I am so disappointed with our experience at covey homes tamarron.My husband and I visited the neighborhood, got to see a couple homes, and applied the night of. It has been over 3 weeks since applying and over a week and a half of any last communication.We talked to someone a week after applying who told us we should hear something in a couple of days. After not hearing we called back and the lady said we should know by the end of the day or the next day. She gave my husband a call two days later to let us know she was still waiting. Since then we haven’t heard anything. We called last Monday and left a voicemail, then called a total 4 times Wednesday-Thursday with no answers. We paid over $200 for the application & fee. This is unacceptable communication especially for a rental community with office managers. We will be requesting our money back and no longer want anything to do with covey homes. Thankfully we dodged a bullet.

I’m going to stay away from this place because the negative reviews are very accurate as far as you can never get in touch with anyone. I was able to catch someone in the office a few months ago and they allowed me to tour alone and the homes look beautiful but from there I could never get in touch with anyone rather on the phone email or in person that’s ridiculous and it seems to me it’s not getting better because management and corporate can care less as long as the money is flowing smh How can a company be ok with letting a community be ran in this fashion is crazy. You can tell the people writing recent good reviews were paid to write them

The maintenance department has greatly improved since Roberto Gomez joined the team. I have seen excellent response time and great resolution to issues. Roberto makes sure the job is done correctly without shortcuts and done correctly the first time. He was a much needed change in the neighborhood and I greatly appreciate his hard work and dedication to make this place better!

We are mostly very satisfied with our experience. I just wish though that they would fix a minor damage to our side fence after Beryl hit. It’s been 2 months and they still have not come to fix the fence. Our big dog has jumped the broken fence and got away multiple times. We tried to put a barrier but it should have been fixed by now. Otherwise we are very happy with our rental.

Just wanted to post an update to my last post. We had a small victory in court due to the multiple evictions that were filed on me from this company, and I just wanted to say to the others in our community who didnt attend court I wish you wouldve went as that this company could not get a default judgment against you. Thank God I went as there were alot of errors as well as the representative not having all the documents such as the ledger the court had to wait to receive. Thank God I kept all of my receipts and paperwork that helped me come out with some small victory. Please people keep or request your ledger that helped my case so much b/c it showed the money they were suing me for was inaccurate. I was able to file an appeal which will take place Tuesday to finish this out and move for good bit I refused to let this company get away with what they thought they would. As Ive said before this new management is trash and I see all the great reviews as I once started out doing but seeing the decline this community has gone thru Id sad and 3yrs to.me is a pretty long time to be somewhere and at one point I was very much comfortable and its sad to even have to write this. Hopefully to the newbies theyll do better but I doubt it. Theyll be switching management again soon and when they do please request a copy of your documents as they will swear the previous management walked away with them it becomes your word against theres. I urge you to keep all emails and get everything in writing thats what helped me along with having a great judge who saw the bs to. Hope this helps someone if not now Maybe in the future and please dont say you wasnt warned! I am.not an angry or bitter tenant Ive been here 3yrs we had the best leasing agents and managers when this community was originally called Heritage Cove! They cared about there tenants and even how grounds looked. Thank God Im leaving and have purchased my own home! It was a great ride while it lasted and I wish everyone the best!

