The mortgage that Bill Rapp assisted me with was a bit of a challenge. I was trying to get into a recently flood damaged house with a VA loan which would require a renovation rider on the VA loan which introduces a number of challenges and complexities. With Bills council and expertise in his line of work, we successfully navigated the requirements to get to an on-time closing which happened with out any surprises. I would recommend him to anyone, even in a case where special needs are necessary.
