Just got off the phone with the katy location and the lady was very rude and not helpful and then hung up the phone what a crap show

Been using Lennox in Katy since the grand opening. Elizabeth has really made a positive impact on how efficient this branch is at fulfilling orders. We live in Houston so of course they are always super busy but they are always friendly, professional, and will go the extra mile to help get you the parts and supplies you need! I was told they wont sell unless it is to a licensed contractor. I had part number, but it did not matter.

They are fully stocked for all my HVAC needs, one stop shop.
