My wife and I have been residing here at Enclave at Mason Creek for the past 15 months, and we wanted to share our thoughts on our experience living here. Before we proceed, we would liketo express our gratitude to you, the staff, and the complex for allowing us to be part of your community.In this review, we will rate our experience based on four characteristics: Security, Professionalism, Maintenance, and Cleanliness of the Property.Security: We are disappointed to give Enclave 1 out of 5 stars for security. What is supposed to be a gated community is one of the worst in the Katy area. In October 2023, a police chase that started on I-10 ended here right in front of my garage door, andguns were drawn. I strongly believe that if the gate had been functional, that chase could not have ended here on the property.Professionalism: Fortunately, we can see a big improvement in the leasing office staff in their professionalism. A big shoutout to Emajin! ( Property Manager ) This was not the case in our first 8-9 months; the utility bill was not accurate, we were being overcharged,and we were unable to speak to anyone from their central office. Therefore, we will grade their professionalism as 3 out of 5 stars.Maintenance: We give maintenance 2 out of 5 stars. During Hurricane Beryl, we discovered that our front window was leaking water and our refrigerator had an unpleasant smell, which persists. After multiple reports of issues in our home, we were told that itwould be addressed with their insurance, but we have heard nothing since July.Cleanliness of the Property: We give the property 3 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the property is well-maintained. I believe trash could be picked up a bit faster, as it could help keep a clean and odor-free community.Overall, we give Enclave at Mason Creek 2.3 out of 5 stars. We ask that you not respond to this review with a generic apology. Just applied!Me and my little family are looking to expand and start fresh . We currently live in a 2 bed apartment and applied to a 4 bed townhome! the property is modern and beautiful! while checking out one of the homes we actually saw kids outside playing as well as adults and it was such a refresh to know that the community is safe enough to have your babys out and about with not a worry ! my baby is 1 year she still has a while but it’s lovely to see .the application process has been smooth and easy E’majin is so sweet and replies to emails in a timely manner which i appreciate! fingers crossed 🤞🏻
My name is Janice Selders and I moved to Enclave at Mason Creek about 3 months ago. First, the townhouse is amazing and is not lacking any amenities. Next, my experience with the office team at Enclave has been exceptional. However, I want to give Ty and Ariel a shout out for their amazing customer service. They both definitely meets the definition of great customer service. Whenever Ty wasn’t available, Ariel stepped in to ensure the rental process kept moving. They both provided the best customer service from the application process to move-in day with a smile. When I first met Ty for the walk through, I was greeted with a humble spirit and willingness to go the extra mile. Then when Ty was out of the office Ariel stepped in and greeted me with a smile and helpful heart. They both are the reason I decided to commit to living at Enclave, because the warm welcome made me feel at home. The welcome gift is a great way to show your appreciation to your new residence. Thanks.Lastly, I must say the maintenance requests were slow to get processed when I first moved in, but once they hired Issael, the maintenance technician he hit the ground running. He didn’t stop until all the requests were completed. He is thorough and explains the situation every step of the way.The management company has some gems with the current staff, hopefully, the company will keep them around for a long time.

He warmly welcomed me and provided a thorough tour of the community, making me feel right at home. By the end of our visit, I knew I had found a special place.Finding a home can be overwhelming with so many options available, but Ty and the stunning community made my decision effortless. Although I ultimately chose to move to another city rather than Katy, if the opportunity arose, I would not hesitate to choose Enclave at Mason Creek. if you are in the Katy area, go visit Ty and he will take care of you.

I have been here less than 2 weeks just to discover I have rodents. I address this with the office which they told me that pest control comes out once a week. @TDBmanagement Living with RODENTS IS NOT where I want to be. The pest control came out 6 days after the work order just to place traps down THIS DOES NOT GET RID OF THE RODENTS. The problem is worst as their are more rodent droppings after the trap was placed. I want out of this lease IMMEDIATELY! I’m terrified of RODENTS AND THE ISSUE WILL CONTINUE TO WORSEN. I’m allergic to cats so that is not an option.DONT MOVE HERE !! More photos to come
We have loved our time here at Enclave at Mason Creek so far. Office staff is amazing and have always been super helpful since Day 1. The property Maintenance Tech, Issael sufficiently communicates and always gets the job done (shout out to him for knocking a few things out at once and always being welcome to answer our questions). Couldn’t ask for a better community for myself and my family.

