Hello consumers;I am going straight to the point, most people do not know much about HVAC and many other contract businesses work to fix our homes. I called 4 companies, and received many different quotes. ( The sales rep will give you an idea how their company works by how they talk to customers). Think of this like going to a car dealer for the first time and making a deal that you are tight to for 3 to 5 years.Beware of Royal Air- Beware of the quote they give you, question is the price is to be true? Do not factor interest rate if you finance. I felt he was pulling numbers or the cost of a/c unit. Example if the rep offers you $10,0000, for everything, walk out the door and two minutes later ring the doorbell and take a thousand dollars off. Question it. ( Are they doing refurbished items?)Crafty ELMER’S A/C and Plumbing- very slick and craft with their plan layout/ slogans or “use sport teams to rank their plans”, clever, but do not get stuck like glue with them . Do not be a fool. The sales rep was disrespectful, after I corrected him how he acknowledged me. Ma’amm and Sir go a long way than dude, bud… He did not have any diagram of the ac unit to explain nor show use how he got the numbers or cost for the ac unitARS Rescue Rooter- did give my family some good advice and informed us about ideas to cut costs in the future. I felt he was pulling numbers or the cost of a/c unit. He never showed us his tablet nor explained how he got the numbers. He did not have any diagram of the ac unit to explain nor draw one to explainThe Top 3 COMPANIES famous words is “ THIS OFFERS STANDS IF YOU SIGN TODAY AND I WILL GIVE YOU 10 MINUTES TO DECIDE” Offer Freon a/c of 410A that will be fading out. R32 is the new one that is coming out January 1, 2025Just Fix It!- The sales rep was respectful, knowledgeable, he listened and understood my familys needs in this economy. He took measurements of each room of the house instead of googling the square footage of the house. He suggested another receiving vent because of circulation issues. He sold me a unit that takes R32 Freon instead of 410A Freon for a decent price.The installer was great and hard worker.

Just had a simple thermostat upgrade to a smart thermostat. My service guy, Tim, was awesome, very courteous, very knowledgeable, went through everything on the thermostat and the app. The window for installation was 10-2 and he got here at 10. He recommended some upgrades to our HVAC system, which we will discuss and probably get done. Will definitely be going with Just Fix It for those and hopefully they will send Tim out again

Tim Franks is the technician who recently serviced our HVAC units. Tim was exceptional. He took time to explain things to us. He was very respectful towards us and our properties. He later on came to install UV lights and drainage kit. He is very knowledgeable and exhibited expertise. We are very pleased and look forward to having him come for service again. Thank you Tim. Buddy was experienced and knowledgeable and articulated the recommended maintenance and corrections to our dual zone systems, pointing out potential future issues for an original 27 year old system serving first floor and an 8 year old second floor system. It was FANTASTIC working with Jose and his crew. Jose came out assessed my AC needs, gave me a quick presentation of the work they would do. After I scheduled for the work to be done the crew showed up on time and got right to work. I loved the pre-arrival messaging via text. I was kept informed from my first call right up to the techs arrival. Buddy, the tech immediately diagnosed the problem and then offered several options. I made my choice and Buddy completed the repair. I really appreciated being kept in the loop, the same day response even though it was already dark outside and the professional way Buddy explained my options without any hard sell. Just Fix It did a good job getting my evaporator coil repaired quickly and my AC up and running, and also adding a UV light at the same time! About 21 months after install, we discovered some tape had come off of the connection between the furnace and evaporator coil and Aaron went above and beyond to personally ensure that it was remedied and that I was satisfied. I am thoroughly impressed with the attention he has given this!

My experience with these people are a rip off..They Technician by the name of Tim tried to charge over $500.00 just to tell me whats wrong g with my unit (diagnostic fee)..If I decided to use him, he wanted to charge me $2,500 to fix. But if i say i want to go with someone else i would have to pay the of over $500.00 and he wouldnt have fixed anything. Tim and the company he work for is a rip off. I went with another respectable company and was charge $400.00 to fix the issue...i will never recommend Tim or this company to my worse enemy.

Christian was our Just Fix It serviceman and he did a fantastic job providing us with complimentary AC service and installing our Wi-Fi connected thermostat. He was very personable and professional, and we’d work with him and Just Fix It again without hesitation.

Tim diagnosed issues without high pressure sales, but did relay dangers and emphasize needs and future issues that may arise. Some of the best customer service I have had in recent years. We will definitely be return customers!

Daniel and Rene did an amazing job- arrived around 9 and didn’t leave until 7:30. The put down protective floor covering and worked tirelessly carrying equipment upstairs and into the attic. Could not believe the heavy equipmentthey lifted. Also they had a terrific and friendly attitude. The most important thing was that they were experienced and knew what they were doing. I’m so glad we got these two for our installers- couldn’t have gotten a better job- we would highly recommend.

