Felix responded quickly yesterday when I had a relatively new A/C unit stop working. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my unit, recognizing it was the fan on the outside of the house. Still under warranty, he is ordering a new motor and scheduling it immediately. Friendly reminder, sign up for their annual service of the outside A/C units. Keeping the dust and leaves out of the coils will go a long way in facilitating the unit working properly and a living a longer life.

Prompt response to initial request for service even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Felix attempted to fix the issue but discovered that it was unrepairable. He put together a couple of options/quotes on Monday morning and his team was able to obtain and install a new unit that afternoon. Was so glad my neighbor recommended Felix to us. After our upstairs unit wasn’t keeping the house cool, I called a different provider we used previously who said it would be 11 days before he could come out. I then tried Felix, and he came out that afternoon. We did end up needing a new unit, but we expected that as our unit was 10 years old. Felix got us temp set up until they could come install the new unit the next week. 1st, the promptness of answering my call! Felix missed my call, and before I could leave a message was already calling me back! He advised he could come out the next day between 9-12p and gave me a quote for the service call and a rough estimate of what my total could be if certain things were wrong with our AC. Next day, I received a text message letting me know he was enroute! He checked all the equipment, and diagnoses the problem within 20 mins…. Gave me a quote, advised he didn’t have the part so he needed to run to the supply store and was back within 20 mins, repaired and then also cleaned the outside unit; even showed me how to do it and educated me on the why behind cleaning the outside unit annually.