Ive lived here going on 3 years and the previous management before this one fantastic! In fact when it was Heritage Cove it was amazing! Tami another young Lady and Jessica were awesome! Everything was done in time if you had an issue and they were extremely on it when it came to the residents. This new management whoever she is is TRASH! The assistant manager Ginger is great! I recently fell on some difficult times last year. I lost my father in March my husband in May my dog in Aug and my cat in September and my attorney at the end of September. I work full time and my children are disabled and receive ssi. I had never been late on rent in the years Ive been here and when ssi made a mistake saying there was an overpayment and had taken the amount they received way down for both my children thats when the issues begin and Im still fighting it to this day. The first time I was late I went to the office and let the assistant manager ginger know what was going on I stayed in communication with her and to make a long story short the new manager whoever she is filed eviction on me after one month even after I let them know I was bringing in the money and i did just that. At first It didnt bother me until she did it again now 4xs after only one month and the money had always been brought it. I was also told she was firing the assistant manager b/c shes sick of her helping people out and now you can no longer make payments with money orders you have to pay thru the portal which charges you a fee of 79 bucks just to process the payment and if you use a check its a slightly less fee. Im going to court on 10/28 as I have grown tired of this new manager. Before they came this was a tight knit community. Now everyone is moving out due to lack of fixing things lying about how much rent is which is why theres have been a reduction in price they take forever to fix any and everything and again I would be here 3yrs in February. The new manager is a Godless individual alot of neighbors have gotten together to complain and they just dont care. I went in to ask for my ledger from the first year of being here they cant find it. They constantly dont answer the phone nobody is ever in the office during business ours. Im so glad to be leaving this place and I never thought Id says that b/c its been great up until this new manager got here. Theyre over priced and the way they do business is despicable to say the least. This new manager has no compassion for anyone again she shut down taking money orders so the assistant manager will stop helping people. If you move here I hope your ready for the inconsistencies and the bs maintenance. The faster people move in they move out even faster. This place has declined drastically since this new manager has taken over and Im looking forward to my day in court! If you move here great but dont say you werent warned. I am not a person to leave reviews but I vowed to leave one here. I was a very happy tenant previously and also for those who may think Im doing this due to being evicted thats far from the case again February would make 3yrs I wouldve been here with excellent rental history until the hardships Ive faced. This place is nowhere near what it use to be and I urge anyone to go and seek out other places unless you enjoy not getting the services you pay for the people who cut the grass break your stuff they dont answer the phones even though there in the office they dont answer the doors at the office its horrible. Be fooled by all the 5 star ratings if you want to if you move in Ill give you 3 to 7 months or less tops before you see what were talking about. In fact go talk to some of the residents theyll tell you as well. This place use to be full of residents there was a waiting list to even get in but ride around here now most of these home are empty and they were filled with people who lived here longer than I have. They didnt leave until this new management stepped in. So move in at your own risk and dont say you wasnt warned.

Ginger is AMAZING!Professional, honest, and thorough. I anticipate being here for at least 2 leasing agreements if they keep this up.Its unfortunate that so many people ignore the fact that its only two of them in the office, and they require our patience.Take some responsibility for yourself, and have some patience. I have lived here over two years now and I can honestly say I have had my frustrations early on like no one ever answering the phone however; they have made some changes in management and things have improved. They are getting better with time and I am glad for it.

The rent is too high for the following reasons: the houses are built with low-quality materials, the adhesive flooring is the worst I’ve ever seen. The community entrance is like a huge parking lot for large trucks, often blocking access (the administration is aware of this but has not taken steps to resolve it). There are loose dogs everywhere, putting children at risk, and these dogs also poop all over the place, I’ve even found some in my backyard. It feels similar to some of the worst neighborhoods in East Houston. There are no recreational areas for children, and there’s no access to the pools in the Tamarron community. The streets are littered with trash (especially in the large truck parking area at the entrance), and some people play loud music late into the night.

Freindly and professional staff, and great rent costs. What more could you ask for?I think its silly to expect them to operate like an apartment complex. Its a community. A lot of these reviews seem to be from people with no sense of personal responsibility. We can rely on each other to help out. There isnt a fleet of staff members.This community gave me new beginning after my divorce. Its clean, quiet, safe, and spacious.I have no complaints.- J

If I could give a 0. I would, I moved in and had to wait 3 months for a fridge. I have mold currently growing in my sink area from a leak I reported months ago. They never answer the phone. They never reply emails. They never come cut the grass. The ground are horrible. Bugs everywhere, the extra $175 is for nothing. I never had ring camera access, or anything digital, maintenance comes when they want, complete half way jobs. My grand daughter had an AC vent fall on her head, nobody cared. My water is as opened while I was at work, and my water bill went up high, nobody contacted me even though I made contact. I call and call. I’ve never felt like a company wants JUST my money. They care absolutely NOTHING about any tenants or anything. The grass is in patches and the “water sprinklers” don’t exist. It’s a cute layout and a cute home. But management makes living here unbearable. They tricked me into moving in with a month free upfront, then they switched managements and then told me they could offer me $500. Not the month rent. Because the other management had not put it in the system. Then asked me to find my money order receipt from when I moved in 6 months ago, to prove my deposit. HORRIBLE a 0 stars if I could.

