Lennar at Anniston

I bought a house with Lennar here and did not even consider any other builder because of the impeccable workmanship, professionalism and discipline I saw with Lennar-Reno (NV). In retrospect, I feel should have considered other builders because Lennar-Katy seems like a completely different organization with no checks & balances whatsoever. The workmanship is passable but what’s really exasperating is the tardiness & lack of professionalism- from home identification to showings to rate calculation to closing to finally post-closing activities; it’s been a bumpy journey. Wouldn’t recommend Lennar in Texas. (Be advised, I still am a great fan of Lennar, Nevada and would encourage buyers to go for it there.)

Very cheap construction of houses 275,000 and bathrooms shower no tile very cheap houses. Big company making big money and customer and getting cheap products taxes and home owners is over 10,000.00 dollars year !! You do not own anything in the USA anymore you rent with taxes !! Look very closely before buy house there !! They cost is crazy!!

I recommend this community. The homes are beautiful, with excellent design and quality. The sales team is outstanding—very attentive, professional, and friendly. They offer great prices, and the neighborhood is in an excellent school district. Overall, an amazing experience!

Went to Lennar Anniston earlier today, the homes they post on HAR is false advertisement on the price, I spoke with Bertha and she explained that the homes in which are $229,900 are only cash price and if I’m going to finance it, it would range $280,000 or higher so why not specify that the cheaper homes are just cash price this would avoid any confusion and due to false advertising they can be place under a lawsuit for not being transparent.This is what I would call It’s a highway robbery do not believe what the picture says!!!!!!!
