This was our first home purchase, and we have nothing but praise for Julie Cocco and complete process that we went from beginning to the end. Julie was very responsive during whole process of building the home and would send us weekly updates on the progress of the build. We were fortunate that there was not many changes in our upgrade selection, however whenever there was a change Julie would communicate them instantly. Great costumer service by Julie and whole Coventry team! The actual home was delivered ahead of schedule in our case and we could not be happier! Thank you again for helping us find our first home.

My wife and I have had a bad experience with Coventry Homes, at 3106 Lantana Trial, Katy Texas 77493.On the final walk thru, we have painfully canceled the contract and sacrificed over nineteen thousand dollars plus seventeen hundred dollars!They have to dig up two-third of the driveway to redo it for newcouple who bought that house! or otherwise we are going to miss that defect.

We bought our house from out of state. Julie took us the through the house through FaceTime as many times as we needed to. Whats not to love about Cane Island.....great schools, great neighbors and new construction homes. The Amenity Center, Pool, yoga studio, conservatory & herb garden aim to please! Happy to help.

Completely unprofessional, we called and mentioned what time we would arrive. We were coming from an hour away and before we got their the sales rep left for the day, before closing time.