I came to visit the property despite reading some reviews and decided to take a chance and schedule a tour. I toured with Perla, who provided a lot of information. I also met the team: Ginger, the assistant, introduced herself and made me feel welcome, and Bianca, the manager, who I met briefly, also made me feel confident about my decision.You can definitely tell they have a good team based on how residents stopped by to talk about maintenance and patiently waited to be attended to. Im definitely happy with my decision.

I would not recommend anyone to move here. Here is why:-Moved out in Sept 2023- My deposit has not been refunded. After multiple attempts by phone/email company has NOT with held their end of the deal.- I have proof the deposit should be refunded, company is not responding by phone & will not give me the corporate number.- The organization is acting unprofessional.Results:- Although the staff is nice, and friendly this is not how you treat any customer and this organization should be held accountable for the lack of attention, and their poor customer care service.This is NOT an attack on the staff either.- I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint every week. I have other people in place & I now understand by Texas law I am owed 3 times the amount of my deposit.- We have been very patient and have tolerated this delay very well. We do not take this personal but we are asking the company to do what is right, not just for us but for others as well.This company has my information - so a response to this post would be nice but I am asking for someone from your corporate facility to reach out to me to resolve this issue as soon as possible by next week.Thank you

I was initially hesitant to rent from Covey due to some of the previous reviews mentioning challenges with the property. However, I decided to give it a chance and Im glad I did. While it can be difficult to get things done over the phone, every time I have visited in person, the team, especially Pearl, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Pearl made sure to address all my questions and worked diligently to get me into my home as quickly as possible. With a little patience and consistent follow-up, I believe this group has the potential to turn things around. Overall, my experience has been fine.---

Please be prepared to pay for services that you don’t get. You’ll pay for pest control, they won’t come out. You’ll pay for lawn care no lawn services will be offered. Management has switched 2-3 times since being a resident here and I’ve only been here for 3 months!!! The new manager Bianca will not speak nor greet you when you enter the leasing office, nor will she take accountability for the errors within the home. Ronnie is a forgetful maintenance manger. He will tell you he’ll handle things and they’ll never get done. There’s also another man that “helps” Ronnie but he speaks little to no English! Pearl speaks to you with an attitude as if you’re bothering her. When she answer the phone she won’t advise who it is you’re speaking with (what happen to customer service; greeting the call with your name?). She’ll put you on hold without telling you you’re going on hold or even asking can she put you on hold. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! You have ADT, I pray you actually get signed up for your needed code and credentials needed to access your account.There is so much I could place here. Please know you’ve been warned. Homes are decent just terrible management! I’ve been very patient and tried not to bring all the issues here but I thought future residents should be made aware! Make sure you take pictures of ALL damages when you move in!!! When I moved in Ronnie was advising and agreeing to fix all damages within the home and 3 months later NOTHING. I want it to be on record how difficult it is to actually get leasing office help. Rather it’s from the very rude office manager Bianca, the untrained, non-mannered leasing agent Pearl or the unpromising maintenance Manager Ronnie! Proceeded with caution!!!!!

The worst management ever! It is impossible to reach them by phone, email or at the office. It is impossible to reach them anytime in weekdays or in the morning or in the afternoon. There is no way. They don’t even answer the door at the office. I wish I read the reviews. Because we could only stand for 4 months then we had to break the contract. They don’t do maintenence or pest. We waited almost 2 months for pest control before we leave and I got a call from pest control 1 month after moving out. They don’t care about your safety either. They don’t have a trash can or dog waste bin. Everywhere is dog waste and flies of course. DO NOT TRY TO WORK WITH THEM!! You cannot even reach this management headquarters or other offices. I wish somebody told me these before move in. We terminate our contract like many other neighbors did!

After living here 7 months...Cons: Property is not well kept, the vinyl flooring are poor quality especially when you have kids; maintenance is a bit slow and not very knowledgeable; Office staff is not professional and seems they are still trying to figure things out; the new lawn service does not clean the debri from the porches after mowing the lawn; alarm still not accessible but still charged monthly fee; No amenities/park for the property. My move in was not very welcoming, never was reimbursed for $50 for mailbox key and the home was not clean, dirty air filters, dirty floors and stove.Pros: The neighborhood is quiet, close to parks, shopping is within short drive; close to schools/childcare; spacious floorplans.

