Came to do a deposit. Employees are very kind. The reason I give two stars is because they had many of those plug-in, artificial toxic air fresheners. It makes me unable to do banking inside due to severe asthma, and chemical sensitivities. I really wish people understood how toxic those air freshener plug-ins are. They don’t smell good. I smell cancer and illnesses.Going to the drive-through is not much help either. The place is so saturated with too many artificial air fresheners that even the paper that comes through has a strong odor of those toxic plug-ins.I might have to start shopping around for a different bank.

Once my loans are paid never do business with them again. They never help you just put you on hold. Never can solve any issues you may have. The 800 number customer service is no Customer service. Everyone just passing the bulk. Someone definitely needs to understand the customer concern. I hope this get to the right person.

I am so done with this CU, Lack of service is huge. Simple transactions take 20 or more minutes. When they have lines and the high heel girls stand around and do nothing but flip thier hair. Seriously. A useless bunch of human and a waste of payroll. AND TELL Pablo Solis to hang up before you start talking crap about a client.

I caution anyone considering becoming a member or currently banking with TDECU.I have been a member with TDECU for a few years. I have several accounts in good standing. However, I recently received a series of fraudulent transactions alerts on one of my accounts. I immediately contacted TDECU and followed their instructions, including filling out required paperwork. Despite assurances from member services that no further transactions would occur, I received another call shortly thereafter about yet another fraudulent transaction on the same account. This left me understandably alarmed and frustrated.Despite repeated follow-ups with their fraud department and member services, I received no satisfactory explanation as to how these fraudulent transactions were able to occur consecutively. The only advice I received was to fill out additional affidavits of fraud and promises of investigations that never materialized. Ultimately, my account was drained by these fraudsters.Even more concerning, on the same day that I submitted that affidavits a Dispute Analyst informed me via email that my case was denied. Subsequent follow-up attempts via email have gone unanswered. I escalated the matter by visiting the branch and consulting with the branch manager and senior member specialist, who advised me to file a police report and initiate another fraud dispute, requesting a follow-up from a fraud manager. Despite these actions, I have waited for 8 days without any contact from an analyst or manager.Today, when I called member services for an update on my request for a manager follow-up, I was informed that my case had been denied once again, and the representative claimed they could not access the relevant notes. Their suggestion was to await a denial letter by mail and return to the branch for further assistance.This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the safety of my funds with TDECU. The lack of responsiveness, clarity, and effective action from their part has been appalling. It is evident that TDECU does not prioritize the security and well-being of its members when it comes to fraud incidents.In light of these serious issues, I strongly advise against banking with TDECU. Your money and financial security may not be as safe as you expect. I urge you to consider alternative banking options where your trust and security are treated with the respect they deserve.

I know there was a storm and power outages. But why have an online scheduler if you close the office and dont show up. There is power at Cinco Ranch branch but no employees. My appointment was canceled Monday due to storm so I rescheduled for today and got email and text confirmation, only to show up to closed office. Great way to manage things. Miss Jennifer, when things were organized.

Worst experience in my life TDECU Katy Cinco Ranch, especially when it is coming from a bank. The fact that the member specialist and the Assistant Manager couldn’t care less with those they are catering and rendering services to. The issue of money and what is going on with a person account and money should be a huge concern to the bank and priority in ensuring the issue and matter at hand is resolved. The disrespect for a nursing mother with an infant child and my time. Everyday I have to call do the follow up and at the end nothing is being resolved . A matter that is not even my fault but TDECU problem they caused for me due to negligence and disregarding my request . Before canceling my card I told member specialist Vanessa Cantu I had multiple refunds coming in my account that I don’t want an issue where if they deactivate my card the merchant won’t be able to process my refunds yet she disregarded my concern and proceeded to deleting the card now I’m having difficulty retrieving my refunds the merchant has refunded and has shown substantial proof. This is a matter that my bank is supposed to fix because they put me in this mess and the messed up part to all of this When the issue was escalated to assistant Manager Maria Mora I was expecting her to handle the matter and have this resolved (mind you this issue has been ongoing since March )but instead she’s been giving me the run around wasting my time saying she would call me and never call me like I understand your busy but take accountability with your word to a customer . That’s the quickest way to lose a loyal customer you have me coming in with my infant child when I have other things to do it’s not right at all . Your job is to secure my money I shouldn’t be stressed out like this over something that is not my fault but your fault. Now I have to take my child 45 mins from where I stay to TDECU Houston Champion Forest , to have this issue resolved . This is not right at all very unprofessional . I would not recommend TDECU cinco ranch Katy branch , they don’t care about your time at ALL and as a bank that shouldn’t be at all . Y’all need retraining or new employees need to be put in that location . Please go to another branch and save yourself the unnecessary headaches.

