KB Home Sunterra

If you buy KB make sure you hire your own inspector. I wasn’t lucky enough budget wise to get one. I regret it. A lot of things having to be fixed from electrical to water issues. I’m noticing a lot of small things having to be fixed. If I would have waited a little longer I would have been ok. But they promise they can get you in then have issues from stuff you told them from the start. Finally got in though but they make you feel bad like it’s your fault they had such a hard time helping you When you were upfront about everything. Would have definitely tried somewhere else.

Just moved back into the area and decided to check out KB Homes Sunterra 7/27. The older salesman was not very welcoming or friendly, feeling as if we were an inconvenience we left. Glad we did the other builders across the street helped us with our new home buying experience.
