Hot Water & Water Heaters Katy

I called them and told them I had replaced the thermal whatever in my water heater a couple of years ago and the pilot went out that morning and I couldnt get down there to relight it. I said I knew it was something simple because Id watched YouTube videos on it and I knew I didnt need a new water heater. I made an appointment but I cancelled it because I didnt wanna pay $75 just for them showing up. Just before the time for the cancelled appointment I got a call from the service technician. He kept trying to tell me I needed a new water heater. I told him my neighbor who has a heating and air conditioning business was already looking at it. Turned out the big red button you have to hold down while you click the pilot lighter button was sticking. My neighbor cleaned it off and wouldnt take a dime for the help.

Their best plumbing specialist looked at our water heater that had shutdown on the same day. he was able to make replacement order and fitted in record time,Thanks!