They never answer the phone or emails. Sometimes they dont even answer the door at the office. Even before we moved in and we were trying track them down to fill out our lease application to GIVE them money, it was extremely difficult and frustrating to get ahold of anyone. After we moved in, we found all sorts of issues with the house, and it took them over a month to send maintenance out to address the problems. Some issues were never addressed in the end. Very very poorly managed.Also, if you read the reviews you will see that many people arent getting their security deposit refund checks. In our case (and probably everyone else’s) it’s because they are mailing them out to incorrect addresses. We moved out in October and never received our check, even after emailing and calling several times and being assured it would be sent out. Eventually I was able to verify with USPS that a letter was sent from SMC Tamarron to my name and city, but to the wrong street address. Ive brought this to their attention countless times, but they obviously dont care to fix the issue and are content to wrongfully keep my (and many others) money.For anyone thats still missing their deposit - look up section 92.109 of the Texas Property Code. Know your rights.

She heard our needs, answered all of our questions (A LOT), and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Even with the few maintenance requests we had, they came right away and fixed the issues. We are happy to call Covey Homes HOME.

The homes are decent but management is terrible. Let’s start off with the staff; Bianca is very unprofessional/rude and should not be a manager, she will never acknowledge you or even simply smile. Pearl has 0 experience and gives terrible customer service, she absolutely knows nothing when you ask for assistance with ADT services or anything else. Majority of the time the office is always closed because they’re at the other sister property, why manage 2 communities if you can’t handle both and have regular office hours at both properties like any other apartment/homes complex. The phone numbers always change constantly making it very difficult to get ahold of the office, they will never even answer the phone calls either. The lawn company is horrible they always leave the patios and front entry looking like a tornado passed by. The homes are in need of power washing due to excessive amount of spiders and other insects and dirt that lawn mowers lift up when blowing. When it rains get ready to have a pool in your backyard, many residents have bought this issue to management attention but do nothing to fix the issue. We can’t even enjoy our backyard’s due to dead grass and poisonous weeds. Pest control is horrible as well, that guy pretends to come and does not do anything. Homes are decent but absolutely not worth the amount of rent and utility services residents pay. Also let’s not forget the ADT which is also included in the monthly service fee, the staff has no absolute idea on how to program ADT services or skybell which is frustrating because we pay monthly for this service and have no access. I hope the owners change to a good management company that will make this community a better place to live and enjoy!

I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! I lived at Tamarron homes for a year, but it is always very hard to get someone on the phone or to even answer emails. If you call and leave a voicemail they do NOT get back to you and if you send and email they do not respond! I moved out in November and I received my final bill in December, along with a letter informing me I was getting my deposit/refund back. Mind you I’ve received this in December 2023 we are now in April 2024 and I have not received anything! The staff Bianca stated they approved the check on 03/08/24 and will mail it out. Again I have NOT RECEIVED IT. And I called the office multiple times, and still they don’t answer. But if it was the other way around (if I owed them) they would have been calling and calling to make sure they get what is owed and/or not even they would automatically send it to collections! Why let me know that I will get a refund check if they aren’t even going to give me the money that is owed! I hope this gets the corporate attention, because apparently I’m not the first person this has happened to!!!! I need answers on what’s going on!

Unresponsive Management & Unhealthy Living ConditionsI am terminating my lease early due to the presence of mold in the property and a complete lack of responsiveness from Covey Homes Ventana Management. Despite repeated attempts to report the mold issue through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, I received no response or action from management. My attempts to reach someone at either Ventana or Tamarron locations were unsuccessful, with unanswered phone calls, emails, and a closed office during a visit.This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. Additionally, the presence of mold posed a serious health risk to my family, particularly my children with asthma.A manager finally visited the property but dismissed my concerns, claiming it was organic growth instead of mold. Their solution was to wipe down one area with disinfectant and simply paint over one of the 3 moldy areas! This is completely unacceptable and does not address the root cause of the mold problem.Due to their inaction and disregard for my health and safety, I was forced to terminate the lease early. I strongly advise potential renters to consider elsewhere. Covey Homes Ventana Managements disregard for tenant well-being and complete lack of communication make them an unprofessional and unacceptable landlord.