This branch is not a good branch. When Jennifer was the manager it was very good. I have been going to this branch for 10 years. The teller lie to me and i hate liars. They are not friendly and they dont help there customers like they us to when jennifer was the manager. I am happy jennifer got move up in the company but i wish that this branch had a better manager and better employes. My husband and i have decide it is time to look for another bank.

This bank typically has a very slow drive thru. Customer service isnt always great. Today I was told I had to have my husbands signature AND ID to deposit a check with both our names on it. I called the 800 # and no, only signatures are needed. She told me the deposit would be rejected through the ATM. Teller needs to be more knowledgeable.

I have been very impressed with the Cinco Ranch TDECU branch. Jeff Martin provides outstanding customer service! He is very patient and takes the time to explain the various loan options TDECU offers. He is very responsive via email and is able to help get the deal done without having to go to the bank. In times like these, it makes you feel safe and secure knowing you can get a loan without leaving your home.

I am currently traveling internationally for work and have absolutely no access to my checking account. I have added travel notes to the app, but days have passed with no response. When calling the customer care line it just shuts down the call and hangs up before I can talk to a representative. When calling the actual bank staff they tell me to call the number that isnt working, and there is nothing they can do about it. So Im stranded without money. I will be switching banks the second I get home. You will be much better off with a larger more competent bank.Also I signed up initially for the high yield checking account which gave a 3% return for up to $20k. The rate has now fallen to 1%. Consider changing the name to sub-par yield checking account.

Bank as a whole is not good. I would not recommend this bank to NO one. We have a mortgage loan with this bank, to get the loan almost everyone was nice there was the final loan officer that was no help, he would not return phone calls, or emails. Now that we have the loan, we have to jump through hoops to make an extra principal payment. I do Not recommend this bank to my anyone.

My most recent encounter was with Nickey, and I must say - I have not experienced customer service going above and beyond like she did. Jeff was So RUDE IN PERSON to my husband that was having issues seeing and dropping a $30k check off .Jeff stated Sir . Just put over there Ill make sure it gets to Corporate office.My husband stated no!Jennifer did help after Few others , Jeff did not !Was the worst service ever!!!!We have been playing phone call game to start work on our flooded house .They have had The check 2:weeks now !!We have a mortgage with this Bank.House flooded over a month ago.No response on Paying contractors.Nobody has touched base with us to introduce themselves to be handling our payments to our contractors.We Have ready to get jobs done .They just sit on the check ...We are not in our home due to this bank !

Great community feeling. The bank has a relaxing feeling and you would still get your banking done. I am in awe of both Jennifer and Angela, they go over and beyond to help and listen to their customers. They know us by names. Fine the bank lacks some of the thrills of large banks like using inter bank transfer apps like Zelle. An awesome customer service always covers such shortcomings.Thanks TDECU Cinco Ranch.

Their drive thru service is still not great. But I talked to the branch manager, Jennifer Cunningham and she explained the situation. She is unable do do much about it. We discussed a couple of ideas. And she told me about the after hours deposit box. She is a great at her job and very good at public relations.. Jeffery Martin is easy to work with and very patient. I have recently been working with Justin Boxley, ( Wealth Advisor, LPL Financial ), and am very glad that Martin introduced me to him. They are all very Professional and good at their jobs. Martin saved my Mother and myself $700.00 each on auto insurance, I know I sound like a commercial, but we got better coverage and saved . I was with Geico and she was with Nationwide. We are looking into home insurance through them now. They are a full service Credit Union. Check them out.

I have been a member of TDECU for over a decade and have always loved this credit union. Then I moved to Katy 3 years and I have had continuously terrible costumer experience time and time again. This branch is the absolute worst at costumer service and it always slow. I hate this branch.

Wow 🤩 what an amazing experience at the Cinco Ranch location with Ryan Rodriguez. His level of customer service, care and attention to detail is absolutely outstanding. He helped fix multiple issues on our business account that was not caused by him. What a problem solver. I am completely happy with my experience and the staff at this location. Very disappointed. Opened an account for myself and they requested documents containing personal information one way. Now I am opening an account for my daughter the following week and they want me to use a different method of getting the documents with personal information to them. Having multiple protocols to gather personal information and being told last weeks method was less secure makes me question data security at the Credit Union.

Terrible service, they are so racist with the Hispanic people. I was trying to open an account for my mother in law and the guy that was helping us he didn’t want to help us, he just tell us to sit and they will call us, after 5 min he help someone else instead of us.
