Sale guy was nice. Unfortunately, their bricklayers drink alcohol on the job so they screwed up our brick and Castle Rock refused to fix all of it. They lied and said it was industry standard so they wouldnt have to fix it then started ghosting me. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Don’t buy the HOA is $950 and they don’t even take care of the neighborhood.

Before closing, please get your home inspected by third party inspector. It might be expensive but worth every penny. Make it mandatory not a choice.

Admir was so nice. Were looking to buy a house next year but he was kind enough to take time out to give us info about the info and look at a few homes. Only thing I would say is the tubs are not soaker tubs but that has nothing to do with the community just the builder. The floor plans are amazing!

I only stayed for a short while in a friends home in this community but their houses are very modern and also ginormous (average house in texas??)

Admir Vojnikovic took GREAT care in listening to our wants needs and desires as we began our search new home. His attention to detail and honesty along with willingness to help was very refreshing.

Up and coming new subdivision its getting better they just probably have too many people building different type of homes in the subdivision than too many contractors coming in and some of the contractors dont care about other peoples property they totally garbage on open lots and dont take their garbage with them and it just make it just just horrible I think they can do a better job in policing there the contractors and what they do around in the subdivision the messages needs to be cleaned up around there

Obsessed with castle eock floor plans!!!! They were sold out in katy lakes but their 500k house felt like a million dollar home. High ceilings, ooen space, stylish designs. Definitely a must check out.

New community. Had a heck of a time finding the address I was supposed to go to coz GPS still isnt working right around there. U have to physically check house numbers to find ur location.

Sales manger Admir is bestGood communication and kind even i have bunch of question. 👍👍

New community. Beautiful homes at reasonable prices. Large clubhouse with amenities for all.