The attention, patience, prompt replies to my questions and concerns were handled with the up most care and attentiveness. Aerial and team go over and beyond with great people skills towering the needs of their future residents. While this is a new journey for me I could t have asked for such an amazing and special leasing team from Aerial and Team.To also mention the property is beautiful, quiet, and new. I moved here a few months ago and can say it was the best Customer Service experience , I received from Ariel. She was so supportive and amazing with helping me. The townhomes are beautiful. I would recommend you to come out and see for yourself. Ask for Ariel!!!
Staff and maintenance are exceptional.Had a few maintenance items to be handled at the house. Issael Martinez was assigned my work order and he was professional, timely, and knowledgeable.
Move in was a little rocky but I was amongst the first group to move in so it was understandable. One I moved in it has been pretty good. Office staff has been really responsive especially with it being a new community. They will have hiccups but it is just because it is new. I like it have good neighbors and don’t hear a lot of noise myself. I would recommend living here!
I moved here a few months ago and can I say it was the outstanding Customer Service I received that put the icing on the cake with this beautiful townhome. Ty was absolutely amazing and delivered everything great about what to expect. I love my home
First off I love me some Ariel and Ty they are great when it comes to questions, they made me feel so welcomed. The homes are amazing my kids and I love it here. So happy to call this place our new home.

