were able to fix the issue within minutes. Chris and his team are absolutely amazing ! We were having issues with our AC unit since moving into our home, and we had come to the realization that we needed to replace the system. After getting numerous quotes, Chris was not only reasonable, but we used some of what we saved over competitors quotes to upgrade the units to higher quality models. They showed up, as promised, at 8am with a huge crew of guys, and by lunchtime both outdoor units and both attic air handlers and furnaces were replaced and running. We ordered the guys pizza for lunch, and they were all super respectful and thankful for the food. they even went so far as to move around some landscape rocks and add some mulch to the beds where the outdoor units went because they were bigger than what they replaced. These guys are absolutely outstanding - reasonably priced, and do great work !

Chris, the owner is every polite and helpful and his crew was very professional. This is my second year to use their services for spring check up and service on my AC units. They were very careful with our home. I was pleased during this terrible CV-19 situation they wore gloves and respirators while in the home. They stood 6 ft back after ringing the door bell and asked questions regarding my heath and situation before they enter the house. They cleaned out condensation drain line, checked compressors and cooling coils and blower in attic. Service was quick and they finished in a couple hours. Pricing for service plus 2lbs of coolant was much less than anticipated. I highly recommend North Tarrant AC !!

I cannot say enough about this company and the team. They replaced our AC a few years ago and did a phenomenal job. Since then, every time we have had them out, they have been prompt, professional, and their prices have been honest and fair. Most recently, our AC went out on a Saturday night. I called Sunday morning and fortunately caught them at the end of a job in our area. They easily could have gone home for the day but instead, Ben arrived at our house within 10 minutes. We were prepared to sweat it out for who knows how long, but instead, our AC is up and running again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have used North Tarrant Heat & Air 3 times now.The first time our AC was not cooling and a new capacitor was replaced and our AC started cooling.The second time was a fall checkup to make sure we were ready for winter. The crew went above and beyond by noticing a large return air vent was making a small noise. They adjusted the louvers and this stopped the noise.The third time they blew out the drain system with air and replaced our P Trap.All 3 visits the crew has been on time and very courteous. I feel this is a honest and straight shooting company and would recommend them to a friend.

Great fast friendly service. Had a unit that wasnt cooling. Suspect 12-year old coil is rusted out and has pinholes, allowing refrigerant to slow leak out. Older r-22 unit. Trying to limp it through the summer months and buy new r410a equipment in the winter. Ben came out promptly (on a Saturday, without any extra charge for weekend) and put 2 lbs of refrigerant in for a really good price compared to others that quoted me. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great service guys. Now we can sleep at night! UPDATE: Used them again the other day. Great service again! Thanks Ben and David!

Outstanding service by Chris . Called himon Saturday morning and he said he would be over between 1-3. He called around 11:30 and said he could come over earlier. They replaced the compacitor and was done within 15 minutes .He did not charge me because he said I do my maintenance with him and I will definitely use him for all my air conditioning/ heating problems. I would definitely recommend him for your repairs.

Excellent service. I called after 1pm and they were able to get to m home in 1.5 hours. The AC wasn’t blowing cold. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and tell my friends.

We have dealt with North Tarrant Heating and Air for many years now. They are fair in every aspect of doing business. They show up when they say they will (or earlier) or they will call and let you know. Their technicians know HVAC systems and they are very helpful and easy to work with.

So disappointing! Our air wasn’t fixed after the first visit and their only subsequent solution (they couldn’t find the problem) was to suggest a new unit even though our current unit is only a couple of years old. Had really hoped for a positive experience. Bummer.
