Fidelity Investments

Incompetence! i have over $3m in assets with this financial institution and the morons in this office would not provide me with a simple notary! Only fidelity documents may be notarized even if the document that is not fidelity affects the fidelity accounts. nice. There is no supervision at this office either to manage the administration. This isnt the first time i had dealt with Austins incompetence either but it will be the last.

I put $850 in here to invest w/ options. I applied for level 2 option trading but was denied. I tried calling but they are not allowed to release the criteria for being approved...? I literally trade on three other platforms no problem... Now to boot, I cannot withdrawal my money cash at a branch even thought my account balance is $850, and i cannot withdrawal to an external account until 72 hours. Legit wasted three days and offer less services than all competitors. Banking here just makes no sense.

I walked into the Fidelity office (23233 Cinco Ranch Blvd) to talk to someone about investing. I asked to speak to someone about Fidelity mutual funds and about setting up an account. When I was called up to the counter (literally) I was told to setup my own account online and to add funds from my bank account. Ok...no problem. I was then told to follow-up with a phone call so someone can answer my questions regarding Fidelity funds. Ok, its at this point that I felt Fidelity has now likened themselves to Etrade. If this was Fidelitys goal...well done! There was little to no customer service to identify or understand my investment needs or goals. Aside from from the comfortable seat, free coffee, and newspaper...I felt like I was at a grocery store checkout and not at an investment firm.

I Called today to discuss moving my portfolio to this firm. However, after 17 minutes of holding no one ever answered the phone. So that leads me to be inclined to believe the other reviews.

Going into professional service office you expect professional staff but thats not the case. You never feel welcomed at the branch, you dont see smile on the faces. Looks like staff is being forced to work.

Fidelity is an excellent financial partner to help you navigate todays complex investment landscape. The people at this office in particular are exceptional.

I dont even have the experience to know this branch. I did try to get his attention a couple of times, The first one they never call me back to set a time for my visit, and the second time after 3 calls got answer and they ask me to call a week in advance at least.

My experience was very, very bad I felt that they did not mind or they did not like to talk to Hispanics or Latinos they did not answer me I went to ask about the 401K and they only told me to call and thats all no explanations bad service they dont mind talking with the Hispanic community 👎

This brokerage firm has gone down hill been here 30 years about to switch to a new firm they dont answer the phone just got too big for their britches I guess Lets move a few billion out see if they can clean up their mess I know Im moving mine out
