KB Home Katy Manor Preserve

Great experience from beginning to end. Tony Ayala was our sales representative and was extremely helpful every step of the way. Robert was our builder and continues to support us after move in ardently. So responsive and the design center needs to be seen to be believed. What an awesome experience!

I am very disappointed with our experience from this property. We started building in December, but had issues from the start. The design studio lady went on vacation in the middle of our selection process so we had to wait until she returned for the 3rd audit. She forgot to put the microwave on our options, but luckily I caught it. Them come January after they had laid the concrete we were told we had to pick a new stone/brick because a home 2 doors over had picked it before us. My realtor and salesperson (Mike) both told us that no other home had picked it and I had the lot vacancy copy still showing that no one had picked any the lots. It may have happened during that week we were waiting to hear back. So they let made us pick a new stone/ brick combo which they upgraded for free. Fast forward to 45 days before close we notice they put the wrong stone on the outside of the home. We went back and forth for 3 weeks trying to get they to change the stone, but they tried to assure us it was what we picked. After getting all parties involved they finally gave in and said it was wrong and would change it free of charge. We agreed and thought that was what they were doing only to find out they were staining it instead. So they tried to lie and make us believe they were going to tear it down and change it but in reality they were not. So we were going to get a home with stained stone that would have faded in a few years thinking it was the original. The home we we had build was almost 3,000 square feet with a huge master, double walk in closet. Three other bedrooms plus a game room and dining room. It was huge and our home to start our family but their business was awful. The one star is for the floor plans they had available not for the service. The only thing that was good is they gave us our money back.

Big disappointment!! cookie cutter😩😫we thought it would be our forever home after 20 years moving with military life, but actually this house was a big disappointment, we only saw the house twice me by video and my husband traveled to take a look twice since we lived 5 hours away, in the rush we let few details slip . the front yard is super SUPER small between us and the neighbor , the driveway barely fits both our cars(definitely not standard driveway size ) the windows blinds were not included, we had to pay out of pocket $3k ,and 3 weeks later we are still waiting for the blinds to be installed, the backyard have no patio cover another $5 to $10k out of pocket to build one, the garage are not automatic another extra we have to pay to add garage opener , backyard doesn’t have sprinkle another extra $ , they delivered the house key and didnt even clean it after the construction work finished with the house , have painting residue through the inteire house floor and lights feature “even though we have requested several times for them to send someone to help clean the painting, nobody ever show up) . The house don’t have tree in the front yard but every other house does, what is odd . WE build with DR HORTON in the past and we loved our house ( sprinkle, blinds , patio and garage door opener including) nice side yard and driveway . we will definitely going back to DR horton community here in katy / houston area as soon as we find one available .KB home never ever again. The house is definitely not worth it, the neighborhood looks cheap close to the others community in the area and all they care about is the money. The fact that they no even accept VA loan is a slap in the face of the men and women who sacrificed to serve the country. 🤦🏻‍♀️👎would NOT recommend

I try to get in contact with Ángela Ross and Ashley Fenter To get my earnest money back, they won’t return the calls. I have been waiting on my check more than 3 months. One of the worse experience, I don’t recommend if I could give 0 stars I will but the system won’t let me.

Great experience here! The homes are affordable, spacious and well made. You get alot of bang for your buck in this brand spanking new and growing community!

Is not finished , the model houses are pretty and good , but that brown water lake in front of the model houses is not nice to see from your yard.The prices are very accessible.

If I could put 0 star I would do it. They don’t give me back my money. I call several times and they ignore me. Really BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

It is currently under construction, the houses are very nice, it looks like when it is finished it will be a beautiful urbanization... I loved it!