This company is amazing! Our AC unit was fried during a recent storm and they did everything they could to get us back up and running as quickly as possible and even helped with evidence for our insurance company. Jose was honest with his recommendations for what type of unit we needed and helpful with any questions or requests I had. Aaron, the GM, came out to assist with an installation issue on a Sunday! He too was honest and straight forward, working until the job was done properly. These guys are the best! I highly recommend. Thank you for of your help!

I would like to thank Levi for visiting my home. He explained everything to me to the best of his knowledge, which I appreciate. I do understand that things happen, but my appointment was scheduled between 2-4; however, dispatch called me after 5 pm to let me know the technician was on his way. Also, I wasnt aware that I would have to make another appointment in order to get a quote for the work needed. I did make another appointment for a quote and hope I will be able to use Just-Fix it as my go-to A/C company. Thanks in advance for your service.

We had an electrical issue that was completely unrelated to our hvac taken care of by a different company, and we are conned into getting a free ac inspection, believing it to be by the electrician who we requested to be sent to our home. However, we were surprised to learn it was a different company and different technician for the free ac inspection. During the inspection, the inspector took a long time inspecting the units. Within a few hours of him leaving, our upstairs unit that had no issues previously wouldnt cool. Upon calling the company after 8pm, when we realized the ac wasnt working, I was told they were booked for overnight and someone would come between 8am-8pm the next day. We got our 3 kids to sleep on air mattresses in the living room instead of in their bedrooms because of the free inspection that showed no issues on our relatively new ac actually left our upstairs at 80 degrees. Only after posting this review did we get a call and someone was sent out promptly, which we greatly appreciated, and fixed the issue of the first technician who did not put something back together properly that he unhooked. Everyone can make mistakes and the company did end up fixing their error, but this should have never happened the way it all played out. I should add the 2 technicians were very cordial.

I recommend Just Fix It to anyone looking to resolve A/C issues! The representative was efficient, professional, and thorough. Just Fix It did an exceptional job of diagnosing my air conditioner problems, explaining them (with photos), providing options for replacement (taking my budget and needs into account), measuring my home to ensure that the replacement AC would be the correct size, and installing the new unit. The company is very efficient, communicative, and responsible, and I’m very pleased with the quality of their work. The men who installed my unit worked tirelessly for 10 hours, were careful to protect my floor, cleaned up after themselves, and—amazingly!—were so quiet that I barely knew they were there. I also really appreciated Jose, who came out to discuss AC options with me on his day off and answered all of my questions clearly and completely.

Dan, my technician, was very attentive and explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to help me when unexpected issues cropped up. I only hesitate to give a glowing recommendation because I don’t want to lose access to him when others find out how awesome he is!

Before and after pictures. They came to my house estimate me $1790 for change the motor because is welded bracket and needs to found original motor if not needed to go with after market and replace the bracket and so and so telling me the best way is to replace whole unit. I call another company they came fix the problem new motor with the bracket for $420.

Mr. Levi was sent out to my home today for a simple maintenance check. Let me start off with saying this guy is everything a professional should be. Knowledgeable about his craft, honest and straight forward. What a great way to start off a relationship. JUST FIX IT , did a great job taking him on as a technician. From here on out ,Levi ,will be my A/c heating guy!

Absolutely horrible experience with this dishonest company. Jose, a salesman, at the company came to my home and made all the motions like he was doing a diagnostic on my AC system. His biography was sent out to me prior to his arrival and clearly states that he is a technician which he is NOT and when i questioned why he didn’t do a diagnostic before installing an overpriced part i DID not need i was then told he is just a salesman despite his bio and i should have known he cant do a diagnostic. After i thought he knew what he was talking about, i went with his suggestion of replacing my evaporator coil when my leak was in my condenser. I’ve been trying to remedy the situation but was handed off to Aaron the owner who denies all responsibility and tried to tell me that i signed an invoice that he doctored up to say what he wanted it to say to blame me and told me the signatures are time stamped and he couldn’t have changed the paperwork. Meanwhile the signatures weren’t even on the same page, and suddenly the invoice number is changed. I have both copies. The signatures are exactly the same. I was also threatened that they would go to my insurance company and tell them i was lying about the lightening strike that hit my disconnect box when the insurance companies own hvac company confirmed that this is what happened . All lies, rude customer service and overpriced parts and my ac has not worked one day since they installed their part a month ago. Very shady company . I’m surprised to read that Jose is a family man himself.. i have two kids and two dogs who are physically ill in 90 degree house with 80% humidity. I was also threatened that Jose was recording. The whole conversation while in my home . A reputable company let’s you know when they will be recording audio. My ring camera picked up the whole conversation as well so I’m not sure what they think they have on me with that threat. What was said and what was done is both proven in my audio recording and in the doctored up fake invoice they gave me today . They’ve been reported to TDLR and their finance company and as Aaron so rudely put it to me I’ll “do what i have to do”