I have been eyeing this property for a while and couldn’t tour immediately due to a delay in the Fire Marshall of Katy approving. I’m Moving in from Dallas metroplex area and met with Arnold, who is phenomenal! When I first spoke with him, he made it all worth the while to stay connected and wait out the process. He’s quite knowledgeable, personable and once the approval for tours opened up, he was a stellar tour guide. My daughter and I absolutely love the property. However, I have to say, Arnold made it totally worth my decision to make the move to Enclave. Arnold deserves to receive top tier incentives AND even a promotion. Thank you Arnold for staying on top of your job!! You seem to always be working and available for questions and/or concerns!! 🙏🏾
The communication here is horrible. I was approved for my application after all the back and forth and I was told a request from the higher up was needed, I waited out all day just to see if the manager would reach out to me, saying something like, “Hey I submitted your request, I’ll reach out once I hear something” NO. nothing, I didn’t get a call nor email! I felt left in the blind the entire time. I had to keep calling and following up, I hate having to bother people like that, that made me feel real uncomfortable and annoying.I also felt like the bank statements I provided was questioned because I was asked for more than the requirements stated plus other account statements that I don’t even use just to justify proof, mind you I even logged into my bank account through a system Nova Credit to show proof but unfortunately that wasn’t working, I had to give accounting and routing number to both my account (again one of them I don’t even use, I just think Imajin did not believe me)… I understand this is houston and people do what they do but you can’t think every self employed person that comes to apply has to be treated that way. I just felt like I wasn’t trusted and I never gave off anything that would make her even think such, that felt very very uncomfortable and rude!!Honestly the place is nice but after reading these reviews about soundproof and the rooms are extremely small, also how uncomfortable and disturbed I feel about the process, I’m glad Im over it now. I don’t even want the place. I don’t even wish for them to follow up because honestly I do not want to spend my hard working money on it.I never ever have wrote a review for NOTHING before, so if I did all this, the process was really that frustrating. I say if you settle for this, please look into it 3 months in advance because 1 month in advance is not enough time, you’ll be left looking for another place to live at the last minute, especially if the current place you at, you already put in a notice and can not take it back. These places are not reliable enough for a 1 month process, not even 2!BE AWARE: Once you submit and applications, pay application fee and admin fee, they give you the run around, your date gets pushed back, nobody answers the phone or call you with updates… you eventually get frustrated and don’t want to even move into the space, all that for no one to take that into consideration and show their respect by atleast refunding the admin fee… sadly, I wasted $280
The encounter with this property started out great. We were working with Arnold who was awesome and kept us in the loop with everything. However, when it came time to complete the application, we had a little trouble system wise getting everything submitted, so Arnold helped us to get a portion of it completed manually. So a day goes by we call in to check the status and low and behold, Arnold is abruptly no longer there and no one seems to have any idea about the status of our application. We get a new gentlemen to help us, which he advises us he is going to resubmit and get with this manager, etc. to see if he can get us an answer within the next 48 hours. Of course, no one ever follow up with you, you have to do all the calling. We call a couple of days later and was advised we need to resubmit income information. We do that again, then suddenly we get an email that says we need to submit bank statements. Ok, thought at first that maybe it was a scam, so we call to double check and was advised, indeed they also needed bank statements. Ok, we submit the need information and get the same response, give us a couple of days. Again, we get another email requesting the same information. We call again trying to find out what is going on and get oh its a system issue we, but we are working on it, give us until Saturday and we shall have an answer. Today is Monday, and no one has called and we have called the office twice today and no answer. At this point, we are moving forward from this place. Enough with the run around, and I expect some kind of resolution from this property. Very difficult and confusing to deal with.
The Enclave offers stylish amenities and unique conveniences, all at a reasonable price point. The staff is professional and courteous, and they work hard to ensure a good living experience.
From the time I applied till the day of moving in Ty has been nothing but AMAZING!! He is very patient, friendly, and attention to detail. Also, Ariel and Emajin were very helpful and great during my process. Another thing, the townhome is BOMB! I’m so excited… thank you all for the help!
We had the pleasure of meeting Ariel, she helped us solve a small problem regarding the moving date, very professional, with a good understanding of customer service and customer needs, we want to thank her for her attention and time. Do NOT live here! One of the most unprofessional properties I’ve EVER dealt with! Promised me a move in date, changed it to another date, then turned around and changed it again after promising me they would not! Their resolution was disgusting and they never considered that I would be homeless! The leasing person I talked to informed me that the corporate office was forcing them to do the dirty work and that the manager up and quit out the blue due to the company’s unprofessionalism. I’ve never experienced anything this unprofessional in my life!!!!
This place is ridiculous. There’s always some kind of issue. I’ve only been here 8 months and cannot wait until my lease is up. TBD management as a whole is not well run. The units are much too expensive for the quality of them and the customer service given
There is so much to say, and none is positive. First of all, They told me I would move in on November 15th and I called to check on the process on the 13th only to be told that my move in date was moved by a whole MONTH. I had nowhere to stay and had all my plans ruined. Nobody reached out for 4 days, and when she did, She lied her way out of everything and promised to come back to me with compensation. She then promised that if i got an airbnb, they would pay, so i did and sent her the receipt.She never did, so I checked again with her. Then she told me about promising compensation and lied that she told me my move in date was now December 29th and nor the 15th.I pulled up the recording of our conversation, and then she apologized for making a mistake.She then offered a very flimsy compensation that was not what we had agreed on and said they would not pay for the airbnb.I strongly believe the good reviews are from their staff.These people are inconsistent, dishonest, and unreasonable. Stay away for your sanity!!
We went to look for information, Arnold attended us, we were super satisfied, he has excellent customer services, polite, respectful, super friendly and good vibes. Excellent knowledge of his work and answered all our questions.He is a valued team member for Enclave At Mason Creek.
After poor communication with maintenance, the new guy Issael did a great job raising my issues and getting the work orders up and running.
Arnold was great! He was very knowledgeable of the community and went above and beyond for me today. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice townhome to check this out and ask for Arnold!
Enclave at Mason Creek management has violated the fair housing act as well as the HOA at mason creek they have become complicit into making false allegations. TBD management Will be held fully accountable.
If I have anything less than a zero I would give, no call from the boss on the next move in date, my move in date was postponed from September 30 to November 15 and postponed again with no specific new date was told I would get a call from the boss no one called, they do not value people’s life, all my life is paused cos of your lackadaisical attitude.Fraud Fraud fraud!! Never put what you don’t have in market.
Great customer service all the way around!!!! Its a very beautiful property, with a contemporary style and concept. The amenities they chose are top notch. I look forward to my move in date ❤️❤️❤️
Had an application submitted but noticed they routinely would not answer the phone for days at a time, and on top of that continued to shift the move-in date with little notice. We decided to move elsewhere and am so glad we didn’t sign a lease here.
The crew in the office is outstanding I love them very friendly and professional my husband and I love living here glad we found our home here
Fadis and jinya are within walking distance from this place, which I love. Proximity to Asian town and several grocery stores is also great. Townhomes are gorg. So far enjoying.

The Town Houses are very nice, everything is New, the staff that assists you are very friendly and they are at a good price, we did not rent because we did not like the way to enter the available Town House, you can only enter through the gate and you have no where nearby They can park a visit.
