Tex A Clean Carpet Care LLC Katy Tx

I asked this company to clean my large wool area rug and return it to me wrapped and ready for storage/cross-country transport. Upon arrival, we unrolled the rug to find it was damp, with brown staining on the front and moldy spots on the backing. (Note: no other household items arrived with similar damage.) Over multiple calls, “Christian” has denied any responsibility, refused to work with me on a solution, and even gone so far as to accuse me of trying to defraud the business. A local rug care professional has determined after extensive treatment that my rug is not salvageable. I would not recommend Tex a Clean to anyone based on their initial performance AND their lack of follow-up care.

I highly recommend Tex A Clean Carpet Care. The person who answered the phone when I called to set up an appointment was very professional and explained in detail the services they offer and asked plenty of questions to make sure I got the outcome I expected. The price given over the phone was the same price I paid after services were rendered. The tech who did the job called when he was on his way, and showed up well within the arrival time window. The tech was extremely friendly and professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet.