The team that just fixed it is awesome, and I want to thank everybody at just fix it. Firstly I want to highlight Jose, Jose was very reasonable and answered any and every question my wife or I had. He even came out late on a Friday to accommodate my wifes schedule, a time when most family men like Jose would have been home spending time with their families. I actually consider him a friend and hes welcome back anytime along with his family for a barbecue, and to pet my cute dog. But seriously though came and did a complete analysis of my home actually climbed in the Attic and inspected the air conditioner requirement both outside and in the Attic. He then set down with me and my wife went over the pictures which showed an air conditioning system in a horrible condition. He then went over our options and make sure we were comfortable especially my wife. We then talked options as well as financing options. This was on a Friday and he scheduled the install for Monday and made sure we have the best team they had. He kept in communication with us throughout the whole thing and even answered my wifes text at the 11th Hour when she was having second thoughts. We both were able to calm her down and the install went flawlessly. The air quality in our house is so much better due to the UV light system and whole house filter they installed. Myself and my stepdaughter have horrible allergies I have been able to not take or scale back some of my allergy medications as a result. I would highly recommend just fix it to anyone who needs an air conditioning repair or replacement.

Daniel Molina with Just Fix it Air Conditioning and Heating was very careful inside my house and considerate coming in and out from the attic. He installed a new duct to a register that was dripping condensation. The new duct with a damper should take care of the problem. He is very nice and knew exactly what to do.

They did a horrible job installing a blower and uninstalling zones controlling board first the left trash in my attic. The team installed my ductwork with gaps which caused water to leak onto my ceiling and the were supposed to repair the sheet rock and some components that was left out the refused to honor what their technician recommended and they still haven’t fixed the sheet rock work and that been since June. Very disappointing and displeased I wouldn’t use them for anything

We are new home owners and were anxious about finding the right HVAC company when our AC stopped working. They went above and beyond, even bringing a Just Fix It doormat and shoe covers to protect our home. Their attention to detail and respect for our space made a huge difference. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC assistance. Levi, Jose and Daniel all took excellent care of us.

My home was struck directly by lightning and my entire AC system was destroyed. Mr Sparky, also a great company, got me in touch with Jose. Jose came in and was extremely professional and helpful. These guys installed a ductless mini split in a bedroom for me, with a cassette type indoor unit. The work ended up being more than they expected but they stayed into the evening and got it done. Fantastic work!

I was pretty upset when the air conditioner stopped working, however, happy it’s not in the heat of the summer. I called Just Fix It and John W. was there same day. The girl I talked to reassured me John was knowledgable and I would be in good hands. He was able to get my system up and running and tuned it up as well. He let me know I should be fine through the summer which I was relieved to hear. Thanks John and Just Fix It for coming to my rescue!  I would highly recommend Just Fix It!

Chris was prompt, in fact a little early. He went through my whole system, found the leak and even gave me a detailed diagram of my whole A/C system. We discussed options. There was no pressure to get anything specific. He was one of the best repairmen that I have worked with.

Always customer-centered, easy to make appt. for maint. Name and photo of technician arrived before the appt. Maintenance was comprehensive and explained in detail. Christian made sure that I understood what was done and asked if I had questions. Great company and staff.

I would Highly recommend “Just fix it today “ company.My HVAC system is 14 yrs old and has been giving me probs .I reached out to this company and immediately Jose E. the residential service advisor came and explained the heat load , measured thehome etc… He was very professional and knowledgeable..We opted for a 4 Ton 2 stage 95% efficiency unit .The Owner Aaron C. also gave us a good deal, including 10yr warranty on parts and labor.On the day of install Certified Technicians Daniel and Rene work tirelessly and efficiently.. both very respectful and pleasant at the same time..they also covered the floors to protect it.. and cleaned up after themselves.It was a very good experience and would use their services. again..

Chris did an excellent job. He greeted me by saying his name, his company name and why he was here. Very professional covered his shoes and went right to work. He appeared to diagnose the situation and explained the details. I appreciated his honesty and giving me information on my system. The only thing was there was no reminder sent by the company through email, text or phone call. I had to call myself to affirm I was still scheduled. Also the dispatcher called and said they were on their way, then called back 5 minute later to say it would be another hour or so, then called back again and said that Chris would be by in about 45 minutes. Everything ended up working out, it was just a little confusing. I would however use JustFixIt again

From the time i called in the morning to the conclusion of the repair service, every member of The Just Fix It team was very professional, friendly, and prompt. The technician Chris was able to arrive, inspect and repair my A/C within 2 hours of my call in to the office. He was very friendly, professional, and he didnt push for or try to sell me on items I didnt need. He was able to repair my unit in the 1st visit. I would use them again!

