My in-laws moved in here. They have the BEST community facilities. A great playground. A nice pool. And a super nice adjacent outdoor space/community center.

Hey now this is the neighborhood you want to live in to raise your kids surrounded by 5A school and right across from one of my favorite parks in the Katy area really well kept up area real friendly people prime location.

Have a very happy and excited client building their home here. Nice area and Katy ISD zoned.

Really enjoy the walking trails and park. One of the nicest places to live in old Katy.
