Love this place! Management is extremely kind and handles all requests efficiently and professionally. They have cute family events and I admire how they aim to please residents. Work orders are completed within 24-48 hours. Property is well kept. They are available when needed and compassionate. Nicole is certainly a Gem. My daughter loves her and she is the sweetest! Grateful for this community!

We were initially hesitant about renewing our lease, but after the new management team took over, implemented changes, reinforced community rules, and addressed problematic residents, we decided to stay.The new management has been attentive to residents’ concerns and acted promptly to make necessary improvements. The property is now quieter, cleaner, and better maintained. Additionally, the maintenance team responds quickly and ensures repairs are completed without delay. We truly appreciate these positive changes and are happy to continue our stay at The Villas.

My experience with D.R. Horton while living at the Villas at Tamarron has been nothing short of a nightmare. While leasing from them, they completely disregarded my concerns and delayed critical repairs, knowing full well they were selling the property to Willow Bridge Property Company. Their lack of accountability left me and my family to suffer.The most serious issue was the mold and mildew in my home, which caused severe health problems for both my son and me. We ended up in the hospital because of it, leaving me with expensive medical bills. The situation started with water damage in the bathroom floors that caused them to bubble up. This led to the flooring being pulled up, exposing my son and me to mold. Despite the obvious health hazards, the mold wasn’t properly addressed, and I was forced to move into my mom’s cramped one-bedroom apartment with my son. All the while, I was still paying rent for a home that was unsafe and unlivable.The construction process was an absolute disaster. Workers left a Sombrero, a shirt, and even a bottle of urine in the garage. They didn’t reinstall the baseboards after replacing the flooring and left a nail sticking out in the middle of the garage, which is still there to this day. They also dismantled my desk, which I had paid to have assembled, and dumped the pieces in my son’s room without reassembling it.When I brought up the mold issue, Leasa York, the regional manager, dismissed it, claiming that “mold happens in Texas due to the humidity.” This was incredibly frustrating, especially since everyone else on her team was aware of the problem. To make matters worse, repairs were delayed repeatedly, with them falsely claiming that I kept rescheduling appointments. These delays only made the situation worse, and not once was I offered temporary housing or compensation for the inconvenience of having to live at my mother’s while still paying rent.Leasa York has shown time and again that she is not cut out to be a regional manager. She lacks the ability to properly manage properties or communicate effectively with tenants. Her dismissive attitude and failure to address these issues have been beyond disappointing. To this day, I still haven’t received any response to my emails about the unfinished repairs, even after I’ve moved out due to their inability to fix the problems.Between the hospital bills, the financial strain of paying rent for an uninhabitable home, the mold exposure caused by water damage, and the stress of dealing with their neglect, this has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences of my life. I would not recommend D.R. Horton and Villas at Tamarron to anyone. They do not care about their tenants’ health, safety, or well-being.

We’ve been here for a few weeks. Usually this would be the time when we would start seeing opportunities but honestly this has been our best move yet. It is quiet, secure and peaceful. We are so happy with our move!Update: We are 10 months in and signing a contract renewal. Even with a company change, they are top notch. We truly enjoy our home.

Ok, ok, I admit --- I’m a little jealous of the residents of Village of Tamarron having Ms.Thi Buron as the new property manager, a true superstar in property management. Having lived at The Fountains under her exceptional management for many years, I can confidently say she is A true superstar in property management. Her management skills are outstanding—she’s organized, attentive, and truly cares about creating an excellent living environment. WAIT - It’s only a matter of time before Villages of Tamarron becomes the best place to live in Texas. ( WE ALL @ the Fountains miss you Thi 💐)

I have been living in this community for the last 10 months, in the beginning its was crazy and loud but after April everything started getting better,I feel safe now than before.and the community is more quiet now. Happy to call The villas at Tamarron home.
