Brightway cleaned our heirloom area rug at a very fair price. They got rid of 3 generations of dirt and stains without causing any damage. They picked it up and delivered it, they took a while to clean it and communicated with me during the whole process. This is the only company I’ve found in the Katy area that offered this level of attention and service. They know how to handle valuable and old rugs.

I contacted Brightway Carpet Cleaning to come out and clean my HAVAC ducts and Dryer Vent. The Brightway Tech Dallas was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. When we looked at the 3 large air intake ducts they were pretty clean. The house is only four years old. We are meticulous in cleaning and maintaining our home. Once we identified that there was no need for duct cleaning Dallas agreed and did not try to sell my on duct cleaning anyway. I had the dryer vent cleaned out and told Dallas as a result of his honesty and integrity I would be calling Brightway to clean my carpet in each of the 4 bedrooms next month. Its refreshing to find people like Dallas who are honest and ethical. Integrity and respect are important qualities for a business. They gave me a window of 11 to 2 to show up which was good cause my kids would still be at school during those times. but the guy didnt get to my home until almost 4pm and i felt I shouldve gotten a small discount because of the late arrival, but i wasnt given any discount. Then he rushed through the work, finished my stairs and loft area within 25 mins. My carpet did look a little better but their were still spots all over my floor.

I found Brightway through referrals from others in my neighborhood when looking for a tile and grout cleaning service. Dallas was outstanding! This was our first time cleaning our carpets and sofas. He was so knowledgeable and spent the time to explain the details on how the cleaning will go and what to expect. He was very courteous and respected our no shoes in the house rule even when that meant removing his shoe covers 10 times while he was in and out of the house. Being notified in advance what I needed to do to prepare was very helpful as well as sending the name of my representative (Dallas) and time to expect him. After walking through the work he explained the condition of out carpets, pointing out and explaining the the difference between wear patterns and stains, and the drawbacks of self cleaning our carpets over the years. After the work was done he walked me through the results, explaining what we may see once the carpets were dry, how fiber aging leaves certain conditions and noted some area’s where I had used over the counter spot cleaners that either bleached or otherwise damaged the carpets.I am very impressed and will recommend this company to friends and others. Brightway did an amazing job in regards to the carpet cleaning and responsiveness when we had an issue the next day of moving. Dallas cleaned our carpet very well, and both him and the owner Kevin dropped off some of their commercial blowers when our carpet wasnt fully dry the next day, since we were moving into our house that morning. With coordination of the blowers drying two rooms at a time, we were able to get the movers to move the furniture into only the dry rooms. At the end of the day, all carpet was dry by the time all furniture was moved into that room. I would recommend Brightway in an instant to anyone who is looking to get their carpets clean. They are very competitive and if you have an issue, and very responsive to get you fixed up immediately.

Called Brightway to clean our carpet, they were on time and pricing was excellent. The technician was professional and friendly. They were able to get the stains out and make our seven year carpet look almost new. Plus the tech did not try to up sale us like other companies we have used in the past. Would use again in the future.

I want to thank this company for going above and beyond for me. It’s rare anymore to find this kind of customer service. I made an appointment with them and had to reschedule because of other work being done on the house. That’s good but then I had to reschedule again the day of the appointment. I called and told them and without blinking an eye the lady went to work juggling appointments to help me. She was so kind and understanding. So that was done Dallas called to see if the coast was clear then showed up with a great attitude. He explained everything he was going to do and got to work. He was so pleasant even after being juggled around. My carpet was sooo pretty and clean! It smelled so good. Dallas explained how to keep it that way. Little tricks I guess. But overall I will be using this company in the future and raving about them until then.

Dallas did an awesome job cleaning our carpets yesterday! It was the first time weve gotten carpet cleaned professionally. He even offered some tips for future spills and such for how best to clean things up! I will definitely be using Brightway Carpet Cleanings the next time we get our carpets cleaned. He was honest with some stains that we figured wouldnt come out, so he didnt try to over-promise. The outcome was amazing. The carpet looks nearly brandnew (we had a nyquil and slime stain from our child when she was a toddler, those will only come out when we replace the carpet). Our stairs, however, look stunning! Im so happy I stumbled upon Brightway when looking for a Rug cleaning co. I knew there were many Carpet cleaning companies but i have very nice imported rugs that needed to be cleaned properly. Brightway was was just fabulous, right on time, did a fantastic job on all of my rugs, and returned them and put them in place, moving some very heavy furniture to get it done. The owner came out to give me a quote for stretching the carpet. I had them stretch the carpet and clean both upstairs and downstairs and from the time he came to give the quote to the time that his technician left was nothing but professionalism. I spoke to Denise and she was kind and helpful. I had big request because I needed my carpets cleaned on short notice and before a holiday. We just moved to the area and I wanted to clean before we moved the furniture into the home. They were booked and put me on the list in case there was a cancellation. Just a few minutes after we hung up, Denise called me back to let me know that Kevin had said he would come clean the carpets himself. They are the owners and Kevin doesnt usually clean anymore. My roommate, who has used Brightway before, raved about how well they cleaned the carpet prior to me moving in. So I called for information because we need the carpet cleaned again since we have 2 dogs now. However, the lady who answered the phone was so rude and impatient I just told her I would call her back when shes having aa better day. While theyre still an option because they do such a good job Im definitely going to call around for better customer service and comparable pricing.

