Camilo Lakes Subdivision

We have some of our family that just moved in to this subdivision, as with any new neighborhood it has some good and some some not so good qualities. But overall the good out weighs the bad. The houses that back up to the lakes are the preferred as far as I am concerned, with having a dock/deck on 99% of all the lake houses. Great floor plans and too plenty of things to mention about the houses. The only negative I would have to say is that the houses are a little close together and all the back yards slope toward the lake ( I know that there is a reason but that is just me)

Bought a house here. Nice neighborhood. Perks from builder were good as well. Well lit streets where houses are. Main road not so much. No regrets thus far

This place is horrible, because of the HOA I had to move, they harass you with false notifications and even if you call them to fix it, they tell you that everything is fine and then they send you a fine for not complying, it is inconceivable how badly they work, I think they do it on purpose to charge you more money and the only solution is to move, they are scammers!!!

Such a cool community!... Like a resort....So many waterside homes, private piers, pontoon boats, paddle boats.....

Beautiful subdivision, with ponds you can boat in. Great location, close to I 10 and 99

Seems to be a very nice neighborhood. Love the lake areas.

New development

Whoever moves here is crazy, the neighbors leave their cars in the streets, you can hardly get around, but the worst of all is the HOA, a total disgrace, they are constantly harassing you with change letters that you have not done and do not They send verification photos and you complain and its for pleasure, you write to them saying that you havent made any changes and they dont care and they give you fines for supposedly not applying for the supposed change that you didnt make, or they send you a letter from a Honda car that you park in the street and you tell them that you have never parked a car that you dont have a Honda car and they keep sending you threats to fine you, total harassment, many are moving because of this problem, I myself cant wait to move out of this misfortune!
