If you are looking to buy a house and are planning to partner with Supreme Lending, DO NOT contact Vanessa Rodriguez. As a matter of fact, if you want to buy a house DO NOT go through Supreme Lending. Go with someone else.Throughout my application, I couldnt call her and text her (I had to use a third party to get through to her). She would tell me that she will call me in a few minutes but instead I have to wait until the next day to hear from her. Even though email, she takes forever to contact me!!!And you know what is the best part? When I sent her my personal information to run a credit report, she kept informing me that there was a freeze on my account. When I called ALL THREE BUREAUS they confirmed that there was no credit freeze, so I asked Vanessa to send me a copy of the credit report she attempted to run. SHE WAS USING THE WRONG IDENTITY TO RUN THE CREDIT REPORT. Who is Tonja Frederick?! That is NOT my name!!! She used somebody elses name, address, and ssn. What did she do with MY information?!And when I told her this mistake, instead of admitting her mistake she claimed that she didnt do anything wrong. It seems that her pregnancy is affecting her critical thinking skills.

Its been a great experience Supreme Lending. I would say that they are fast with application process for home compared to the two previous lenders I applied with. I would recommend Patricia because she is patient, professional, and understands people regardless of their race. I previously thought lenders discriminate based on race or they dont like working with people accents. Patricia changed my notion about this believe and she incredibly understands my needs and explanations on their requests. She works under pressure and quick to response including weekends. Patricia made the impossible task possible in less than two months. I was able to close my home because Patricia and her team were competent!

This mortgage lender is horrible! There are a lot of bad reviews on this company on other places like yelp, google and etc. shame on me for not doing my research on this company. I’m a first time home buyer and Samantha Cavazos a lending branch manager screwed us in the end with not locking in our interest rate. I know home buying can be stressful but the experience with this company was very poor, she lied , didn’t communicate at all, she has memory loss, she didn’t inform us at all about any changes or updates. She took days to finally respond. This experience is traumatic and had me and my husband on a roller coaster of emotions. Samantha didn’t care about us at all in this process. She wasted all of our 20k incentive money on locking in the interest rate at a very high rate due to her not locking it in way before. She lied and said it was our DTI! She is fraud pleasePeople do your research on her and this company. She is fake and pretends that she cares. She said we were approved and never sent us the approval letter. She ghosted us and never communicated with us. She was a challenge for everyone in this process. This is has been the worst experience ! That we pulled out at the last minute due to her negligence.

I would love to give a huge thank you to Chris McDonald and Nelsa Collins for helping me refinance my home! I was going into this anxiously as I assumed it was as big of a headache as it was buying my home (and I was just not ready for that). If it wasnt for Nelsa assuring me that Chris was amazing, I would never have taken my chances. But they made this process so painless and quicker than I could have ever imagined. Any question or worry I had was met with an an instant and reassuring answer and the fact that I was able to getting a lower interest rate and monthly savings was more than I estimated had me ecstatic. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 because they deserve 10s across the board!

Supreme Lending took off at the gate but fizzled at the end. Day before the closing , it was missed an appraisal was missed and had to be ordered. That delayed the closing to the following week. The only thing was my niece had passed away the same week as the closing and could not go to NJ due to closing which never happen d that day. Supreme Lending did make it right. They got a hold of an appraisal company and paid them from their pocket to get the appraisal same week which not many people would do that. The reason for 4 stars is because I missed my nieces funeral. She is buried right next to her dad, my brother in NJ. Needed to be there for that.

Ran My Credit. Hooked Me Up With Sara Rodriguez Who By The Way Was Nothing Short Of Extraordinary. Then A Few Short Weeks Later I Now Own My First Home. The Process Was Handled Completely Through Them. They Alone Made My Life So Easy. I Highly Recommend This Company To Anyone Who Is Trying To Purchase A Home. James did all he could to help us get a house.i tried a different lender a year ago ,all they did was txt us but never really cared .James was better he was great and he cared.

I would not recommend using this company for your leading needs . My first experience in trying to get a home loan was horrible through this company . One of their senior loan officers pre approved me and had us go all the way through the process - find a home - it took a month and a half to find one -earnest money - $1700.00, inspection - 500$ and appraisal - 500$ . Then 4 days before our closing date he notified me that I was going to denied and that I lost my earnest money and all the other money that I put into this as well. . It has put my family and I in a very bad spot to lose all that time and money in this process I’m a father of four and we need every dime we can get , especially during these times with people working less because of COVID . My agent and the sellers agent even kept in close contact with my loan officer Calling him every week to make sure we where good to go .And he still didn’t give us any heads up until 4 days before closing .By then I had already packed up my home , transferred the utilities and notified the owners of the place I rent that I would be moving just to have the loan officer to notify me the week of closing that is not going to work out . Which I think is very unprofessional and shows that they have no concern for their clients and their situations. Please if you are looking to buy home don’t use this company they are absolutely unreliable, unprofessional and boarderlines on predatory lenders.Do your self a favor and pass on this company
