Can’t recommend DMW enough, they helped us with a cash out refinance earlier this year, which gave us the money to do some renovations and landscaping work at our home. Drew and Mackenzie are amazing. Not only did they get us a great rate, they made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. They always made time to answer our questions (there were a lot) and made sure we fully understood what we talked about. Loans can be a hellscape of documents but this power couple here are efficient, tenacious and breezy and make the whole thing as smooth as Tiger Woods on a Sunday at Augusta.And trust me, I’ve used Rocket, that’s more like Tiger Woods in an SUV on Jupiter Island. Not fun. Glass Everywhere.Bottom line: DMW gets in done. This was our third from them. You’ll appreciate the hyper local hand touch.

So thankful for Drew! I had purchased a new construction home in early spring 2019 and utilized the builders fianance company, who then sold my loan to Wells Fargo. At this time, rates were creeping into the 5% range and when I was looking to refinance in the 2% range in 2020, Drew was there! Despite the unique circumstances that 2020 brought to us all, Drew was communicative, prompt and helped close my refinance in 30 days or under. I was able to save $500 on a month for a 30 year mortgage or increase my existing payment by $400 to a 15 year loan, this saving 6 figured over the term of my loan! Thankful to have decreased my interest rate, take off PMI, as well as decease the amount of interest I’ll pay over a 15 year loan…..all because of Drew! Thank you again!