This was our first experience with Brightway. Unfortunately, we were not 100% satisfied with the finished results of cleaning the grout of our tile floors. There are numerous spots that appear to have been missed and are still dirty. However, after speaking to someone at the Brightway office, they have scheduled an appointment next week to come back out and make it right. We are sorry they have to come back a 2nd time to do the job, however, we appreciate their desire to please their customers. Hopefully we will be satisfied with the finished results and can give them a 5 Star! Very good service!

I recently had my carpets cleaned and the tile cleaned in my house. The carpets were fine but the tile was not. When the technician left he told us to stay off the floors for about 30 minutes. We did but noticed immediately (once we started to walk around) that he had not properly removed the grout sealer. The floors were covered in a sticky substance which reminded me of walking in a movie theatre with sticky floors. Of course it was Friday and they were gone for the day. I had to steam mop the entire tile area to get the substance off the floors. Called the company the following Monday to explain the issue and they explained that all tile floors are different and sometimes the sealer is not removed with their first clean-up. They did apologize (supposedly spoke to a MGR) but two things made me realize they are not a good company. One - why not train your technicians to check the floor before leaving a job site? - Two - Did not ask for my name/address so that they could internally follow-up with their technician. With the amount of companies out there doing this type of work I would steer clear of this one.

I just love these guys. They do great work and they have been doing that for many years. Youll get the to talk to the owners and no one cares more about doing a good job than them. They fixed the poor quality work done by the folks that put the carpet down originally and then cleaned the carpets. They look brand new and ready to good. I would recommend them to all my friends.

This family business knows exactly how to do their business and take care of costumers! I took them several area rugs that had seen many years of damage from many pets, now they look and smell righteous. Ive tried 2 other carpet cleaning companies, and since coming across these guys, have looked no further. They do a thorough job, every time, and weve been satisfied with the results, especially on our trouble areas (and we have a toddler and dog). I am also at ease knowing their products are children and pet friendly. We usually can get an appointment within a couple days, which is important as well.

The young man Dallas did a very thorough job. Was able to clean the couch However was not able to clean my chairs. He cleaned a small part and explained why he could not do it. It made sense and I decided to not have them cleaned.

Overall Im pleased with the cleaning of our carpet, but I do think customer service needs a bit of attention. They lady who took my call was quite brusque and I hate to say it, but rude. Youd think they would try to sell a new client on using them, not here it is take it or leave it. The man who cleaned our carpet did arrive during the window we were given and was extremely detail oriented, but he was also pretty rude to us. When we showed him the spot on our carpet and told him what wed done to try to treat it ourselves he was pretty rude to us about how now he wouldnt be able to get it out and that was the worst thing we could have done. Youre in the carpet cleaning business... dont tell people you cant get their stain out! Especially when you were able to! I might use them again because the work was good and appropriately priced but Ill think twice about it because of the poor customer service.

I am a repeat customer. Brightway has done our carpet and this time it was time to clean two sofas. All went well and happy with the job done. I also got a quote to clean tile throughout the house.

The cleaning guy was friendly and helpful as well as honest. He advised that it was possible that not all spots would be removed. He was right. They did an incredible job of removing some red wine stains after I knock a full glass over on the carpet. However, in regard to what looked like minor blemishes and stains on the carpet, initially they all looked like they had been removed, but after a few days they all came back again. In fairness the carpet looked fantastic after he had finished, but I was disappointed that it didnt look much different after a couple of days. Perhaps I need tile floors.

The lady that picked up was so rude. But Im not surprised, going by how several people had stated it here before i even called. Please if you read it- believe it. You guys do realize youre not working for free right? It doesnt matter how long you have been in business if you dont know how to show respect to your customers. Cleaned both tile and carpet. Very professional. Very pleasant to deal with. Honest enough to point out areas which might not clean up totally. Worked hard, with only a minor break, for 6 hours. The only reason I might deduct 1/4 of a star would be the email received the night before, which was slightly intimidating in tone (content perfectly acceptable)
