Zach Harris lacks basic professional decorum. He cancels without explanation. I booked another appointment; he no-called no-showed and tried to hand me off to a very junior associate. He was not even in the building! No warning- no communication. Time is the ultimate form of currency, and the lack of respect for customers’s time is outrageous. This location does not hold their associates accountable for BASIC professional duties, such as managing their schedule. There’s no possible way that I would trust them with my portfolio or heed their recommendations.

Great staff. Love the new location. If you dont have your investments at Fidelity, get an appointment to talk with them right away. They are about the last place left that still performs their true fiduciary duty to the customer and not woke Blackrock, Vanguard, etc.
