KB Home Marvida Preserve

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Delores, an agent representing KB Homes, during what was supposed to be a house tour. From the beginning, communication was severely lacking. Despite multiple attempts to confirm the location of the leasing office, I received no response from Delores throughout the week. It was only after contacting one of her colleagues that I was able to obtain the necessary information—a frustrating and unprofessional start, especially as a potential home-buyer.On the day of the tour, I arrived at the leasing office on time, only to find no one there. After waiting 45 minutes and attempting to reach Delores by phone multiple times, I was finally able to get through. Unfortunately, she answered with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, claiming she was just across the street—a mere 15-second drive away. When we got to the correct leasing office, it was clear from her demeanor that she was in a rush to finish the day, as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than a business opportunity.Throughout the process, Delores failed to provide basic information about the home, including available incentives and details on custom build options. Her explanations were vague and unconvincing, and it seemed she lacked a solid understanding of the system she was working with. During the home tour, she was absent for most of it, seemingly more concerned with running numbers than engaging with me or answering my questions.To make matters worse, Delores was unwilling to discuss or negotiate based on the numbers I provided, and her tone was belittling and condescending. It became clear that she was not interested in providing a positive customer experience, but rather pushing for a quick deal with little regard for my concerns as a buyer.Unfortunately, the combination of poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a dismissive attitude turned what should have been an exciting process into an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend working with Delores to anyone considering a KB Homes property, as her approach made the entire experience uncomfortable and unproductive.

This is the type of craftsmanship you get when you purchase a KB HOME. This is a brand new home. I urge you not to go with this builder. This is only some of the problems. The floors are creaking, door jamming, cracks in doors, ceiling drooping, lights flickering amongst other things the aesthetics are poor on the inside and out they basically throw these homes together. And KB dont come to my post trying to rebuttle your homes are garbage.

I just moved in last week and the whole experience was great. Michael was always there to quickly answer any questions. James, the builder, was helpful every step of the way. They made sure the home was built and closed on time and in great condition. All around this has to be one of the best home building/selling teams out there. I would highly recommend checking them out.

We built with KB homes and had a great experience! The superintendent, James, was very helpful and offered us advice from his wealth of knowledge. Michael Paramore was part of the sales team with us and was always available to answer questions and help us with whatever else we needed. Overall our building process was quick and relatively easy with very few hiccups.