I scheduled an appointment for January 28, 2023 to see the Taylor floor plan (now called the Sesame), which is a 5-bedroom single family home in the Heritage Cove at Tamarron community. At the end of the appointment, I stated that I am interested in the home and would like to move forward with the application process. Gabriela (leasing agent) responded by saying that the 4-bedroom model has been the most popular and the community is about 49% occupied. It takes about a month to process an application so she will contact me on February 10, 2023 to start the application process.February 10, 2023 passed and I still had not received a response from Gabriela so I sent her an email on February 11, 2023 and asked if I should start the application process. She never responded and the functionality to apply online wasn’t working.On February 13, 2023, I called the leasing office again and explained that I’ve been waiting, per the leasing office staff’s request, to start the application process since January 28, 2023. I shared that no one has followed up with me and the website continues to have the functionality to apply online turned off. The person I spoke with said that they are going through a transition and that someone would follow up with me within a day or two. The follow-up never occurred.On February 24, 2023, I visited the leasing website and discovered that a new company has either taken over ownership or management changed. On the new website, the free month of rent promo is no longer offered which was an option when I inquired about applying for a home on January 28, 2023, February 11, 2023 and February 13, 2023. I also noticed that rent increased slightly.On the same day, I called the leasing office during business hours and left a voicemail explaining my experience and asked for a return call. No one called me back. That evening, I followed up with an email expressing my desire to solidify my moving plans, still no response.I have a number of concerns about my experience. Poor customer service and other questionable practices. Before I went out to tour the property I’d already shared that I have a March moving date and 50-minute drive. If the community was only 49% occupied at the time what was the reason for blocking me from applying? Were others allowed to apply between January 28, 2023 and February 24, 2023? Have others who plan to move in March been allowed to apply? Was it in my best interest to miss out on the free month of rent promo or be blocked from applying while the rent increased? Where was the consideration for my moving date - if it takes one month to approve the application and I plan to move March 31, 2023 when would I have found out if my application was approved or denied - the day of my move?

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!Moving into Covey Homes Tamarron was a hassle from the start. The home was not cleaned and the cleaning crew was there when the movers and I arrived. They didnt clean the home thoroughly. The refrigerator was dirty and there was an old refrigerator and stove outside my home in the grass. It stayed there for a few days. I have only one oven rack instead of two. The oven is filthy in the inside. The shower has mold or mildew. I still havent received information on how to set up the ring camera or how to connect to the security system in the home. So my home is currently not secure. I am paying for the survice which will be added to your rent, but its not working. The security touch screen box thats inside the home talks everytime the front door, back door, and garage door is open.Also, there is still videos of the previous residents on the screen. I saw a lady cooking in her underwear. There is a camera inside the home on the security box. They dont answer the phone and when they do they dont get back with you and they tell you something different from what I was told by someone else in the office. I was told that I would get a key to the door leading to the garage. When I asked about it, I was told there isnt one. So that means when I leave the house, someone can come lift the garage door and then come straight into the house because the door is unlocked. However, I can only ĺock it when Im at home. The door knob has key hole but not key. And it looks like a key is broken within the key hole.You will not have a mailbox key. Youll have to pay $50 dollars to get one at the post office. They gave me the wrong address to the post office. Dont go to the one on Pin Oak. Its a waste of your time. The correct post office is 5701 4th street in Katy, Texas. They have to hold your mail for 4 weeks. Thats what I was told at the Pin Oak post office. Thats how long it takes to get a key.Furthermore, I was never given a proper introduction to the neighborhood. I wasnt told were my mailbox was or where the mailbox was located. I dont know if they have a pool, a park, a gym, or a play ground. If you are looking to get the same cabinets that are in the office kitchen, you probably wont. I am renting the floor plan that is the same as the office, but the cabinets are different. The cabinets in my home are an army grayish, green. Very hideous. Nothing like the brown color that is in the office. The wood is a different texture from the one in the office. It looks cheaper and always looks dirty. They also seemed surprised when I wanted to view the home before I moved in. The best thing is the air conditioner works great.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The move in experience was an absolute nightmare. I was told pest control had came through prior to my arrival and the home was cleaned but that wasn’t true. There were strange stains all over the floors and in the showers. The builders obviously rushed the job because the front and rear doors weren’t leveled right which caused a crack where tons of bugs can come in. When I voiced my concerns to the leasing office all I got was attitude and empty promised that the issues would be fixed. I gave up and worked on fixing the issues ourselves. Now it’s renewal time and my unit size is going for $500 less than what we’re paying now. I figured our rent would decrease since the market price is lower but to my disbelief the price went up by $75 for the Livemore bundle which we don’t even need. When I complained about the increase in rent, I was told they can’t decrease the rent even though prices are lower.However, if the market was to go up say next year, they would raise my lease. So they can raise it but they can’t lower it when were paying $500 more than someone new moving in to the same size unit. Make that make sense. She told me I can transfer unit to get the current rate but I would have to reapply. How does that make sense for my family to pack up all of our things and move down the street when they could just honor what the rates are going for now. I had high hopes when management changed but it just seems worse. Just look into all other options before you move here because it’s such a headache dealing with a company that doesn’t care to helping their residents.

