I called them made an appointment for this morning at 10:00 AM and they were here right at 10:00, very courteous, very professional, did a great job, and realize I need to have this done more often after seeing what they all cleaned out of my vent. I also appreciate they did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done, and did not try to sell me an upgrade for more money and better service job. They were very honest, and just really nice guys to have come into my home and get the job done correctly, and NOT complain about anything while doing it.

We contacted this company and they gave us a quote base on A/C units and size of our home. They have an offer for a deep cleaning and they said they will be here on Friday Dec 29 at 9 am. Then they change to 11 am. They didn’t show up. They said they will come on Dec 31 at 9 am and they showed up at 10 am and they said the quote was not right and they gave us a price that is more than 5 times initial quote. This is a fake company they are dealing with another people that offered they services.

I called and Oscar gave me a quote over the phone. I mentioned the package price I saw on their website and he said no problem. Then a different guy shows up with a different company name. When asked he said American subs out the work to him. He was eager to start cleaning so started removing all my vents. I had to stop and confirm the price I was quoted. So he had to call Oscar and work out a price higher than what Oscar quoted. This is all fine except it wasn’t disclosed to me so I felt like it was a bait and switch. I paid for full house All duct brushed clean from beginning to end. He some how managed to clean 5 ducts 25 ft long each in under 20 mins. Makes me wonder if he did clean it or not so I started checking. He also didn’t cover the surrounding area so spent another 6 hour cleaning and washing everything. They didn’t scrub clean the mold area in the plenum instead they spray chemical over it, and that my friend was $400.I will be trying someone else next time.

Basically the connect dirty and leaking negative pressure machine without covering ducts or cleaning the ducts one by one. But they charge you for the number of ducts you have. Pretty much scam! The guy didn’t clean up after himself, and didn’t even fully clean out the dryer vent. We had to spend an hour vacuuming all the lint he left around, and picking it out of the yard, just to have to spend another hour vacuuming out the dryer vent ourselves later that week to remove some clogs he didn’t get.