First thing they are too pricey that’s why I gave 1 star rating. First I called TCS service for replacing my thermostat they said my thermostat is outdated and have to replace the board in order to utilize new thermostat.When I asked them how much it cost they said $900 for the replacement.Just for second opinion I have called just fix it they said the same but they gave me an estimate of $2500 which is too high.I paid $89 for this expensive estimate however I saved a lot.They said $900 job is going to mess up but the person from TCS company was very professional and fixed things quickly did everything I needed and my AC is working perfectly now.

Cesar came to our residence for our annual HVAC check, specifically the heater. The office called me and told me when he would be arriving at my house. He was right on time, and made sure to cover his shoes as he walked into my house. He then went into the attic to check the heater. When he had completed his inspection, He explained everything he found with the units (all was well), and reviewed his report with photographs of our units. He was very professional, explanatory, and helpful. Also, he was very friendly.He was not hurried, and took his time going through his inspection findings with me. I also went into the attic with him so he could show me the condition of the filters of all elements. I was very happy with the service I received, which was complementary, and would definitely call their business for any further needs without any hesitation.

Talking to Levi was a learning experience where I now know the difference between my old system and the new one installed by Just Fix it. Great job Levi!

With all this terrible heat lately our upstairs system was struggling to keep that part of the house cool in the late afternoon. The technician was prompt and very personable and professional. He did a very thorough assessment, made some suggestions, but I did not feel pressured. I ended up having some minor cleaning of the outside coils of the upstairs unit which increased the cooling efficiency of that system. The technician took lots of photos and explained what he found in a way that I could understand.

This is the ONLY HVAC Company I’ll ever use again.Our home warranty sent a different contractor that wasn’t JFI, and our experience was so bad with the first company that we called JFI to save us and solve the problem.I found them via Google, and from the very beginning the person who answered the phone, was already more reassuring than the first contractor we dollars. When Chris came out to diagnose the problem he was very thorough, even going into the attic, and making sure that every thing was looked at it carefully.He came up with a plan, show me a few diagrams, and even give me an estimate on the spot, insured me that we could finance the cost to replace and rebuild our system located in the attic.we didn’t have to wait several days for an appointment, they came the next day, and when we signed the agreement to conduct a service, they completed it properly the next day .Service, professionalism, efficiency, expertise, timeliness, and great explanations were why I’ll never use anyone else, these guys really earned a great review.Robert and his Crew came in today, replaced what needed to be fixed, and now our house feels much better than what it did the first week, it’s finally cool.They even have a great monthly subscription service for maintenance, something i didn’t know existed, but would ensure the longevity of my AC system.thanks Just Fix it!

Prompt service but tech was hardly sympathetic and liked to speak in tech terms like “bacteria in the supply box” without explaining the meaning behind them.I understand labor rates, inflation, the need for companies to make a profit, etc but $671 for about 2 lbs of Freon, PLUS a trip fee seems very excessive. Statements such “we’re here to make money” and “I’d rather be at home” do not help.I’m not sure how I’m expected to leave a positive review when after being talked to like a pleb and bent over because I was in a jam.

Just Fix It installed my new A/C system several years ago and I have been very pleased with their service. An after-the-storm power surge knocked out my A/C and their technician (Levi Williams) spent most of Monday afternoon determining the problem. Joe took great care of me and my dryer vent duct that had not been properly secured by the home builder. He reinstalled the duct very securely, cleaned up much of the lint that had collected in the attic, and ensured the vent would work properly going forward. Very professional and friendly.

We had an introductory furnace tune up done abs ended up signing up for twice AC year service for a/c and furnace. They seem to do a thorough job and are very pleasant and professional.

Just Fix It does just that! They fix it. Before my wife and I moved into a new home we called Just Fix It to give us the 411 on our HVAC system. We went ahead and had them clean the ducts and install a new plenum for our system. Robert was an excellent technician and was very straightforward with what our system needed. They offered a tiered proposal for us to do the work needed in phases. Call them for all of your A/C needs!

So, I called the Just Fix It to install a Google Nest. They quoted me $800-something to install a wire they said I needed to install the device. I called in another company and they told me the wire was unnecessary and installed my Nest for $150 and its working great.

I shared exactly whats wrong with my unit in the phone before they send the technicians to make sure they know what to expect, yet they come, charge the $89 trip fee, and not fix anything