New homes, a great place to call home. I wish I could say the entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Either the staff is not answering nor returning phone calls or Jessica the manager is not responding to left messages from her staff. I’ve been trying to reach her for a couple of months in regard to my refund deposit. Funny how the staff would not give me the corporate number. At this point I’m forced to file a claim with the federal trade commission and the bbb.

Ive really tried to hold off on writing this review and giving Covey the benefit of the doubt because I know things are hectic. We are new residents here, as in within the last few weeks. Ive tried to give this place many chances, but should have heeded the advice and guidance of the initial reviews. Getting ahold of anyone for maintenance or the leasing office seems to be a bit of a joke. Ive complained a variety of times (before moving in and after) and still no resolve has really been made. We have been moved in for almost two weeks now and our dryer hasnt been working. Ive had to initiate everything with the front office and maintenance from our first application review (before we moved in) to trying to get our dryer fixed (or receiving a new one as they promised). 1 maintenance person has come over in the last 2 weeks and I have been calling REPEATEDLY for an update. Today I was told someone would be here today, but no one has shown. & its not the first time this has happened.The office is severely understaffed, which I completely understand, but the practices for incoming and potential residents are unacceptable and slow. Ive been told on multiple occasions that there are only two leasing agents and two maintenance staff for two whole properties. If it is THAT bad, the communication with everyone (residents or not) should be top tier to communicate that. However, no matter how much I reached to try to establish that communication, it has never improved.As nice as the house and community is, the communication and practices of this company (or lack thereof) have left my husband and I a bit disappointed and our moving experience distasteful.I hope Covey Homes Tamarron does better in the future.Update: Our dryer was just now fixed, after 2 months of living here, and it still required me reaching out to the company that owns the property. Though it is clear that they do not care much to truly ensure their residents are satisfied. Although maintenance has been GREAT and wonderful whenever interacting with them - this community is VERY SHADY! The regional director I spoke with began addressing my concerns, but failed to stay in contact with me as she so promised. We also found out that the community put padlocks on our water sprinkling systems without notifying anyone. Again. Please heed this advice and look/move elsewhere. The beauty of this community is NOT worth the hassle weve had to deal with.

I made an appointment to come look at their properties. I specifically asked the lady I spoke to Friday morning at 9:59 a.m. for an appointment at 10 a.m. she said if we could do 10:15 a.m. I said that was fine and I verified with her again before we hung up. I just wanted to be double sure as we currently live 35 minutes the other way. They open at 10 a.m. we showed up by 10:01 am no big deal I like to be early. Our appointment was at 10:15 am and we waited until 10:45 a.m and no one showed up. This is super unprofessional, but it looks like this was a good thing after reading all the comments.

I will give this community a no stars but sadly it is not an option. I drove 40 minutes away to view this rental property. As soon as I walked in the model home, I was not greeted, I had to walk to an office where I suppose the property manager was at, sitting down. I asked if I could get a tour and she said “no.” Her excuse was because the leasing agent was moving people in and no one was there to help with the tour. As a team anyone in the office should be available to tour any walk in prospects. I explained that I was coming from far ways and she still stated to come back in a hour. Very unprofessional and obviously they do not need the business. I hope this management company is aware of the people they have taking care of their business. They say no to walk ins unless the leasing agent is available.

As a resident of a neighboring community, Ive attempted to contact Covey Homes management with questions about various issues at their property. I have found it impossible to reach a person for assistance via phone, email, or social media -and no one returns messages. I feel sorry for the people living here who are undoubtedly trying to get countless problems resolved with no luck.

I liked how close it was to shops and restaurants and the team was so helpful and made the process really easy even though I was moving from out of state. Horrible leasing office service. Frustration level hard! I gave the notice and on my door they put a sign of eviction this weekend! Since 2 weeks ago I’ve been sending several emails, calling different phone numbers, leaving voicemail, contact through the portal. I don’t know how else to contact them to pay the notice fee as they blocked online payment. I asked my ex neighbor to go to the leasing office for me and the only thing someone told him was to mail them a money order… if they don’t even read emails and answer phone, can you imagine who will receive a money order by mail? I have proof of all calls, emails, etc. This is the worst office service I’ve ever seen.

I have called sent emails and I still cannot get a response to my questions until you physically go to the office then they give you a bunch of run around and excuses as to why things are not done. We are short staffed, the portal is down, I am so sorry it is taking 2 weeks to fulfill your maintenance request etc. always an excuse.

My husband and I completed an application and paid a total of $250. We decided in this location based on advice from a family member. We have attempted several times to get a response from the company as to whether our app has either been reviewed, approved, or denied. The phone just rings. I’ve left voicemails and also emailed and still no response. It doesn’t take but a few minutes to pick up the phone and follow up with applicants. I don’t have the luxury of stopping by as I live out of state. All we wanted was communication!!

I have been here when it was Heritage at Tamarron to now Covey Home. I CAN NOT stand the new ownership Covey Homes. Never at the office always closed, no one ever answers the phone calls you back when you leave VM I even sent emails. All these issues going on but no answer and we even sent all kind of referrals never got our referral reimbursement. They do cheap fixes on the landscape just HORRIBLE. I would leave them no stars but I can’t. I promise you don’t waste your money and time. I’m counting the days to move out!!!

Very poor customer experience provided by Gabriela whom identified herself as the property manager. We advised Gabriela on a Friday afternoon that we were looking to move in on Sunday and Gabriela assured us that if the app was completed by 530pm, she would reach out the same day. No contact or communication from Gabriela at all was received. The next morning, same thing. Noone answers the phone, noone returns voicemail, so we stopped in. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door stating they were sorry they missed us, although the door was unlocked and partially open. We went in and found that Gabriela had been ignoring our calls. Additional promises were made and broken again same day by Gabriela. At 4pm, Gabriela advised the persons reviewing applications was overseas, and that our app would not be reviewed until Wednesday. At this point I requested a refund and Gabriela advised, I am sure you understand there is nothing further I can do. This was very convenient as she had not shared this knowledge with us before. Seems Gabriela is just another over promising salesperson whom needed to meet her quota of applications for the week and we were victims of her poor management and follow through. I advised Gabriela to cancel our app and not to contact us any further. This was evidently too much to ask and we receive communication today asking for additional feedback on the app. No thanks. Not interested in working with someone whom conducts business in the manner. Keep the app fees and please do not contact us any further.Better business bureau is our next step.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! they suck a communication and will not help you once you have been moved in. There are a lot of issues with the house because they built them so fast there multiple bugs, always coming in and out of the house because there’s cracks because the construction people suck! Do not waste your money moving here. The front office does not help either

Just happened to drive through the Covey rental home section of Tamarron today, and it looks like a desert- not just one but all yards were bone dry and parched with most trees dead. The neglect of the renters and the failure of forsight on behalf of Covey to install sprinkler systems speaks volumes! The almighty dollar rules once more. What an eyesore! As we rounded the corner it appeared as though we entered a different world of lush greenery--just the adjacent subdivision.
